What did I like? For a hotel that looks so old, it's clean. It has much spacious parking. The food is okay. They have the same things as most breakfast hotels: scrambled eggs and cheese, pork sausage, and waffles. The manager apologized for the carbon monoxide and fire alarm incidents when leaving the hotel. What didn't I like? The customer service in this location sucks. I checked in with no problem, then returned almost 6 hours later with the fire department outside in the halls. No one wanted to tell us what was happening on God's earth. Atlanta FD told us about the detected carbon monoxide. But the hotel didn't tell us, and because the entire 3rd floor was affected by this event, we naturally had to either sleep in our cars or the hotel lobby from midnight to about 4:30 am. The concierge needed to be more proactive in informing us, but he told us what happened when the manager came later. That ruined what I had planned for Saturday morning because I was tired and in pain to go where I needed to go. Also, later that day, after we slept, someone pulled the fire alarm at 10:30 am. The hotel is near the new baseball stadium of the Atlanta Braves, and the hotel needs an upgrade to match the other hotels and apartments in the area. This looks like a 90s hotel with some minor upgrades.

The room was nice space and clean. We were on the first floor which in like the basement so my window faced the indoor pool which was a little weird but overall a good place to stay

The ladies at the front desk were nice very nice, the lobby was clean, it was a short walk to the Braves stadium which was great. The room wasn’t as clean as it should be. The table still looked like someone had just eaten off of it and the curtains had food stains on them. The bedding and the bathroom seemed clean. It wasn’t a bad stay that’s why I gave 4 stars but I did see things that could be improved to make it better.

A lovely experience! Friendly and accommodating staff, clean, comfortable room, convenient to Truist Park—approximately 10 min. Walk! Note: in case you get saddled with an all electric rental car like I did, there are two hotels directly across the street with free charging stations! Sadly, I did not discover this until the morning of my departure. 😆

I was charged double the amount during the search. The room was not clean dirty bathroom and carpets and uninviting the smell. The house keeper was rude when I requested service and waved me off when she knocked on door I was only on day 2 of 12 day stay. No alarm clock radio as stated or requested. I was told to use my phone.

Overall a nice stay on a family vacation. Breakfast was good and pool was good size with a jacuzzi. Took down one star due to carpet condition. Room smelled like dirty feet and it looked like they were spreading scented powder on the hallway floors. Staff was very friendly.

Hotel was great! Breakfast was excellent - I really like eating breakfast on real plates with actual silverware instead of paper and plastic. Waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt and much more! Yum. Room was fine with three issues, 1) one light switch was broken so the lights and receptacles on one side of the room didn't work, 2) the toilet was loose on the floor and needs to be tightened up before it starts leaking and 3) the shower head was loose and wouldn't tighten up and sprayed water all over the ceiling - and the shower head was a "water saving" type which barely put out enough water to rinse off - please get rid of these shower heads! Housekeeping lady was professional and very nice, so was the maintenance man, but I think the rooms should be checked better before putting guests in them.

We booked this property because we wanted a place with an indoor pool & hot tub. We loved having that in the winter! The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was clean and spacious. I didn’t love that the window wasn’t tinted and was on the first floor so if we wanted to let in natural light, people could see right in. The heat in our room was a little frustrating as it was set on “auto” but did not turn off on its own. Despite being set at 62 the room got very hot. The area has lots of stores and restaurants near by. The place itself was quiet and had free breakfast. Overall I would recommend!

The staff as super pleasant, specially the kitchen staff that set up the breakfast. Only downsize was the parking lot was not well maintained for cleanliness, and also the windows were so thin, we could hear every vehicle that went down the road. Overall the stay was awesome!!

Room was clean but only had 2 towels when we booked for 4 people. The key cards were the biggest frustration. We had to hold it over the outside entry door approx. 4x to get it to work and it wouldn't work at all for the pool area. I went to the front desk to let them know the card wasn't working. They scanned it and said it was active and they didn't know what to tell me. I had to request someone to let us into the pool. Lazy front desk worker. Breakfast was pretty good other than the eggs.

Overall was a great stay the staff was amazing, sadly the bathroom looked like had problems before and it was noticeable, unfinished wall and broken tiles. The room was clean the only issue was the A/C that has some noise. The breakfast was good but the waffle mix batter run out very quickly and was waiting for about 30 min to ask a server if they gonna put more, just see one lady came out from the back and she start to pickup the area when ask her for, she only focused on answering that breakfast was over, I explained that I was waiting for someone to know if they would add more mixture and she didn't even let me finish and interrupted me to tell me that breakfast was over, it was 7 min before the breakfast time finish not a big deal but think it was rude, some kind is needed in the customer service in this area. Thank You
