To begin. They treated my wife as an imbecile. We had just moved to out of state but had to come back one final time for a dance recital and move our daughter away. Since our driver license still had Peoria address, she was told she couldn’t check in. When my wife explained that we moved one week earlier, and couldn’t get a new DL yet, she was not spoken to with kindness or empathy, but with a person holding up a form saying it’s the rules. It’s policy. If it’s policy then make to clear, but I’ve never heard of a horrendous policy. Then to speak to my wife in such as way, like she was lying about not living there. How horrible to make her feel like a liar.

Website site crib were available and when we arrived front desk did not know of this and no crib available.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great each morning. All employees were professional and friendly.
Two out of three visits to the pool, there were no pool towels. It also seems as though locals used the pool but were not staying at the hotel as they knocked on the exterior door to be let in, instead of using a room key on the interior door. The pool water also seemed to be quite dirty from our observations and comparisons to other pools we frequent. It appeared that the pool filters may have been out of order.
Overall, a fair value and a some room for improvement. If on a tight budget, would consider staying again.

The hotel was dated but the bathroom and linens were clean. The room was dusty.

The front desk clerk was very helpful and had a wonderful personality. The pool was warm and inviting. The area was clean and secure. The room was nice, but the dresser is in need of repairs.

Seemed very dated. Toilet was noisy.
The air conditioner sounded like it was going to consume itself.
Had to turn it off to sleep.

Check in was easy, wasn’t happy about putting down a $250 security deposit. This hotel is worn through the years and could use some serious updating. Pot smell was evident throughout my stay, hence the $250 security deposit for smoking in the rooms. Unfortunately, condition of this hotel was once great and hasn’t been kept up like it should be. Pretty common for Peoria area hotels over time.

It was hit and miss with the front desk, some of them were AWESOME and others were there in body only, had zero personality.
The breakfast eggs, well, not sure if they are really eggs, really nasty tasting, but the breakfast attendant was super nice.
For the price I paid, it is what it is, they have low rates so you have to have some give and take.

There was an incident that caused the front door of the hotel to shatter while I was getting food from the driver. Worst experience ever! Never staying here again!

Beds were comfortable and pillows were good. Convenient location. Room area is pretty good but the bathroom was dirty and in need up updating and maintenance.

Bad battery in smoke detector making a beeping sound. Hotel didn’t have any extra batteries or rooms to move to and made no attempt to make things right.

Everything was wonderful until the last evening.
When I went to bed around 1130 I noticed that it sounded like the fan on the heating stopped.
I thought it had just stopped at the temperature that was set. I woke up around 3 AM and the unit was completely turned off and would not turn on and the room is freezing..
I let the front desk know, and the caretaker went down and confirmed that the heating was broke.
I asked if I could have a refund for that last night and they said they would have to talk to the manager.
I will reach out to them on Tuesday to see if they will refund me since I did not have heat the entire night that I was sleeping.

The staff was extremely friendly. The room was fairly clean, although the tub and bathroom floor were pretty dirty. The furnishings are older but nice. The room is spacious and quiet and the mini fridge and microwave are a plus! Plenty of places to park and it seems fairly convenient to restaurants (only in town for the night, didn't do too much exploring).

The grounds and facility looked decent when we walked in, but our room keys didn't work. We went back to the front desk to reset them, and they still didn't work after the reset.
After returning to the front desk againt, ithey worked, but the room smelled somewhat of cigarette smoke. Then the TV didn't receive the signal from the remote, so we walked back to the desk to change rooms.
Key didn't work on the 2nd room. The employee at the front desk said that maintenance would have to reset the lock at 7 am. When he didn't show, we let the front desk know. The morning shift front desk employee said that we would have to get new keys, again, for our 2nd night.
We returned that night and picked up our new keys. When we tried to go to the pool... guess what... The key wouldn't work on the pool door. We gave up at this point. Our only other displeasure was the constant smell of weed in the halls. We won't stay here next time.

We were greeted with friendliness. The room and breakfast were great. The only problem I had was the toilet was to short. This was partly because I have a bad leg, and am use to a tall one. We did not try out the pool.

This hotel was close enough where we needed to be for my surgery and see the the Dr the next day and our favorite place to eat is pizza Ranch is right nextdoor to it so it worked out good and our room was clean and it was quiet and the staff was friendly.

I had a nice day at the quality inn. It was comfortable and the rooms were nice and clean.

It was advertised to have a hot tub and didn't have one. The pool room was dark and the water was murky, you couldn't see the bottom of the pool. There was a constant rattling of either the air conditioner or refrigerator. Very little sleep was had.

We had a queen suite, was spacious and nice size. Hotel breakfast was well stocked and cared for by the attendant

The deadbolt in my room was broken. The shower was dirty and mildewy. The carpet was smelly and crunchy. I had to wear shoes in the room, and chose not to use the shower, because it seemed unclean. There was one parking spot at the end of the parking lot- It was not well-lit and it was a little scary dragging all of my stuff in the dark across the parking lot. The eggs for breakfast were cold... No half and half for coffee... I won't stay here again.

They don’t take locals. So I wasn’t able to check in

Several of the outlets in our room did not work. The heater/AC unit would not turn off even when we turned it off. There was a very young, rowdy group of people that caused quite a commotion.
