The property is well kept and the room was clean and comfortable.

The room was very nice and super clean, the only problem was the water in the shower was luke warm but the water at the sink was super hot

Nice and clean. Friendly service and the hotel kept the tour bus of teenagers under wraps. Would never know they were there if I hadn’t seen them.

Everything was great except housekeeping entering the room prior to check out time. We even had the do not disturb sign on door. This is inconvenient and rude.

The air ventilation system in the bathroom runs 24/7 very noisy .Should be at reduced speed at night.

The Lobby staff were super friendly and professional. My room was not clean. As soon as I sat on the bed I thought I saw a bug, but it was a piece of dried up cookie on the floor in plain view. Also, there was hair in the shower on the walls and on the soap dispenser. Absolutely disgusting.

Water from the ac upstairs pours over our door and soaked our carpet. Can’t really access the patio with getting wet.

Everything was great with my stay the only flaw we had was our TV was having a hard time working. Kept buffering or restarting. Wasn’t in the room all that much but going to bed wanted something to watch to unwind to.

The air condition is loud causing difficult to sleep and wake up few times. Hotel refuse to provide complimentary water - mentioned that I am not a Diamond member. Texted me want to make it right but did not call me back at all.

Walls were thin, could hear other people getting ready and talking in the morning. Screaming children outside of my patio at the pool at 8:30AM
First room was next to the elevator and exterior door and was extremely loud and woke me up in the middle of the night. Got moved to another room that was better but still noise issues.

Amazing chat function, super helpful front desk, beautiful room, a lot of parking availability. Also there’s lots of shops and restaurants around and they have a shuttle service to Disneyland (reservations must be made)

Property was very nice and quiet. Loved that it was right across the street from a target. Beds were very comfy. Water pressure in the bathroom was good and so was the water temperature. Overall very nice place

I was only planning on asking for a sheet and pillow change as there was hair on the pillows, but they managed to change my room entirely. The customer service here is amazing!

I have been coming here for 25 years. I started coming here with my mom, and now I bring my children. Love this place. So convenient for knotts or Disneyland, cannot beat having a shuttle. On top of that there is a restaurant and bar. Come check it out.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s close to Knott’s berry farm, restaurant, target etc…Room was really clean, and comfortable. The staff was also friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying there again.

Hotel property is nice and large. Rooms are a nice size where my family felt comfortable. It seems like they are making updates to the rooms. The downside to this stay first room the heater didn’t work and it would get freezing at night. I had to request extra blankets room service provided one and said they didn’t have any more. Most hotels have extra blankets or pillows in closets not this one. We were told that someone would come by to fix the heater and no one did until we came back at night and complained again. They ended up moving us to a room with a working heater at midnight but the key reader of the new room didn’t work. We would have to wait for hotel security or staff to allow us back into the new room. Although the location of hotel is ideal and they great you with delicious warm cookies, I was not happy with the inconveniences at this hotel stay. There are so many great hotel options in the area they need to improve customer service and experience.

Disappointed from the get go. Waited for someone at front desk to check in for about 5 minutes.Preference requests denied w no valid explanation.
Reserved to rooms. One's bedding clearly stained. Food crumbs under sheets. Other room had filthy tub. Full of dirty water. Aparently was not cleaned. Makes me wonder 🤔
The shuttle driver's service....was very helpful. The comunication, friendliness, Overall... He was exceptional !

Great customer service and the hotel was well kept. The room was clean and had no issues. I think I would have liked a Continental breakfast but it was not a deal breaker. I would definitely book with this DoubleTree again.

Hotel was great, clean, friendly staff, close to stores,restaurants. The only issue I had was the check in time, I got a 3:00pm from the app, and I did get there @ 3:00pm I was tired,hungry and wanted to take a shower soon. Got to find out check in is @ 4:00pm and all I was told was ,(oh sorry your room is not ready) at this point don’t know the check in time. I waited 30 min. Went back . And ask . ( how long do I have to wait?) then is when I noticed the 4:00pm check in. But other than that. Is great . Always call hotel and check time for check in/out.

Choose this hotel based on proximity to Midevil times. The room itself looked clean upon arrival but then we found a GIANT cockroach in the tub! We moved rooms, the new rooms window was right next to the freeway on ramp so we heard nonstop traffic all night. Would never stay again.
