Worst experience.

Love the hotel. Services were great, staff was friendly. My only two complaints are the breakfast food quality was poor and the bed was too firm.

Based on the recent ratings, I assumed this was like regular holiday inns I have stayed at on the east coast. This place is much more run down. It gives more inn vibes. After I checked in, I noticed blood spots on the blankets. Overall was not clean. They moved me to another room. That room had a smoke alarm that beeped loudly every 2 minutes. I told the front desk and they just took the alarm off instead of replacing it or giving another room. I thought that was unprofessional. They did give us breakfast vouchers but having the switch rooms and still dealing with unclean vibes is not worth it. Would not stay here again for the price they charged.

Wonderful people, especially Robert in the dining room at breakfast. He brings sunshine to the morning! The breakfast was surprisingly good too!

The gym was terrible. None of the equipment worked so I had to run up and down the hall. Tv selection was awful, maybe 7 channels. Breakfast was extra for a buffet which is offered for free at most holiday inns. When I complained they shrugged their shoulders and said “Meh”. No offer of compensation or empathy for the conditions of the hotel.

The staff is very helpful. Even with having issues with their machines, they still maintained the highest levels of customer service. The pool was nice and heated.

The shampoo & conditioner were not replaced after using nearly all of them. Brought my own this time (staying at a different hotel). The carpet had stains.marks on it that was unsettling. The breakfast, although the host is very interactive, never varies. Same things, every day. The TV was really small. I think it was the smallest I've ever encountered in my various stays at various hotels over the years.

We came for a family night out to enjoy the pool and to get away for the night. The pool is great at this facility. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and in good shape. The hallways could use some updating. Overall it was a nice stay.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. It was quiet despite the hotel being fully booked. Guests were respectful of each other. We appreciated how clean the rooms were as well as common areas and the parking lot.

The front desk agent who assistant was very upbeat and kind. He took the time to make sure we had a nice room and extra towels.

What really impressed me the most was how immaculate the room was! Easy check-in and very friendly staff. A great experience and a location that was perfect for my needs.

Room 421 has a water leak. Water leaked on the floor the entire night. The carpet was very wet. The staff changed our room. This is a old hotel with old furniture. Most Holiday Inn’s are very up to date but not this one. Popcorn ceilings, old Carpet, old drawers, desk, chair, table and beds. Small old tv. Dirty certain. Stained bath tub. Pool, laundry room and restaurant are all Closed. I’ve had better stays at different Holiday Inn’s. This is the worst I’ve stayed at.

It was the best stay for the price and id go back again. There are strp malls all around the area, evwn though type confusing gwtting to the main street from hotel but that isnt a deterrent from the great stay my son and friend had. The pool was the greatest pool size ive seen in almost all the hotels ive stayed at and this hotel has a sauna, which i have never seen in a hotel for this price.
