St Catharines doesn’t have a ton of decent options if you need a clean, well maintained hotel for a night or two but Hampton is always reliable.
Staff are nice and the free breakfast / coffee are always welcome.

The hotel was ok. Seemed to be an older style. Their free morning breakfast buffet is very good. The rooms are nice, but the walls are thin and the doors slam hard. It was not very easy to sleep although the beds are very nice. The heater in my room made a loud knocking noise towards the end of its cycle. Sound like someone knocking on the window. Other than that. It's OK.

Everything about the Hampton Inn and our stay there was excellent from our check in, to our room, to the breakfasts and to our check out. The staff were fantastic. Would most definitely stay here again.

Weekend stay with a hockey team, hotel was excellent. Clean, recently updated and the staff were friendly and helpful. Kids had fun in the pool, areas in the lobby for families to get together rather than clog up the hallways and disturb guests. Reception and security staff were exceptional

The hotel was great, Parking was nice, there was a wide variety for breakfast, The lobby was beautiful and spacious. The thing is the bed was too soft, same with the pillows my neck in the morning was giving me problems. the pool seemed as if it wasn't clean, my kids found a few hair balls in there. other then that pretty good hotel and would maybe come back again.

Overall, it was a great experience. Service was great and breakfast was amazing as well.

Don’t stay here during hockey season unless you’re with a team. Kids running up and down the halls, kids bouncing a basketball in the halls, knocking on doors all night long. The parents weee given the entire lobby and restaurant area to have a party that latest until well after 1am!! No sleep found here.

Nice place to stay, however there was large grp of hockey team young boys at hotel who ran up and down halls and stair wells during night hours and basically made sleep impossible.

Furniture was somewhat dusty. Shower drain plate was loose and misplaced. Happy with waffle mix at breakfast.

Front desk check-in was friendly and sociable - not like hospitality automatons at some hotels. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was pretty good. Nice to have coffee available in the lobby.

Arrived at 10 PM to check in. Reception desk attendant was working with a customer (?) on some issue that seemed unrelated to current stay. IDK.
Otherwise, no others waiting in lobby.
Did not acknowledge my presence, other than split second eye contact about 5 minutes in. Total wait time about 10 minutes.
I wanted to get to room and to bed.
I felt disrespected and ignored.

Our room was clean with ample . The hotel supplied full breakfast which was delicious. There was coffee, tea and hot water 24 hours. The staff that we came in contact with where pleasant and helpful.

Newly renovated with an excellent breakfast choices. Cheerful staff from check in to checkout. You can't go wrong with this Hampton!
