Meh. Hallway smelled of marijuana. Room was clean. Mold smell from the a/c unit. Super soft beds. For the price I will probably pay a few more dollars for the Holiday Inn for our next trip to Porterville.

Shower would not drain so by the time i was done with shower, i also had a full tub of water. Had to rush shower so it wouldn't overflow. Tub still full the next morning.

toilet was not working i requested a different room the good thing is that I got another room right away. breakfast was excellent and dining room very clean.

From the moment we walked in it was a beautiful experience. The desk clerk greeted us with a smile, she was friendly and professional. The room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was so delicious

Our initial room was not up to standard not only did have a strong smell (cats living in the room) the toilet was leaking water.
We were moved up to the 2nd floor. We asked for room service (cleaning) as we wanted fresh towels and beds made. The staff never came by.
We stayed here because of past ratings stating it was good, in our experience we are giving them a 2 and that’s being generous. Will never stay again nor recommend.

Having been a Director of Sales and Marketing for two hotel brands. I always tell my staff the first thing a guest sees is the lobby and front desk staff. The lobby was clean and most comfortable and the front desk service was most helpful, professional, and caring. Our room is great and the bed is very comfortable ( my husband is asleep already.) We called the front desk because we couldn't turn on the tv. Just a few minutes later the awesome woman who checked us in knocked on our door and had another tv controller for us.The refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker are very nice and clean and work very well. The bathroom is clean and nice and roomy. I only wish the toilet was taller.
This is a great property. I will stay here again!

We've stayed at this motel for many years now while visiting family and have never been disappointed. The rooms are very clean, the staff are nice and the beds are very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is more than adequate. We used the spa this time and it was perfect.

Not enough television stations. And the remote control was hard to use. It wouldn't change channels very well. Had to press the channel change button several times just to get one station change.

The hotel seemed clean overall. However, there was a water leak in our room restroom, and while walking down the hallway there were some ceiling tiles missing, exposing wiring, thus giving the hotel a run-down appearance. Not to mention the outdoors surroundings. I wouldn't stay here again.

Water was turned off, due to pipe break. We were not told this when checking in. Front desk should of told us. We went right to room to take a shower- no water!
That evening when water was back on, I went to shower the water went onto floor
with shower curtain pulled closed.
Shower head was too wide, you can’t move it! It’s accident ready to happen. Had to put towels on floor.
There was a tear/ hole in top sheet.
Felt like staff wasn’t very attentive when told
about these issues. I was given extra towels. to clean water off floor.

One of the worst hotel stays ever. My room key was not activated at check in and again the following day after leaving the room. They ran out of clean towels. Sink did not drain hardly at all and the shower did not work properly. Water came out of tub spot and shower head at the same time. My wife requested a room close to her 90 year old mother so we could keep an eye on her and we were put on the opposite side of the hotel on a different floor. Worst stay ever

There was not a receptacle for recyclables in our room. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Was a bit put off by the long list of terms and conditions i had to read and initial at checkin.

I liked their service and choices of breakfast, however, we didn’t have enough shampoo for three and bathtub was badly scratched.

The front receptionist was very sweet and nice. The outside was ok, except that there was beer cans left behind. The room carpet was sticky and dirty, it left your feet black if you stepped on it without shoes. The breakfast was decent and good. The staff was very helpful!
