The service and staff were absolutely amazing! The rooms were just ok. The carpets were filthy and looked like they had never been cleaned or vacuumed. Location and amenities were also great as there are plenty of things to do.

Toilet leaked urine out fro the base. I had to place towels around the base just to walk in bathroom. I drove a state police vehicle on a business trip. The lady at the front desk got very defensive when I wanted to park the vehicle in a legal parking spave on the top deck where it could be viewed at all times by cameras. She stated that it would have to be parked by a valet, however I was not comfortable allowing that.

The hotel valet was amazing. The staff was hard to reach and the lobby was a bit dirty. No carts were available for luggage and there was glass in the elevators with no custodians around to clean. Super wild at night and the walls are thin. I’m smell sensitive and it was giving old carpet.

The price that was own hotel dot come was not the price. I paid They had it a bunch of heaving cows nineteen dollars To park Along with some Hitting charges It was 170 on hotel.com. Paid 256 Other than that everything was great 256.

This place is nice, I feel like I’m being nickle and dimed, pay for valet is regular but pay for self parking? No free coffee. The restaurant was good but 2 hamburgers and 2 beers was $75.

Hotel itself was very nice and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Front desk staff didn’t say much to us nor did they give us the necessary coupons for breakfast.

Room was really clean. Service was top notch. The breakfast was amazing! Only thing we wished we could have done was visit the mall that is attached to the hotel. Sadly we arrived late and had to leave early. Will stay again next time we are in Hoover!

It was cold everyday in the foyer. Even in my room it was explicitly cold. By the end of my stay I had to pump the unit to 80 in order for me and my wife to be warm. I do not like the fact that as paying customers we had to pay to self park daily… the sheets in the bed had food stuck to it from I assume a previous stay….the gentlemen working the valet were excellent, the customer service workers were helpful, and the restaurant workers were excellent. I was displeased at the stay due to the issues we should harden let known prior to our stay.

Great hotel and great location the only problems i had were the plugs on the end tables were so weak that it took hardly any movement to pull you phone charger out of the plug. The other issue was the 15th floor hallway just constantly smelt of pot.

We we’re giving the red carpet treatment from the moment we pulled up. We initially self parked and the valet came to our red corvette and said oh sir please let me park that beautiful car in the valet lot. Complimentary I may add. Helped with luggage immediately. When I said we will be leaving shortly for dinner he promptly said no problem sir just let us know and we will have your car ready for you. I was impressed with how they opened the doors for my wife too. (She’s used to me doing it) definitely will stay here again.

I love staying at this hotel and the only place I will stay when I visit. The staff goes over and beyond the call of duty, always give the highest level of customer service. The rooms are super clean and hotel are very quite. The dining is very covenant and the staff there are super nice I recommend this hotel always.

The stay at the hotel was wonderful we was there for our birthday weekend. We had a wonderful time in Birmingham. The mall was connected to the hotel that was a wonderful experience. We will stay there the next time we are in Birmingham.

This hotel is AMAZING! I celebrated my birthday weekend and it was everything! The staff was so helpful and friendly. The valet, front desk, bar, and breakfast crew were top tier!!! My room was clean and spacious! The breakfast and the other dining options were amazing! I can go on and on about this hotel stay. I will definitely be back.

The staff & rooms were lacking in too many ways to name in this little box. The heat wasn’t working in our room so the next morning @ 7:30am we let them know. As of 2:30pm nothing had been done so we stopped at the front desk again. They called about 4 minutes later saying the heat couldn’t be fixed and we would have to move. Zero help. Zero comp at all. Full bill, parking and all. The room we got moved to had pink/orange/red mildew growing in the shower (multiple places) and a bathroom vanity that hadn’t been cleaned - it had coffee splattered all over it. The mini fridge was going out and making an awful noise, so we had to unplug it. I’m blown away that no one cared enough to reach out or follow up and I’m disgusted that we paid full price for such a disappointing stay.

Overall the property is an excellent place to stay. However considering the cost per night the hotel should over free non valet parking. It cost $19 a night for self parking in their garage and $25 per night for valet parking. In order to avoid these cost you have to park next door in the Dave and Busters lot walk through the hotel garage bottom level ..take the elevator to the lobby..then take another elevator ip to your room. I have stayed there several times within the past 2 yrs and this parking policy wasnt in place.

The King size bed was the best sleep We’ve ever had in a hotel. The room was updated and was big, the bath and shower was spa-like, the view excellent, breakfast delicious, parking was awesome and everyone so friendly. We love it and will stay again
