This was the second place booked for our crew. The first place was horrible! Very nice, clean, and staff was very friendly. The other place was dirty and the staff was not friendly. (Framingham Inn was other place).

Everything was OK, but the pool was closed for several days. We picked the hotel so the kids could swim.

In need of some renovations. Looks better in the photos. Hotel was on the older side. Most likely will not stay here again.

It was being remodeled which of course caused problems but I was there for a conference and my room was right where the construction was going on. I had to step on sticky floors - deal with dust and the one day I could sleep in. The construction guys were blasting music and singing along. I don't blame them - I blame the manager for putting me in a room where I was an annoyance to their work getting done and I was annoyed and dealing with allergies and ruined footwear The wait staff was very good though

Great overnight stay. The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable and the people working there were extremely nice and helpful. Very good breakfast buffet (free) in the morning.

There was noone at the front desk when we were checking on, the first floor was filthy and the outside of the building had siding missing and boards on the windows. We left and started somewhere much better. A place that said they would never recommend this BW to anyone.

Check in was messed up on Expedia's end and took two hours to check in because of Expedia. This is now the second time Expedia has messed something up with our trips this year

I stayed from Tuesday to Friday last week and everything was decent on the inside everything seemed cool and pretty , hallways looked alittle old bedrooms as well, what was upsetting was first 2 night the pool was closed when i was told it should have been open the next day but wasn’t they didn’t open the gym and pool until Thursday which was my last night , I did receive a refund because of that situation. Breakfast was given in the morning and breakfast wasn’t that tasty more on the plain side ! But other than that everything seems cooled and it was a nice get away for me and my boyfriend
Also btw the hotel was like in a back cut area alittle creepy and scary but I was safe the hole time / pool had like green water I didn’t like that at all !

Very nice and quiet stay. Stayed for 2 nights had breakfast and was impressed with the variety of food. Everything was great about our stay

the faculity sufferes from deferred maintenance. electric bulbs blown, hole in wallpaper, tub plug did not work, toilet seat missing a plastic support ...

The place is clean and room very comfortable. Staff are amazing. I will recommend this to any one traveling to Massachusetts.

The cleaning crew needs to wait for the people to check out and not try to come in at 8:30 in the morning.

Big open space but the walls between each room were super thin. I’ve stayed at many hotels and never been able to hear so much of what was going on in the rooms either side of me.
Made it difficult to sleep. Also, no business office or computer / printer even and it’s a huge hotel.
Lacks fillable water stations.

Love this hotel! Hotel room set at a good price point.
Should put more stuffs in their ground floor convenient store, like cup noodles, etc., there weren't more options when we were there/ was almost empty. The mini pizza that was available may be overpriced, but thats hotel prices I guess.

Outstanding staff/ customer service. Clean, slightly dated. Located in area with great food, things to do. Issues with elevators. Standard breakfast- neither tasty or nutritious.

Large,old hotel filled with refugees and children running up and down the halls,slamming doors. Uncomfortable beds and didn't provide what we requested in the "special requests".

Property is comfortable and staff have always been great. Wi-Fi kicks me out occ’ly but overall speed is fast. Galina the manager in the restaurant for breakfast is outstanding. She makes sure all are happy and well fed.

We were evacuated from Hyatt Place in Braintree due to failure of fire alarms at 10pm when we returned from Salem. They had known since 1pm but had not bothered to let any of the guests know ahead of time, so we were searching for a nearby hotel at 10pm on a Friday night. We found The Best Western about an hour away so ended up there at almost midnight. Sarah was at the front desk and was so kind and helpful. She fixed us a snack bag and made sure we didn't need anything before going to our room. After dealing with the rude and unhelpful management at Hyatt Place she was so appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place!

Hotel needs updating. Carpets are old and dirty. Stake smell throughout. Curtain sheers panels were ripped. Staff was nice but the building is very tired.

I experienced no problems other than a longer than normal wait to check in due to a number of guests arriving at the same time and also buses full of guests also. I understand the busyness of a hotel such as this but do think that the front desk staff were, unfortunately, very understaffed. They did the best they could but would have benefited from additional help in anticipation of this situation.

Took a long time to be checked in then the room key wouldn’t open the room. The plug for the tub was broken so it was difficult to bath toddler

my medication weekly organizer was stolen along with my heart and diabetes meds. everything else was just fine. reported to desk on sunday am and never heard back from management; ( I expected a phone call)

The staff was friendly.
The room was dirty, it had a small hair left in the shower, our bed frame was broken, the pool was not clean.
