Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms & bathrooms, with coffee makers & coffee fixings, mini fridge, microwave, table & chair. Only complaint would be poor shower head/pressure, but it still worked just fine. Would stay here again in the future.

I travel quite a bit and I don't usually complain or leave bad reviews but I think that this was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. To say the mattress was hard is an understatement.

The location is excellent πππ
The service was great when we arrived and we were offered assistance to our room without asking
We had problems with bathroom sink drainage and was given immediate assistance and we changed rooms quickly with no problems
We also asked for late Check- out 1.00pm as dining in restaurant
They stated no problem π π
Highly recommend this hotel π

Our room was dusty, smelled like it was a previous smoking room.
Just across hwy from train yard, that shunt night and day.
Would be better to stay in the back, where it is quieter
Have stayed here years ago and it was better then

Rooms were out dated and in poor condition. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. These need to be updated for the price we paid per night, otherwise there should be a significant difference less to stay here compared to other hotels in the area.
The Polish restaurant thatβs attached serves amazing homemade food. Highly recommend!!

The Hotel Poco was just average for us. The front desk staff was very uneventful and not very helpful. We were coming and going it early and late hours because of the Box Lacrosse tournament and when we did need some stuff it was an inconvenience. The maid staff, though, did a good job on the rooms and brought fresh waters every day which was a definite plus. That's why we raided it moderate the grounds are old and what frustrated us the most was how their location was misrepresented on Expedia four times back to town where we were playing listed at 5.6 miles and 10 minutes away but it's really 11.7 miles and about 27 minutes away. It made it so far away that he had a hard time doing team functions after the games because we had to come home and shower before we could go back out and that whole process took 90 minutes. They don't drive very fast in Canada so with speed limits of 25 to 35 miles an hour Max and tons of traffic made it very hard. The rooms are fairly clean and the shower head, zero water pressure, and the beds are pretty hard. so we would most likely not stay here again.

The beds were rock hard and broken. The room smelled musty and everyone was moist.

Needed a dog friendly room and was put in a room that has clearly been smoked in a lot. Disgusting and discriminatory. My dog is clean and quiet and I got to pay an extra $40 for the privilege of a smoky room. Additionally this place is not worth $360 per night (plus the $40).

There is no window opening to let in fresh air (according to staff - I didn't check). They explained that was the reason for such a dreadful smell each time we entered the room. When in the room, we adjusted to the smell, but it was off-putting with each entrance. The bed was too hard, and the pillows too thick and firm for both my husband and I. On the third day, we asked for thinner pillows and housekeeping was able to provide them so our 3rd night sleep was better. We generally don't have complaints and are easy to please but this room experience was unfortunate. Outside of that, the room was clean and the property in a convenient location for us.
