Expedite took my money and won’t refund it. I was able to book online with my debit card and Expedia took my money but because I dont have a credit card I couldn’t get my room.
And now Expedia has 200 bucks and I can’t get it back!

Great spot to stay in town. Easy to walk around to your destinations or catch the bus. Very polite staff, cleanliness is top tier.

Everything was great minus the hot tub and steam room were out of order and it’s why we booked this hotel. Also very neat to have skate park next door at Avenir Center. Had a great view from our 7th floor room to see outdoor skating rink.

Room was great however, its not a very accessible hotel.the 1 wheelchair friendly entrace is on the far side of the building from the parking area. A lot of things were out of order during our stay as well, such as 2 of the 3 elevators, the hot tub and steam room

When we paid 50$ extra for our small dog. We were told we couldn’t leave him alone in his crate in the room. We had to leave the poor thing had to stay in a cold car by himself. We wouldn’t stay there again . We weren’t let known ahead of time

Staff were exceptionally helpful. We booked this room at the last second - so ended up with a very large but strange room with a tiny window (so almost no natural light). There was also an adjoining door & we could hear the guests in there. I wish they had free parking - the lot seemed a little unsafe. The hotel itself was lovely, I think we just ended up with the runt of the litter so to speak.

I liked no one bothered me. I didn't like the front desk questioning me about the pair of ladies jeans I found in the room. It was dusty. I woke up sneezing in the middle of the nights. I rather this doesn't get posted just noted.

We booked this hotel as we were attending a concert at the Avenir Centre across the street, it was so convenient, the rooms were very modern and clean, the parking was so easy. I wish I had gotten the name of the lady who processed our check in she was beyond helpful and so friendly! I will certainly be staying here again and recommending to others looking for a place to stay in Moncton!

Was disappointed for a crown plaza property that resources were so limited. They charged $3.50 for Keurig morning coffee from the lobby that even a super 8 property would have available free for guests 24/7. Room was very small for a queen suite. Parking is in a unsecured area for anybody to tamper with with car in a back lot that has lots of people walking through. Will never stay in a Moncton downtown hotel again. Area is sketchy at best. On the plus side staff was friendly, check in a breeze, and the hotel is clean but they are very cheap in what they provide for an up scale property. Won’t be staying there again

This property is quite ideal. Close to our event we where going to in moncton at the Averie Centre. Everything seemed quite new.

Great stay. Our room was very clean! At first parking was an issue. But when I asked at the front desk about other options, I was given a ticket that let me in and out of the pay parking lot without having to pay. We ate in the hotel dining room, the food was excellent. It was a bit slow as there were so many folks there trying to get to the show across the street - but it all worked out. Nice casual dining experience.
