Our one-night stay was fine. A very large and well-maintained pool was a plus. No gym but you could get a two-hour pass to a nearby Crunch Fitness centre, which we used. One misunderstanding with Hotel.com. Our rate included breakfast, but wasn't made clear this was only a continental breakfast (cereal, muffins, coffee, tea) and there would be a $15 fee per person for a hot breakfast. There is a small lounge and bar on the premises but we didn't patronize it.

Great place for a fairly decent price. A minor issue with bedlamp not working but room service brought a replacement immediately. Easy access to the 401 but far enough away you dont hear the traffic. It has everything a traveller needs including a large indoor pool and laundry. The only issue i had was the restaurant our server brought our supper to the table cold and menu items were not cheap. Lots of choices outside the inn. Complained to the server but he didnt give me a credit on my bill. I dont think he was the brightest light in the house. I would stay again.

It was ok. Rooms are clean and comfortable pool was nice but there is no washroom in pool area and have to walk through the lobby to the closest washroom. Its convenient that the restaurant and lounge are located on the property.The breakfast was good.

We got the room in D section and we have to go back and forth with our luggage for check-in and reception and then to go to the room at 2am at night.. not a nice experience for sure

Beds were comfy and decent accommodation for price but it’s definitely dirty and old.

Couch was gross with stains on it. Bed looked grimy. No bed skirt around the stained box spring… very little effort to make the customer feel ok spending $200 a night.

I had rented the room for family coming in to help with renovations. When I went to pay they wanted a credit card to put a deposit on. My card was maxed until my payment for my renos went through, so I didn't want to have it go over my limit and get stuck with unnecessary charges. I was totally fine with giving the card, per policy, but wanted everything to be charged to my Visa Debit. No way and nothing but rude and condescending tone from the front desk. My sister ended up having to use her credit card which left me feeling a bit embarrassed. Also a woman was also trying to check in but didn't have a credit card, just a Visa Debit that works just like a credit card anywhere else. Unfortunately she had to leave and go find lodging. No empathy just cold and rude. My sisters stay was not the best. The hotel was no where near capactiy but the room given was directly acroos from the ice machines where you would here the machine making the ice throughout the night and other guests getting ice. The bedding was thin and when after asking for more she was told housekeeping may not have any extra but they would bring some if they did. They never brought any or called back to say they didn't have any. Its ok she didn't mind being cold throughout the night. Overall it was just a bad experience that really could've been different with staff that cared. Will not book here again and will tell all I know not to as well!

Rooms were large and in good condition. Rest of the hotel did need updating or repair. Carpet in halls were very rough and needed repair. When arriving and at moments of our stay with our young kids halls would smell of marijuana as someone had to have been smoking inside. Staff was very friendly. Pool was a great size but overall the hotel needs repair in a couple areas.

My son and I stayed here recently and loved this place. It was very affordable the rooms were nice and clean. The beds were comfortable as well. We really liked the pool. We had so much fun just the 2 of us for a short getaway. We decided that anytime we’re in London, this is we’re we are staying. We will be back.

I have booked many times at Ramada through hotels.com but yea I have moved so it’s been a little time since my last booking but regardless I never had any issues the other times no damages not non payment cancelations nothing. When I got in to town went to checkin and was turned away cause I didn’t have no credit card by the way I have never onced paid with a credit card as I don’t have one my aunt was willing to use her card for me but her card was KOHO they refused we offered to pay cash for Room plus deposit and leave card at desk they don’t take cash . I had to leave after driving 2.5 hours to get here. I was sent a email to let me know what was needed for check in and no where says credit card or specific credit card to boot. The man working desk said new manage and showed me a small print blurb on there page about credit card . I have booked many times here my card was never an issue it held my reservation the email reserved to confirm don’t say card needed m. The front desk just was rude treated me like they don’t need my business and they were dismissive. Nothing was done I had to get another room but I’ve done the same thing every time before but I will never book there again

Just would have liked to know prior to arriving that the pool temp couldn't be controlled (no heat in the pool) Otherwise fine overall for the price. Man at front desk was nice.

Pool was extremely cold. Paul in the restaurant was amazing and food was great too with good prices. Rooms were on the smaller size but okay for the price point.

Bed and linen was new and good quality. Room was clean and smelled good.

Very decent hotel for the awesome price. Room was large and basically comfortable, no bells no whistles… tv was small and fuzzy reception…if you want a room in London around 100$ I would stay here because I’ve stayed in all the $100 hotels there and they are horrible! The Ramada is not!

USB port in my room didnt work. I informed the front desk and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked for another USB hub or something to charge my devices. They could not provide one..

Room was nice, but had a smell when you first walk in. Staff was friendly and pool was a nice convenience.

Pleasant greeting by the desk clerk. We were promptly given a new room when the first was unsatisfactory. The hotel is in a general state of needing an update, but was fine for a short, budget family stay. Check out was a breeze.

The staff were excellent, the rooms were decent, biggest issue was that the walls are paper thin. Whoever was staying in the room next to 250 on December 21st, please get checked for sleep apnea.

Poll was great, breakfast buffet was adequate but when we'r arrived at 8am, food had been sitting for some time so was not at its best. Staff were great, room was very clean... overall great value for the price!

We had a weekend full of hockey for our daughter so we needed a reasonably price place to stay close to 401. This was exactly what was needed. My only complaint was that althought we set thermostat at one temp it felt like AC and heat would alternate through out the night

The pool was warm, large and clean. No showers that i saw proior to entering. The buffet breakfast, although extra cost, was delicious with scambled eggs, bacon and sausages.

Had a good weekend. Conveniently located for a shopping before Christmas. Only draw back is the fitness center is across a busy 4 lane road but the teenage boys loved it even being a bit inconvenient.

Doritos on the floor before we got here. Kinda gross. The rest of the room looked clean though. Pool was fine and warm. Good location.

The stay here is usually very nice. Staff was accomadating on my early arrival But the room was beside a very noisy family who kepy going in and out of their room slamming the door talking loudly. Child crying well into the night it was almost midnight before I was able to get some peace and quiet.
