I only stay at places with customer scores >8 and I've always been happy with the place (independent of star rating, etc.). This hotel was disappointing for an 8.2. The person at the front desk was short. They weren't rude, but not friendly either. The hotel is dated. It also has a distinct smell, not necessarily bad, but distinct. The hotel carpet is pretty dingy. It is covered in stains. There was an even more distinct smell when I walked into the room. It's almost as if they are trying to cover up another smell with this smell. The room was pretty solid. The bed was comfortable. It only had liquid body wash. I prefer a bar. No one was at the breakfast buffet ($13 additional dollars) on either day that I stayed over the weekend. I don't think I would have eaten there for free considering the general state of the rest of the hotel. The highlight of this hotel is that if is adjacent to a Waffle House! The proximity to the WH and the room being on sale was why I picked it over the other airport hotels. I rate this place as a 7.

This Holiday Inn does not offer the same breakfast options, as other Holiday Inn! Ice machines barely work, super small pool that definitely does not accommodate the size of the hotel. Old dated furniture in the rooms, barely want to give you more than 2 towels at a time. Very underwhelmed with this Holiday Inn.

So from the moment I stepped in I was greeted with smiles and polite professionalism. The breakfast was very tasty, especially the fried potatoes. It conveniently had a nice bar and grill that had extremely good food and the staff in both establishments went out of their way to please me. I checked out on on 9/16/2024 at 2:30 am and the front desk clerk Lanchey was super nice. The cook and the waitress at the breakfast lounge was kind and attentive. I will recommend the establishment to all my friends and family. It was a very relaxing place and I will be returning soon.

My family stayed there to visit family. We checked out on Easter Sun around 930am. OMW to Conway I realized I forgot my firearm in the bedside table. If anyone has ever traveled with children you know how hectic check outs are.I phoned the hotel to let them know that I had left my firearm in the room and was on my way to my family's for Easter could I get it on our way out or if they could retrieve it from the room for me to get later on. They said they could not enter the room knowing a firearm was inside. My firearm was unloaded the magazine was taken out and the slide was cocked back to safety. They phoned me an hour later stating I needed to come get it before they turned my firearm over to the manager and I would not be able to receive it until Monday.I live 6 hours away and worked the next day which is what I told the lady who called me. They would not reason with me to hold off on cleaning that particular room until I could get back to get it I was told a manger would be contacting me but never heard back My family and I had to leave our families Easter to go back to the hotel I return to the hotel and they had my firearm in a plastic bag after being told they could not touch my firearm they went and took it out of that bedside drawer and the lady at the front desk was talking under her breath stating I shouldnt have been allowed to get my firearm back today. I was handed my gun in a plastic bag and was told I couldnt look in the bag I looked to see it was all there

Desk Staff were matter of fact. Breakfast staff were excellent. Air conditioner very loud. Sock left under bed by previous guest. Otherwise facility very clean.

They considered me a no-show after driving 7 hours for a booking I’ve had for a month, they gave my room to a walk-in.

Upon check-in the lady behind the counter was fairly rude. There was wads of paper in the entry of our room. The bed was extremely comfortable, along with the pillows. The restaurant was okay, not my favorite. The team that was working was slow, eventually our food arrived, but very spicy. The hotel is a little dated. But for an over night it served its purpose.

Most of the staff was great. One lady during the day at the front desk not so much. The bummer for my stay was having to go to the desk twice to get my key reprogrammed and it still not work. Thankfully the cleaning lady came through.

The staff is excellent! The feeling of safety is great. The rooms are undated and need of major repairs. I rented a top floor room, received a room with a view of the gas lines , AC?Heating systems and a roof. Could have stepped out the window and walked on the roof. This was the second floor (1st floor for elevator) By paid for a 3rd floor room.

Very large hotel but was like a ghost town and my room was far away from front desk and I had to roll my suitcase a long way to the elevator. Toilet lid was loose and was dangerous to sit on. Tub had slow drain. I was charged an additional $10 and still waiting for a phone call to find out the reason. I liked that there was a restaurant attached

Gentle staff, quick check in and out. Nice and clean installations. The room was so comfortable and clean and I liked the bed and pillows. We add the breakfast and was really good, the staff there were kind and attentive.

Prompt shuttle service. Friendly drivers. Easy check in. Restaurant on site. Setup for breakfast a bit out of the ordinary with staff who get your drinks for you and check you in, but they were very friendly and very helpful. All around a good experience.

All the rooms booked through Expedia are on the 6th floor. Not the best for handy cap people!!! Front desk on Jan 3rd was very very rude!!!!

Hotel was nice but older, could use an update. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. It has a mini fridge and microwave. Ice machine on our floor didnt work. The front desk staff at check in was very unfriendly and morning check out staff only slightly better. There is a restaurant in the hotel but would not recommend as service was slow and 2 of 3 orders were incorrect. There are no other dining options near. They offer a free breakfast but doesnt start til 7 on Saturday and if you are traveling that is a little late. If you just need a place to sleep its ok.

We actually spent a night here on our way out to St. Croix. That room was mediocre, at best. We were stuck on a side of the building with no other people and the room wasn't the best. Return trip room was excellent and so confortable! Ethan at the front desk took great care of us, getting a shuttle from the sirport to our hotel.

The toilet barely flushed, the shower didn't drain at all, there was no body wash left in the shower dispenser at all (and that was the only soap, so we had to exit the shower and grab several pumps from the hand soap at the sink on order to shower), and little concern was given to privacy. We had to put post-it notes over the 2 peep holes (2 doors into the room and one of them had such big gaps around it that it let in a whole lot of light from the hallway), and we had to pile stuff in front of the curtain to hold it closed because otherwise you could see right in to a mirror that reflected the bed to the outside! It also didn't feel like the doors were that secure, so we pushed furniture in front of them. Otherwise, the hotel felt nice, and the girl who checked us in was awesome! One of the friendliest we've encountered (and we've traveled quite a bit)

The room was clean and comfortable. The property was odd - hundreds of rooms, big open spaces, almost no guests. A big conference center with few guests. TV did not work, ran out of coffee pods.

The airport shuttle was very handy. The shuttle driver Calvin was friendly and helpful and Christie at the front desk was amazing! Above and beyond helpful

No airport noise that I could tell and the building layout is very nice. The king bed was not the best but it was ok for one night. I stayed on a Sunday night and it was surprisingly quiet.

Found 3 cockroaches in our room. Floors were disgusting. Front receptionist was on her personal cellphone while checking us in. Overall not happy.
