The floors had stains and overall it didn’t feel very clean. Outside of the hotel is also really loud. We could here music and the train late at night and early in the morning. The front desk was also not very friendly.

What a terrible experience, on the weekend of my wedding. I was in room 414, right next to an ice machine. A puddle was formed in front of my door, I must’ve asked 4 different people if they could do something about it being that I had a photographer and a videographer meeting me and my groomsmen in my room to get some pre wedding shots. The best solution the staff had was placing several towels right outside of my door. Such a tacky solution and that was the site that my guest arrived too. Horrible problem solving and customer service from the front desk staff. I would’ve been better off at the Motel 6 across the street.

Stayed here for the night before our day trip to Disneyland. Full breakfast was the highlight. Room 804 was fairly clean. Bed sheet was flipped over with a questionable stain. Missing remote for the TV but that was ok since we had our personal devices to connect to the WiFi. Sounds of the freeway can be heard but is tolerable for a night's rest. Parking lot is sketchy with warning signs, but it's free!

The hotel is a good stay for Disneyland not to far. Hotel is clean and free parking. Only concern is the elevator being down and my room is close the streets and i can hear the cars but everything else i would totally stay again!

Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. Room had some issues. Shower door would not stay closed. Toilet paper holder was attached - it looked like it got pulled out of the wall. Repair was not great- spackle did not cover

Very nice room, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The only complaint is that the free breakfast was one of the worst I’ve had. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Excellent, really good customer service

Property and facilities were clean. Surrounding area was clean, but no restaurants in the area.

When I first checked in the stuff made horrible comments to security due to people were checking in stating “ All all those people are coming in!!! Don’t you see I’m the only one ” If she don’t like her job what is she doing there making guest feel uncomfortable.

Checking in almost midnight exhausted and sleepy from a long drive across the border the staff was very rude and made unsolicited remarks about an instructions that wasn't very clear and complaining that she had a long day at work I suggest the management should train staff about great customer service !!!!

I liked the location ,close to Disneyland and john wayne airport ,also close to several malls in the area.

Overbooked. The front desk staff was very rude and refused to communicate.

Excellent updated room, including large bathroom with glass doors shower. Breakfast for three hours every morning included variety of hot meals and many other choices, situated in a large area in the main lobby. Friendly and helpful front desk and other staff.

My key stopped working twice in a 3 day stay.

It was average to good. The front desk folks were not overly friendly, kinda indifferent and robotic. Breakfast was tasty aside from the runny oatmeal. My room was a nice size and clean. The carpet in the room did smell like feet but it wasn’t terrible. I might consider another place the next time. It wasn’t bad but wasn’t really great either.

Cannot emphasize how horrible the condition of the room and horrific customer service from the manager and employee when we stayed there. Upon arrival, our reserved room was not cleaned -- poop stains in the toilet and brown-stained bed sheets. The cofee machine was dirty, floor had crumbs all over, and bathroom faucet had hair and grim. We checked in a bit after 10 pm, so by that time the housekeepers had plenty of time to clean the two-queen bedroom, but it was in unkept condition. We request to get another room, but the front desk manager said he only had a room with a king bed with a pull-out couch. The pull-out couch did not have any sheets or pillows, so we went downstairs to request them. After 1/2 hour of waiting, nothing happened. So, we volunteered to get the sheets and pillow ourselves but we were told only the housekeepers have access. We waited for at 1.5 hours before we were given the bed sheets and pillows; we were tired from the plane trip and it was almost midnight from the waiting. Not only that, the springs in the couch's mattress were broken -- horrible night of restless to try to sleep on that couch. The front desk manager told us he'll have us move a cleaned two-queen bedroom the next day. The next day, the manager and gal (blue-dyed hair) working at the front desk assured us that we get a 2-queen bedroom, but lied to their teeth and nothing happened. A night shift gal told us that they never put in the notes that we requested to move to 2-Q bedroom.

No house keeping service, even trash wasn't getting picked daily and we stayed for 4 nights and came back to a stinking room. Bathroom sink had leakage and reception wasn't bothered to get it fixed.

Comfortable, reasonably priced, good free breakfast. Not the best area but we felt safe. Staff was very nice and we got housekeeping refresh every day.
