Great room, ice available, great amenities, pool area appeared to be nice, requested 1st floor for seniors, asked for a king, hotel staff gave us upgrade to a suite w/sofa sleeper! Entry doors to hotel need to have or be automatic, no fun trying to get in hotel carrying luggage and you have to set down your stuff to open the dang doors! Trashy view looking north out of our north windows, needs to be cleaned!

The front desk is not staffed - there is a cheap yellow phone and poorly written instructions to dial 0. The door handles are icky, the surfaces were wiped with something that left a film. The coffee pot had abused coffeenpod in it. The sheets had HAIR and stains!!!! It was obvious they had not been changed. The lobby smelled of toilet bowl cleaner and Jasmine perfume. The pool was broken. My daughter and I slept in our clothes on top of the cleaner of the two beds using our coats as blankets. My kid would not even take her stuffed animals out of her bag - she used the bag as a pillow. I would have left if it wasn't so late and I needed my kid to get some sleep. We kept finding weird things - the adjoining door had caulking in the cracks and there was a bowl stuck to the fire alarm in the ceiling.

I will never stay at this Hotel again. the pool was broke and the ice machine was broke as well. Room cleaning was never done to my room and I was their for 5 days.

Staff was very kind and attentive. There are somethings that needs some attention, but wasn't that bad. I would stay again.

I stayed at this Hotel 2 nights and it was great. Clean room, great pool, the staff was friendly and attentive. My only complaint (and this is really nitpicking), was that breakfast ended at 9 am which stunk. I had a long night out with friends and family on my last night there, and went to get breakfast at 9:30 and it was shut down. Plus, the only hot food available is waffles which I am not a huge fan of. I would love to have some scrambled eggs, muffins, bacon, etc. But again, that is being very nitpicky. When I am back in Lincoln, I will definately stay at this Hotel again. Thank you for a great stay!

Well i woke up this morning with bed bug bites under my chin, overall it looked like a decent hotel, better visually than the others along cornhusker, also my itinerary said check out was at noon, owner came banging on my door at 1108, telling me to get out, that the sign in lobby says 11am, but i booked with orbitz and the confirmation email said check out noon. Still told me i had 10 minutes to leave. Very rude, and id like a refund.......

The continental breakfast was BOMB, and nothing makes you appreciate working ice machines like staying in a hotel that doesn't have them. Might see you tomorrow night, Quality Inn!

When you needed help front desk was never there, during breakfast toaster didn't work. When i went to my room from an outing my room smelled like cigarettes.

Check in was fine, then it was down hill from there. Everything was very dirty. Stains on top cover and sheet. Pillows were horrible. Took kids down to check out the pool. It was so dirty we couldn't even think about swimming in it. We ended up just leaving and staying at another hotel.

Floors were dirty, toilet didn’t work right and overflowed each time. The couches are futons and a leg was broken off one corner of one. Mirror wasn’t cleaned, counters weren't cleaned. Pool had too much chlorine in it, and was unusable. Our throats and eyes burned just walking near the pool room.

We reserved 2 nights at this hotel on a Nebraska football weekend for the price only. There were mixed reviews, but considering it's location to the stadium we figured we would sacrifice on stars when we normally would not. It was a terrible mistake. The room was old and worn. Bathroom was gross. Floor tiles in bathroom were broken and even a part of the shower wall was broken. The top cover (duvet? Idk it was the size of a comforter) was absolutely disgusting. Definitely not washed on either bed. Comforters below were stained and pillows were also terrible and flat. Kids were excited to go to the pool when we arrived. It was very cloudy and the hot tub basically had gray water with a foamy layer on top. I could not believe my eyes. I have never seen a pool or hot tub look like this in a hotel. The only saving grace was they offered complimentary breakfast mostly grab and go things like cereal and yogurt, but they did have a waffle maker, fresh fruit, coffee, juice, etc. I will probably not stay here again. I felt we WAY overpaid for what we got and next time I will book farther ahead on Husker game weekend to avoid high rates for poor quality hotels.

Breakfast option was the best part. The smell in the room and lobby did not smell pleasant when first arriving. The room had its faults as well. Bathroom was missing the railing, the faucet would spray from the base of the handle when turned on and the window was held shut by a piece of wood. For the price though, I can’t complain too much.

The facility was overpowered with the smell of cleaning products and air freshener. The pull out couch in our room was all stained up. I honestly didn't want to sit on it. The ac must have needed the filter cleaned out, the air flow was VERY low. The staff was polite. The location was close to the Pinnacle Areana, but the neighborhood looked low income. The grass was overrun. The price for the night was high.

Checked out as fast as we could. Terrible outside/yard upkeep of the property. Strong unpleasant smell when we walked in. Pool was dingy/cloudy and so strong of a chemical smell when I went to 'check it out' before swimming. Couldn't see the bottom or sides of the pool at all. Eyes burned when I walked in the area. Didn't stay here, requested a refund immediately and went elsewhere.

The staff was amazing, kind, and helpful. The hotel is old and showing signs of being well-used. The pool was out of service, which is the main reason we booked the hotel, but I was pleased with the cost of two rooms for two nights. Overall would recommend it for a budget trip! The parking lot is very well lit and the hotel is very safe. Within walking distance, there are multiple fast-food restaurants and a gas station. Downtown is a 7-minute Uber ride.

Upon arrival the property was not well maintained, the grass was tall, parking lot covered in trash. The front desk guy was nice but the woman was not. After checking in we went to our room. I pulled back the sheets and they had stains all over them and the AC smelt like mold. My family and I went to the pool and it was closed. We were not informed that the pool was closed due to an algae problem. I returned to the front desk to voice my concerns and they didn’t seem to care. I asked for a refund as we had only been at the hotel for less than 30 minutes and was denied. I had to take my losses and go somewhere else thankfully I found a CLEAN hotel and a WORKING pool. I will be speaking with this facility’s upper management about the issue as well. Just figured I’d let everyone else who want to stay at this hotel to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

The pool and hot tub were both not working. The air conditioner in our room leaked all over the floor and the toilet in our room ran and flushed over and over repeatedly all night long. I told them about the issues and they offered nothing to fix them or compensate us for the stay.

The pictures online look nothing like the actual property. The hotel is in a not awesome part of town. Super dirty floors and central area. Pool/hot tub were out of order when we were there abd had been for weeks according to the front desk staff. No one was at the front desk most of the day; had to hunt for them. Room was fine but humid. Overall, lackluster. We would advise against staying at the Quality Inn Cornhusker.
