Very nice room…VERY big! Comfortable and clean. Nice water pressure in the bathroom and didn’t have to wait for hot water! Breakfast was only fair…no exceptional choices.

Everything was wonderful at this hotel except the check-in and front desk clerk which was awful
We checked in on a very busy Sat night. She couldn’t find my reservation. Hotels.com does not provide the hotel confirmation number
It took 22 minutes and 2 calls to Hotels.com to resolve issue and the front desk clerk, myself and the customers waiting were all very frustrated
Then I found out it would have been cheaper to use my AAA or AARP discount AND I only earned $2.98 with Hotels.com new reward program OneKey

It was a nice room. I arrived late in the evening and left early morning so didn’t get to explore. Front desk staff was delightful.

2nd visit this month, enjoyed both times as did my family. Staff is friendly and professional. Hotel and rooms were very clean. Child and pet friendly. The breakfast was OK: waffles, muffins, cereal, yogurt as well as eggs, sausage or bacon, and home-fries. Coffee and tea are free all day. Location is close to the highway, but rooms are quiet. I’d stay again and would highly recommend it.

Right off the RT 81 exit. Centrally located near several name brand eateries. Staff was friendly. The facility was modern and well maintained. A nice surprise.

I’ve used Hampton Inn for years love staying there, but they need to change the toilets to accommodate elderly people. It’s almost like sitting on the floor.

Very spacious ro, extremely clean, all everything you need is in the room, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion , and body wash on the wall. Hotel smelled great from the lobby all the way through the hotel.

We typically stay here as we pass through Chambersburg. It sits back away from the road and is quiet. Ample parking. Staff has been friendly each time we stayed. Check-in and checkout is quick and easy. The hotel overall is clean. The rooms have been clean and comfortable each time. Breakfast is included.

Terrible breakfast and the internet did not work in my room!

I was pleasantly surprised how modern and clean the hotel was. Since it was close to the highway, I asked for a room away from it and they gave me a room on the other end of the hotel. My only complaint is that the door was ill-fitting and the light from the hallway lit the room like a torch.

The Hampton Inn in Chambersburgh was a great experience. They have a friendly staff and the room accomodations were first rate. Breakfast was the best I have had.

The people in the next room came in late and were very noisy. Played their TV loud. You could hear through the adjoining door. I will ask next time for a room that does not have an adjoining door.

Check in and check out was easy. Staff was friendly and room was clean. They had a cute little pool and exercise room. Found some good restaurants nearby. Would recommend to anyone passing through and need a place to stay. Seemed popular as there were a lot of people staying there and enjoying themselves.

This stay was wonderful! Room was very clean and the shower was great. The coffee in the room was not so great though. Also want to share the breakfast staff was on top of everything. They kept the food filled and everything tidy. Will definitely recommend it to others.

Pro: Nice place to stay. Huge room. Nice exercise room.
Con: Took 3 times to program our room card. Building not secure as end door did not lock. Anyone could just walk in. Refrigerator buzzed at night so we turned it off.

The toilet got clogged and we called in the morning. When we came back it still wasn't fixed. Also, we were not told that we had to ask to have our room cleaned so we had no new towels. People should be asked upon arrival if they want their room cleaned.
