The place needs a complete Reno,very old.The door to the outside didn’t shut properly,didn’t feel secure.All furniture is old,bed was very bouncy,no firmness.The floor of the bathtub had been chipping away and they did a shabby job painting over it..The bathroom sink didn’t have a plug nor did the tub. As far as the continental breakfast,no juice,no decaf coffee,no yogurt or fresh fruit. The entrance had a huge pothole as you attempt to drive up to the entrance of the building. The only positive things were the person at front desk was nice and the room was passable for cleanliness.

The check in was great-friendly staff. Room was in disrepair. Cars parked in front of our door, with people just sitting in them.

The staff was very friendly, kind and respectful. Our newly remodeled room was very nice. Breakfast was a continental breakfast plus waffles. We would stay there again.

The staff was amazing very nice. The rooms and I say rooms because we had to change rooms are nothing like the pictures on the website. We reserved the king bed room all of the photos have a jacuzzi style tub and updated thru out. No nothing like that the amenities that where listed nope not in the room and couldn’t even get a hairdryer. We had to clean the shower it was horrible. We just got off of a 14 hour drive and was exhausted. We ended up sleeping a few hours in the truck. The staff was great but the property was horrible

We always enjoy our stopover here on the way to Florida. The beds are nice. This time the temperature of the pool and hot tub were perfect. The room was good. the only problem was the breakfast the next morning they did not have eggs and my husband really missed that.

A LED light outside my room kept flashing on and off all night! The staff ignored my complaint! Will NOT be staying there again!

Area qas rough, seemed like a guy lived at hotel seemed to have a dog kennel in room, at stairs trash was all over, food was tossed on ground to feed animals, bed was horrible and probably 15 years old, definitely never going back

Wonderful heated pool, nice comfy big bed, nice breakfast with waffles and everything. A few things that maybe would have bothered my mother would be the toilet paper roll was loose a little bit from the wall, and a little bit of peeling paint in the shower drain. However I had no complaints at all and was very pleasantly surprised at the whole experience. I thought it was a fantastic stay and a fantastic price. I did not want to leave the heated pool but when I did there was a hot shower, big TV, and cozy bed waiting for me! Will definitely stay again.

Up graded to suite it was in very poor condition, couch dirty looked like someone was sick on it. Asked for refund on upgrade and took a regular room with some improvement.

Check in took awhile because she was on a phone call, but fast once she tended to me. Room was supposedly non smoking & had a smell that seemed like smoke. Room was okay, looks like they are doing some renovations as there was a dumpster in lot. I booked the hotel for indoor hot tub as driving from MN to FL. The hot tub was cold maybe upper 70s. Noticed steam on pool so went in & it was like bath water in upper 80s. Obviously heater issue on hot tub. Then there were no pool towels, front desk said she didn’t have any. We had to walk outside to go back to room which it was 59°. Shower in room was hot with rain showerhead & we had towels! I don’t think we will stay at another Quality Inn.

I enjoyed my stay

All was ok till we started itching and i found bed bugs in the head board hanging on the wall made of woven fabric with wood frames. also suspect they where in the mattresses.

It was a mess they tried to Paint the tub and walls with regular wall paint. This ottoman just like the last place was ripped and dirty. Broken glass in the parking lot out front of the room . The driveway in had a hole in it large enough to be a swimming pool Do not use the star rating as a reference

Wonderful staff and views

Tub was dirty and in bad condition surfaces stained moulding and peeling. Comforter on 1 bed had multiple stains. We had 2 people from housekeeping staff knock and require door to be opened in the morning before the 11am checkout. Best experience was check in.

Cheek in was easy and the girl at the desk was beyond helpful and very delightful. The room was clean enough and the bed was comfy. Water was hot and had good pressure. The sink filled up fast and barely drained make sure to conserve or you will be standing in a puddle The toilet didn't want to flush you had to stand there and hold the handle down for awhile to get toilet paper to go down The next morning is where the real issue was. We placed the do not disturb on the door before bed but at 8:40 the banging on the door started after telling them we weren't ready they tried to come in and my wife was only half dressed. I checked out side they had removed the do not disturb sign and set it in front of the door. I put it back on and went to get in the shower 9:05 banging started again and I let them know we were not ready standing right next to the door the proceeded to bang wanting to know what time we would be out. Check out is not until 11am. At check out (9:30) I told the front desk and the girl gave an eye roll and said she would tell the manager no apology or anything. We usually stay 15 mins away in Ashburn and because of the rudeness that's where we will stay from now on

Room clean, bed comfortable, ac loud, toilet ran sometimes had to fix flapper, coffee maker did not work☹

The fire alarm was going off the entire night but the staff did offer a discount for us in the am.

I had multiple roaches in my room. I saw the first one an hour into my stay. There were spiderwebs in a corner of the room. The carpet was dirty and sticky. There was trash behind the couch and table. TV speakers were broken so it sounded awful to the point where i turned it off. The hot tub was broken so it was more like a warm bath. Also the pool and hot tub had lots of dirt and hair at the bottom. Couldve been worse but i definitely wont be staying here again

I booked a room for a Thursday-Friday. I called after I booked to let em know I would be checking in around 2 or 3am Friday morning. They said no problem but gave my room away. I had to wait for them to locate an empty room and they still charged me a $50 deposit that I still haven't gotten back and almost $100 for not cancelling my reservation and still haven't gotten that refunded either.. The room and towels were filthy. I ask 4 employees for clean towels and never got them.. (I had to go buy my own). I cleaned the room and even took the trash out.. I told the lady cleaning on Saturday that I already had cleaned the room already and that i she didn't have to go in while I was gone unless she could bring towels. I had my home wifi camera in the room and just as soon as I left the cleaning lady and some guy came into the room looked around at my stuff then left (still didn't get them towels though) Not all the staff was terrible though.. There's a lady and her husband or boyfriend that work/live there that are pretty cool.. They are out every morning walking the dog and cleaning the cigarette butts and trash from the grounds.. probably the best employees there.. Oh and the indoor swimming pool was like setting in boiling water.. I felt like I was the main ingredient for there dirty pool water soup!!

Very clean hotel, close by restaurants, delicious breakfast at the hotel. I am very happy with their service

We called front desk 3times tv didnt work ,smoke detector on microwave. Lamp near bed no working.and lots of trash behind drawer.
