Poor costumer services, make people tired waste valeu time in the check-in process.

The outside is a little care worn. But the inside of the rooms were nicely updated and very clean. Things seemed maintained well and it was convenient for me to stop to rest on a long nights drive.

It was what it was for the price, just ok. The place was acceptable for what it was. It was by far not a luxury experience, but served its purpose.Tip, request clean sheets upon arrival… The only reason I would consider a stay again would be because the staff was kind and friendly and it was quiet.

Friendly staff, easy access to shopping areas and highways, and good parking.

Could have been a little cleaner. Black hair in the bathtub, stains on linen, dust and dead bugs on ac unit, but was good enough for what we needed.

Bed was full of hair and blood. No one was available at the counter so we bought linen at walmart. The towels had stains on them. Hotel is right beside the turnpike so it is noisy, the heater made lots of noise on top of the TP. I won't go there again

Had to wait 15 mins to get front desk service on arrival. Room was dirty. Trash under bed and dust along surfaces. Minimal towels and amenities. Fire alarm fell off wall after closing bathroom door, clearly wasn’t hooked up properly. Trash cans outside of rooms were over flowing. Dumpsters were overflowing. Never received room service despite a 3 night stay.

A little maintenance and upkeep and it would be much nicer property. Lobby could use a good cleaning and updating. Gentleman behind the desk was very accommodating and friendly.

Cobwebs around air conditioning unit and inside of entry door (with bugs in it) and bathroom door. Only 2 bath towels for our entire 4 day stay. Only 3 pillows on bed. Trash not emptied and when we took it to outside garbage can, it was overflowing. Ceiling was peeling. Went to desk to request more toilet paper and told they didn't have any. Coffee in lobby was sludge. Our daughter lives in that area and we need to have someplace to stay when visiting, but we will never go back there. It saddens me that this was even offered on Expedia.

There were a few weird things like a towel (not folded) hanging off the shelf area and there were some stains on the bed spread. But overall the location was great Easy check-in. No frills, no fridge, no breakfast and near the Turnpike so a little noisy a few times from semis but a good rate.Thyis location was consistent for what you would expect from a Red Roof Inn. This place was just fine for my one night stand... oops... no wait! I mean my one night STAY..

Room was much smaller than it looked in the pictures in the room, stink of cigarette smoke

No heat water was turn off with out notice asked for clean towels and wash cloths did not receive

Enjoyed the stay

Our room and bedding reeked of cigarette smoke. When we spoke to the front desk they accused us (non-smokers) of waiting three hours to come and tell them, suggesting we were the ones smoking. We waited three hours because we threw our bags in the room, left for dinner and when we got back we spoke with them about it. They were rude and unfriendly.

I enjoyed my stay in Cranberry Township. The hotel is legit.

Read online red roof in offered hot breakfast but this one only had hot coffee. Room lacked microwave and mini fridge. But it worked for what we needed. A place to sleep for the night.

The toilet is very dirty. Since it is closed to highways, pretty noisy.

The staff were friendly and helpful, room was updated and clean and the shower worked great. Some rooms do not have frig/microwave so be sure and pick the right room.

It was very nice hotel easy to get to clean n fresh.id recommend it to people for sure and inexpensive

Older hotel in ok shape. Staff at front desk was friendly, but took a $2.15 "deposit for the safe" on my credit card, and then one of them took a photo of their computer screen with his cell phone. I'm documenting this here in the event my credit card is compromised in any way. Was a very odd experience.

Very reasonable price. Very nice room. Very comfortable bed. Quiet. Building & rooms a little dated.

Room could have been a little cleaner. The counter top desk had a cup stain. There was a bar of soap on the floor near the toilet when I checked into the room.

Would of been nice to have more than one large towel to shower with.

Lack of is the best way to describe this Motel. My family and I travel to Pittsburgh a minimum of twice a year, this is where I am originally from and we come to visit the rest of our family. This is our first time staying at the Red Roof and it was a huge disappointment. We ended our stay early and checked out. 1 we had a double room for 3 and we were only provided 2 towels. When going to reception and asking for an additional towel we were treated like it was a huge inconvenience to them. There were no parking spots multiple other rooms had more then 1 car so we were not able to park anywhere near our room. The odor that was in the room was so overwhelming leaving the room door open for an hour did not help. There are plenty of other hotels around for similar pricing that have better attendants and better quality rooms that come with the normal amenities that Red Roof does not. Coffee maker in each room is pretty much a standard every except here. There was many contractors staying here and it was loud and very uncomfortable..

The room smelled like a locker room. There was dried urine on the toilets that were clearly not cleaned before our visit. There were a few long hairs in the tub. The room could have used some updates as the ceiling looked like there was water damage. We weren’t expecting the 4 seasons but our room could have used a little more TLC.
