It was not safe environment and the management was not responsible. So we went to another Hotel.

The hotel was good, but we had to change rooms because the first room was noisy from being poolside.

We were greeted by professional staff. They allowed us check in early, Gave us multiple keys and brought us towels whenever we needed them.The rooms were nice and very clean. We had a patios with chairs overlooking the pool. The workout room was amazing and the kids loved playing ping-pong. The shower pressure was too strong and we wished our kids could get into the game room, but it was for 18 and older. Other than that would highly recommend this hotel.

My room smelled awful, the air conditioner did not work properly I had to turn it to 58 degrees before it would turn on and get the humidity out of the air, the hot tub was very dirty and not hot, and the pool was very dirty. But the staff was helpful and very kind.

Our daughter had dance competition here in DSM. The customer service was top notch. Everyone, so kind and happy to help. Thank you for a comfortable stay!!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The 24/7 airport shuttle service "on demand" was extremely convenient, especially for a very late night arrival. The in-hotel cafe was very efficient with fresh made-to-order breakfasts. Everything was wonderful and worry-free. Highly recommend this hotel for any airport stay!

First, I paid for a balcony suite. What I got was more like a public veranda, right outside my sliding glass door, complete with large round tables with 8 chairs around them, right next to my door and people walking by just looking right in at me. The bed was horrible and there was an 8 inch gap between the mattress and the headboard, so the pillows kept falling down behind the mattress all night. The breakfast that is supposed to come with the room, didn't exist. You still had to pay for it in full.

The hotel and location were fine and had good amenities. I used the gym, pool, and hottub. But the pet fee was higher than advertized on hotels.com, and the roomservices that was advertized as "limited hours" was actually not available at any time.

There were no bar or restaurant available on Sunday. How ridiculous is that. Had to take a taxi to have food and drink.

Right across the street from the airport. Fly in, check in and fly out. Good food and the staff is great. 24 hour shuttle service is a huge bonus.

Terrible, service was slow, and parking was truly horrible there was no place to park after the second day , because of some sales convention of signs and antiques , parking around and in front the Hotel was blocked off the sellers trucks and trailers for the whole week. The front desk will just tell you to park across the street at the airport for 8 dollars if you can’t find a parking spot there when you’ve paid to stay at the HOLIDAY INN HOTEL , so my advice would be to stay at another hotel where you’ll be able to find parking spots whenever you go out. So avoid staying there staying there late July and early August they have this sales convention every year at this time.

The hotel was very nice and comforting. My 2 year old and 11 year old loved the pool. The downfalls of our stay was we got a pool side room that was back in the corner by the laundry room, no pool view and a very intoxicated tenant was loud and obnoxious across from our room, fighting and yelling in the hallway at children, wife and the security staff, for 3 hours. It was addressed by security and then police were called after 3 hours, it should of been addressed asap and not 3 hours later. I did not think the price matched the room.

Very small pool, couldn’t take our baby swimming because the pool was packed with kids playing basketball in the shallow end. Patio door didn’t open, small elevator and hallway ceiling tiles were falling down.

We were very happy with the stay, slept well and everybody was great. There were only 2 things that I had an issue with. I reserved these 2 rooms months ago, yet when we got there they said they "ran out of king rooms which is what I had reserved. If they are reserved, how do they run out??
Also, they were booked together, yet they were not even close to each other.

People in the pool courtyard were making a lot of noise and screaming from 8- 10:00 pm could not get a good night sleep, wish the staff had controlled the situation better
