It states nothing about the pool and hottub being under construction and permanently closing. Hot tub was our main reason for chosing the property. Floors 1&2 are under remodel so you cant use the lobby and if you have a larger vehicle you can't get to the 2nd story of the ramp to checkin...but there is an elevator.

It was clean and quiet. If I had to choose one complaint, it would be that it didn’t have a smart tv, which really isn’t a complaint, just a convenience! I would stay there again!

Walking distance to many stores, restaurants, bars. Close to university of Wisconsin- OshKosh. Standard hotel room- nothing special but not bad. Microwave and fridge were available.

Check in and out was quick and friendly. I was excited to see Ground Round on sight, but sad to see it was only open 7am - 11am (especially since my seminar started at 7:30am). My room was clean and pleasant. Thanks!

Its just kind of funny that the lakeview room we got was probably related to what we paid for the room. The view was mostly rooftop from the hotel with a blocked view and a little bit of a river view to the left. I just laughed at the "river view".

We stayed for a overnight for a wedding, so we didn’t spend much time in the room. However, the air conditioning wasn’t working well. We found food crumbs when we moved the ottoman.

We were disappointed with our check in. The front desk kept saying our rooms weren’t clean but then a whole bunch of other people were able to check in. Finally at 3:45 we were able to check in when check in time was 3:00

The location is perfect for seeing a performance at the Leach Auditorium, it walking distance. The view of the water is spectacular.

We like to stay here when we go to Waterfest. Nice and close to venue and hotel is good staff very friendly. Rooms are good could use a renovation but they are comfortable and clean.

My two kids and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights to visit family. You can tell it's slightly dated, but it was overall good from my perspective. The rooms were clean, pool area was great and the beds and pillows were comfortable enough. There's nothing like your own bed and pillows, so that's why I say that. There is a restaurant connected and a great walk along the river. Very walkable to coffee shops, treats and plenty of bars in the area if that's what you are looking for. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Oshkosh. We will probably stay here again next time we come for a visit.

This was an overall good stay. The hotel was clean and quiet. The only complaint I have is that there is a parking ramp that is unsecured and that we were charged a three dollar service fee each day of our stay with no mention of what that is for. I totally understand taxes and fees. I just don’t like when they are not explained upfront. Also, the temperature in the room was very hard to manage. It went from extremely cold to uncomfortably warm within a few degrees so I’m not sure if maybe the heating and cooling system was acting up or not otherwise I would recommend this hotel because of its location and amenities .
