It was very quiet. The 3 on staff was for housekeeping they were very loud and rude. There is also train tracks behind, if you dont want to hear trains not a good stay.

Property, although clean, was ‘tired-looking’ on the inside. Elevator very scuffed and beat up. 3 rd floor exterior doors damaged and scuffed. No coffee nor bacon/sausage for breakfast bar.

The check in was quick and easy and the manager on duty was extremely helpful. The experience made me actually glad the Hampton Inn was full. This was just as good and less expensive.

Avoid at all costs. Staff is aware of internet and tv issues said the owner will not fix. Dogs in the yards next to the hotel parked all night long ended up leaving a day early.

This had to be the worst hotel. I’ve stayed at yet the shower did not drain for like 30 minutes after you got out of it the bathroom will be held water and did not drain. The bathroom door did not close found dirty, women’s underwear laying in the floor by the curtains Had to get my cards reprogrammed multiple times because they stopped working and when I would do that they never asked to see ID. I just told him what room I wanted a card for and got it will never stay there again.

The property is a little old. But the staff obviously is the main plus. Staff member Michael is totally outstanding in his appearance, effort to do anything and everything with making coffee in the morning check out making sure the breakfast is put out between six and nine is officially handled and taken care of. He IS Your real asset. I would stay there again, just because of his quality concern for a happy stay.

Very nice hotel. The 7.6 rating does not do it justice at all. Area is fine, great family restaurant within easy walking distance ( less than 50 yards) and hotel residents get a discount. Hotel room was nice and clean. Great folks who work there. Would book it again.

When traveling I have 2 dogs that travel with me. Making my reservations I look for cleanliness, price and location. Hotels website everything matched what we found upon checking in with the exception of price. Website said $10.00/pet checking in I was handed a paper to read and initial rules and fees if broken. My point is the pet fee went from $10.00/pet to $35.00/ pet! Big difference and what happened to the rule you pay what is advertised?

Checked in later in the evening. Desk guy checked us in, but with absolutely no personality or courtesy. Must have been having a bad day. Had a king bed room on the first floor and the bed frame creaked quite loudly when you moved. Made for a noisy night. Breakfast was adequate but not up to the normal standard we've experienced other places. Wouldn't stay here again. Too many other options.

The promised breakfast was a failure. We arrived an hour before it closed, but there were no eggs, the crockpot of gravy for biscuits was empty, the batter for waffles had run dry, and the coffee thermos was empty. The guy who was supposed to be taking care of it was sitting behind the desk, oblivious to what was going on. He was so slow to do anything that we left and went to buy another breakfast elsewhere. We chose Comfort Inn because the included breakfast made the price reasonable, but we ended up wasting valuable travel time AND money because of this negligence

Unfortunately we arrived at shift change. Took a little bit for the oncoming person to check us in. The bathroom was dirty around the base of the toilet. The bed had some kind metal spring/base that made a noisewhen moving around and especially when getting in/out of the bed

It was a king room without the sofa bed. Kind of tight but ok. Bed was very comfy. It was nice to have an easy chair too! Tub had no crud ring (!)

The inside was amazing! I loved this hotel! My only issue is that if your pulling a trailer, there is NO space to park. The parking lot is super small. The staff was great, breakfast was nice! Just wish there was more space to park larger vehicles with trailers and or moving trucks.

Check in was easy. The room was okay. The bathroom was very small, and left very little room to close the door. The bed seemed to have a sheet metal supporting the mattress that made a noise whenever getting in or out of the the bed.

We checked in at midnight with kids, and room condition was terrible. Curtain wood panel was about to fall, bathroom sink facet was shaking, water was not draining in the sink. This property needs serious upgrades and maintenance required.

Wasn’t the best sleep of our stay. The beds were sunk in the middle and the pillows were very lumpy. Hard to get comfortable at night. However the room was very clean!
