They took extra time to cleverly fold the towels and paper products. Didn't like the $50 no smoking deposit, but I'll get that back being a non smoker.

Efficient check-in and check-out, clean room, plenty of parking. Couple's loud arguing in adjacent room (very early AM) was unpleasant, but not the fault of the hotel staff. Convenient location.

The hotel was no where near the venue. Wouldn't less us cancelled the reservation bc it was day of . There was no way to know till we arrived at hotel till the day of. We didn’t stay at the hotel. I had to pay full price for another room closer to Keeneland

When I arrived to check in I was told that the room I payed for was in fact not available is it still needed to be cleaned and that I could not check in until much later unless I took a different room that was a double bed instead of the king that I reserved but I would get that room at five dollars cheaper than what I paid already so I gave them my credit card they would refund the money that I paid on your website and they also needed it for a deposit for smoking. What actually happened was when I gave him my credit card he charged me a second time for a $60 fee for the second room and on top of that instead of just holding my credit card in case it needed to be charged when I left if I had smoked in the room, they also went ahead and charged that fee to my card also so before I ever saw my room , my card had been charged $175.56 when I found this the next day I stayed trying to speak to the manager never came in. I left my phone number for him to call me and it wasn’t until seven hours later that he called me and then he told me that if I disputed any of the charges, he would go to the county attorney office and file fraud charges on me and threatened me. We stayed on the phone for approximately 25 minutes of him, berating me and yelling at me , this was so bad that I’ve drafted and wrote a letto the secretary of state complaining about this in the treatment on myself as a veteran. I would like my money refunded that I paid you and I would like it done as soon as possible

The room was disgusting. There were roaches. The "nonsmoking" room smelled of cigarettes from the moment we arrived and there was a straight up brawl in the parking lot at 4 in the morning. We ebded up moving hotels mid stay eating costs or not.

Id like to thank management for accommodating our request for early check in and to have room on 1st level. We had an elderly relative who needed to start preparing for a surgery early the next day. We liked having a fridge and microwave. Only issue was alot of noise of people coming and going.

Staff is lovely. Unfortunately people were yelling in the parking lot and outside on the porch most nights.

Decent appointments, but still needs help.
Beds and chairs are clean and comfortable.
The toilet is not fastened down so eventually it will create a very unsanitary condition.
Also the door drags so much on the carpet that it will not close without manual assistance.
H/AC cover is not installed correctly so it leaks cold air beneath it.
Still far better than some hotels I have stayed at and paid more money for.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, clean room, good location. Furnishings were dated but everything worked and was comfortable. Good value for my needs.

Very noisy. Thin walls. People hanging around on the balcony near our door. Could smell cigarette smoking coming in from outside. Hair on the bathroom walls. Shower dripped all night. Only good thing was the size of the fridge and the beds.

The front desk clerks were very kind and welcoming. We got a smoking room which wasnt bad! Our complaint was there was no amenities stocked and only 2 towels for 3 people.

I accidentally booked a smoking room, the owner was able to move things around so we could have non smoking. There were no vacancies that night so he preformed a miracle for us. We both are highly allergic to cigarette smoke.

I was impressed with the room as it was clean and had everything I needed for a great stay.Bed was comfortable and I would definitely stay here again when I’m in town.The only negative thing I could say is while the price of room is excellent you also what comes with that unruly guests who could be staying around you.The noise outside the room is annoying but thankfully ended before eleven.

I understand we stayed in a smoking room, however, I was surprised at the amount of burn holes in the comforter as well as the blanket below it, I mean to the tune of over 15 burn holes. My fiancé stepped on stems from grapes... we didn't have grapes which means it was not vacuumed. (or not very well) Had a baby roach help himself to the cup of coffee we were drinking... we gave it to him. My gosh the bed was a brick as well. Luckily it was only one night, couldn't have done another. Lady at the desk was super sweet no complaints on check-in.

Glad it was a one night stay. It is a cheaper motel but it could improve. I would look for done thing else next time.

The room was clean overall. Furnishings are dated and show quite a bit of wear. The bed was not comfortable. When I picked up the chair to move it, the arms came off.

It was all very pleasant and checked in late. Check out was a breeze. I will use again when needed.

The price was very affordable but they hotel is rather old. The room has a nice size refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable. The curtains were room darkening and allowed us to sleep in.

As I enter the lobby, there was an older lady behind the counter but she completely ignored me. No greeting. No eye contact. Nothing. Another person came from the back and took care of registration though.
Being a budget traveler, My expectations for hotels aren't to high. For the price the room we stayed was nice and clean. There is enough hot water and plenty of towels. Beds are comfortable enough and Air conditioning was working.
Name says "Extended Stay" but there is no stove, oven, or kitchen sink. They have a regular size fridge and a larger microwave though.
Still there seems to be some "residents" living there. some of them work us up by talking loud right outside of our door at 1:30am and I had to call the front desk to have them quiet down but it went on and off till 3:30am.
During our check out at 8:15am the lobby was locked even though it is supposed to be open from 8:00am to 8:00pm. After 5 minutes of so of ringing bell I finally got a person who might have been over slept and got be able to check out.
Other than the noisy guests and not particularly friendly staff, it was okay 2-night stay for us.

Nice for the price. Had to move the coffee pot to the bathroom sink to plug it up and could have better pillows. Staff was very nice.

Checked in at 10pm and it was like a bank drive through. Had to stand outside and face window. Anyone could have jumped me from behind. Carpet was sticky like at a movie theater.
