Great hotel. Gym is excellent, with a pool too. Just a little disappointed that there is no self-service laundry. Otherwise all good.

The staff are awesome, and it's always someone around when you need them! Room service is fast and the restaurant is amazing! My sister and I will be back again!

Thin walls- could hear ppl yelling in n next room, old, need me updating. Light out, door didn’t shut properly

Due to unreasonable check-in restrictions, I was denied check-in. I I had to stay overnight in O’hara airport when my flight was canceled. I booked a hotel near the airport for this reason. However, despite being 20.5 years old, they would not let me checkin. The only reason given was that I was not 21 years old. And They Insisted that someone over 21 to check me in the person. So I asked random person in the lobby to check me in. They didn’t care who was checked me .

We had a very impersonal stay. Very busy and large hotel. Also, amenities were very expensive. The condition of the room was good but you could tell it was well used. Upon checking, the front desk did not offer any information regarding our breakfast that we had prepaid for, parking and maid service. We did not receive any maid servicebecause you need to address this at check in and we were not offered this option. When we called to question, we were offered an apology. When we check out, the man at the front desk did not even look up at me to say anything- especially a thank you for your stay. We will not be returning

Room was nice and clean, the bed was really comfortable, breakfast was hot & delicious, staff was friendly and helpful, we will definitely be back.

Nice room. Great staff and service. Marino at check-in was especially friendly and informative about local dining. Our hotel shuttle driver went above and beyond to get us to the airport.

Check in took almost 30 min. The parking lot was full and had to park elswhere.

Very clean facilities. Nice pool with two lap lanes, perfect for exercisers as well as kids. Workout/exercise areas are very nice...good selection of exercise machines. Weight Room has several machines in a separate room. Loved the spaciousness of our king bed room, especially the love seat near the window. Breakfast buffet was one of the best we have ever had from a hotel that includes breakfast-six types of sliced fruit plus bananas and oranges, cottage cheese, eggs (2 ways), bacon, sausage, potatoes, texas toast french toast that looked amazing, oatmeal, various pastries, and breads (plus more that I cannot remember), with condiments such as salsa, shredded cheese, etc.

This is my second time staying at this hotel the first time my in-laws Was in town I stayed there. I must say the breakfast was very good for dinner. I Ordered a fresh pizza and it came out very good. The hotel rooms and hotel was clean. I did go work out in the gym. It was OK. Did not get a chance to get in the pool though.

Hotel is close to Ohare airport. Service is great Morning breakfast is excellent

Very comterable hotel. Its the first room I had that had a bathtub. I went to orchestra and it was right across the street. A couple blocks from a plaza area with lots of eatteries. Great stay over all. c:

Awesome experience for my wife first time staying at an hotel. However, the ceiling paint was peeling in our room. Outside of just that was my only complaint.

Terrible and dirty room, no concierge, the room phones dont work, vending machines and water machines dont work. Front desk is unresponsive.

My room was small type, however there was everything I needed and wanted. Super clean !!

I stayed during my birthday weekend checked out that Tuesday. The hotel and rooms are a bit outdated. The heat was switching from hot to cold then from cold to hot. The breakfast was very good. Customer service is good.

My stay was a great bang for the buck - much more affordable than other hotels in the area. It also offered great restaurant options, airport shuttle, and walking distance to my meetings and other food options. My room was clean and the staff was very helpful!

After paying however much for your stay, they charge you $50 for any accidents or damage to the room, and included in that is a $25 parking fee if you bring a car. They don't give you the option to *not* park there and make you absorb the $25 fee. Had to park all the way around the building and there were no entrances aside from the front desk entrance, unless you wanted to awkwardly walk through a restaurant with luggage to get in. Once you get your room keys, they don't tell you what floor you're on (level 2 room #'s are 600's??) so you have to specifically ask or just do guesswork with the elevator buttons. The tv did not work, no matter what channel was put on. The entire parking lot is full of pot holes ($25 to ruin my tires??) and upon leaving, the ticket machine was prompting me to still pay $25 even though I had been charged already. Had to drive all the way around the building to the front desk to get a new parking pass that would let me exit and then drive all the way around the building again to exit. -Don't take your own car there -Give yourself hours before you need to get somewhere because it will take you at least one hour to get settled in your room -Don't bring something you need to microwave (they don't provide them) -If you want to watch anything, you'll have to watch from your phone

The second I walked in the staff was very courteous and helpful. After I entered the floor I was to be on I was greeted with a large amount of noise followed by children screaming. I thought that was going to end by the night getting later (time was 9:30pm) this persisted until 11pm. The. Noise was repeated again at 2:30-3am with another set of people leaving their room and making a lot of loud noises as well as at 5:30-6am same set of people with child having same loud noises waking me yet again. Over all stay this time as to my last time wasn’t a pleasant experience to say the least.

It was a very clean, older property, but renovated nicely. Helpful staff, easy check in.

My only problem was that I found two containers of old pasta in fridge , and heat felt like AC . Otherwise staff was wonderful , checking in and out and getting my breakfast in the AM .

Went to the pool it was freezing cold in the area the pool had bugs floating in there, maintenance was supposed to had gone to take care of the problem no one even bothered to show up, went to the fron desk it seems like I was bothering the young man behind the desk ( Marino) , my key card wasn’t working, it was just not what I expected for what we had paid.

Nice hotel. Caddyshack has really good food and service.

Parking is not easy and $25 per day The hallways and room need to be painted
