This was a quick booking to get off of the road while it was storming. The staff was amazing and the hotel was excellent. And extremely quiet.

We stayed for an sport event. The rooms are very comfortable, everything looks clean and fresh.

They had a water main break in the kitchen?, and were told not to drink the water. We got settled a bit and turned on the water, and it came out a nasty yellow/brown color. They were handing out water bottles for free for a while, then quit when they fixed the break. When I went to get bottled water, they said 140064912 have to pay, because it was fixed. When I told them it was still discolored, they told me to run the water until it was clear. That took about 45 minutes, and we hadn’t arrived until 9pm, because of bad weather. The next day it was nasty, again, so my wife was afraid to take a shower. The second night there was water running across our floor, apparently from the furnace condensation line that was installed wrong. The very nice maintenance men said that we could change rooms, but it was 10pm, and we didn’t want the hassle of moving, so we sopped up the water and turned the heat down. Our conference social gathering was moved twice due to issues with the restaurant. Not the most fun and relaxing stay.
Also, although they threw some ice melt down after the snow, they never shoveled or plowed anything. Even the handicapped spaces were so covered wit light snow, that you couldn’t see the lines, and people in wheelchairs would have to go through the snow to get anywhere. This was a day after the light snow! Not thrilled with the management.

Staff were wonderful, but the wall in the room was very thin. I could hear the man in the room next to mine talking above my television. I could even hear the words he was speaking.

The property is a bit worn - it looked much nicer on the Internet, but we can live with that. The TV needs to be replaced, the bathroom has no fan, and the elevator was slow to arrive (often several minutes). Our main complaint is that our keys didn’t work at least once a day. On about the fifth incident, they asked if we were keeping our key next to our phone. It seriously took them that long to let us know that our phone could be demagnetizing our key. Wow - very poor training. Additionally, we asked the front desk for more toilet paper, towels, and coffee for our room. It wasn’t delivered by the end of the day, so we asked again and finally got it. The cleaning and custodial staff were friendly and competent - the front desk staff needs some work. For the price of the room, we really expected top notch facilities and customer service. Disappointed. Will not recommend or stay at a Holiday Inn ever again.

Check in process was very slow. Carpeted areas in the room were dirty and dusty. Shower/tub was slow to drain had to stand in the water. Bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work so it was steamy.

The stay was just OK for the weekend, but unfortunately, the carpet was wet on one side of the bed and Dee Dee at the front desk did move quickly to get the portable dryer in there, but it kind of sank the experience. Room needs some touching up, crack in the wall, etc. Did not realize it was a dog hotel, so a dog barking about three doors down had kept me up both nights. Service on behalf of the front desk people was excellent though.

Our room did not have a curtain. As a result, we had bright lights shining in the room all night. Restful sleep was impossible
When bringing attention to staff at checkout, was basically blown off.
Have stayed here previously without issue. But attitude of staff on this visit is a no-go for me.
Honestly can’t believe they rent rooms without curtains and ability to block out light.

It was just ok. Nothing remarkable except the desk chair almost flipped me over backwards when I sat down. I did report it.

I reserved this hotel and went to check in, they said I reserved the wrong night so the guy said he corrected it and switched to the correct night. So I paid him and he said I would get a refund for the first reservation. Here we are 1 week later and no refund and orbitz is asking how my stay was.

There were toe mail clippings on our floor when we arrived so to me the floor was not vacuumed between customers and the air even set at very low did not keep the room consistently cool so was hot and cold all night so did not sleep well.

The staff was very nice… However, our room was awful. Dirty sheets at check in, they did change them, to the room next door flooding our room early morning hours. I felt the walls needed wiped down too. Very disappointed, they did give a discount but we should have gotten a full refund, I couldn’t wait to leave. I think we were in the oldest part of hotel, I’m fine with that but this room needed a full wipe down. Front desk was very friendly though.

My serious takes are two: hot water taking a long time (3-4 minutes) to come in the sink or bath tub faucets; breakfast having a mediocre beaufeat, even in comparison with some 2:5 star hotels in Columbia, MO. Other than that, the staff was great.

Riley checked us in and she was wonderful. We all appreciated her kindness and willingness to help and make our stay great. She put in extra effort to accommodate us.

I booked a room for single arrived and had a handicapped room. Asked for room to be refreshed and no follow through. 1st person checked me in was very nice. Rest of staff front of house does no acknowledge you when passing by. Bartender at the restaurant is flat out rude to customers and many agreed. I asked about package deal for food which I was not told breakfast is not included and they told me I could not get a voucher.

I called and booked a room here months in advance. I paid a $136 down payment for my room and called the week before my stay to confirm my reservation. When I arrived I was told that my room was still being cleaned, but they would give me a call when the room was ready. When I returned from dinner at 9:00PM I was told that they had lied and they actually had no rooms available for me. The best that they could offer me to make up for this was a food voucher. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Overall a good stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower would not drain, but maintenance was quick to come fix it. The room had some visible water damage to the ceiling and walls. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable.

Located across from a full shopping center. Easy in and out, huge parking lot.
The evening desk clerk, Jill, was fabulous, kind, personable, helpful and genuine. Beds clean and comfortable.
The negatives, bathroom was dirty upon check in, toilet and tub. Shower didn't drain, water up to ankles, noisy air conditioner. Had to change rooms, second room was smaller although asked for an upgrade due to inconvenience, unfortunately Jill wasn't on duty. It was clean but shabby, a little dusty and baseboards in bathroom were dirty. Hallway smelled bad. TV appeared to be only an advertisement for Holiday Inn, hard to figure out channels. No info in room about anything.
All in all about a 3 1/2 rating, Jill was a 5, day clerk not so much. It's fine, not great.

First room we checked into had mites and blood in one of the beds - we were there for a pageant so moving to another room at midnight really put a damper with an 8 year old with us. They made NO accommodations for this inconvenience. When we attempted to talk with the manager about this issue, we were constantly told they were busy due to the pageant (the whole reason we were there).
I am also dealing with almost $1000 in charges to my card for the expedia booking that was supposed to be right under $500. I still have not had a call back on these.
Staff was ultra nice and the facility was pretty good for the event. It is showing some signs of age, but overall kept in good condition. Some amenities were a little dirtier than others (indoor pool area was kinda bad).

If you’re 5’7 you gotta bend over at the waist to wash your hair off, but the pressure was ok. There was NO exhaust fan n the bathroom thought that was Strange. Otherwise the Hotel was very nice. Queen beds are comfy. The surrounding area has a tons of things love that, seams very nice.The service on the bar/restaurant was really great. The people around the outside hotel seem a little shady so beware. Told the crime rate wasn’t the best.

We have stayed there a few times going across country. Everyone has been very friendly and the beds are wonderful to sleep on. Rooms are very clean. The restaurant food was also very good.

Unfortunately the toddler-sized comode makes this hotel a non-starter for anyone over about 50 or with any difficulties re: getting up from stooping position.

Facility was modern and clean. However, the noise level was unacceptable. There was multiple issues inside the room as the microwave didn’t work the vanity light did not work. There is on site security however, the noise level was out of control. There were children running up and down the hallways all hours of the night, slamming the doors, and making a lot of noise.
