By far the worse experience. The room was dirty and had a bad smell. I had to change the room, and then got a second room so that my family can be somewhat comfortable. I will never stay there again if if it is free.

Continue to have problems with the toilet not flushing.
The shower leaked water outside of the bathroom.
The front desk people were not friendly

The first room, the air condition was broke, and it stink real bad like a dog the second room that accommodated me with the toilet kept running all night I have to get up and shake the handle

just one night stay to catch early morning flight. noise from the nearby road seriously affected my sleep.
not much in terms of social activities with the exception of one nearby restaurant.

Too loud! Sirens and cars speeding all night, I know it is outside the hotel control but no sleep what so ever.
Room and bathroom does need some maintenance.

The property was very nice and located at a convenient location. Although I had a vehicle, I was able to walk to Burger King and Dunkin which were nearby whenever I was feeling for a snack.
The breakfast at Holiday Inn Express was excellent and the staff were friendly.

Our room had a harsh chemical smell that made our eyes water and feel ill. We asked to be moved to another room which smelled musty or damp with a weed smell all through the halls.

There were food crumbs on the floor of lounge area in unit.Lot of noise from ? Refrigerated trucks with motors running immediately adjacent to hotel.Loud squeaking sound from bathroom door hinges.Sliding shower door refused to stay closed.

Surrounding area was dirty. Lots of trailers were parked in the hotel parking lot, taking up spots for guests.

The hotel is 100 yds distance from the Palmetto Expressway road and the windows do not reduce the noise, I never had a good nights rest in the 5 days we stayed. Pity I paid in advance or else we would have moved to another hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

The room is large and okay qua cleanliness. The WiFi connection is horrible, we were online with the support without any progress.
HVAC system had a leak on the carpet in the room.

We checked in and was pleasantly surprised at such a friendly front desk people. Was was clean and the soaps and shampoo/conditioner were dove products which we like. Would definitely stay again.

Some lights in the room did not work. Room access card did not work initially. Not quite as it is close to airport and can hear flight noises.

Front desk clerk was really nice. The manager on duty was rude, lacked of empathy and careless on resolving customer issues and concern. I reserved a pet friendly room, when I arrived, late night check in, was told that no pets were allowed. I looked and there was a couple of persons with dogs staying at the hotel. I was fortunate to find a nicer Hilton per friendly hotel in a better location. I paid about $20 more but it was way better and the staffs were very professional and nicer. Luckily Expedia was able to refund me back.

This is my hotel of choice again. This was our Hotel when my kids were younger. Now I’m back and I love it again. The hotel is safe, clean and budget friendly.

My room keys never worked. Had to get many while I was there. I was woken up every morning by a rooster crowing in the parking lot. There were semis in the parking lot outside my widow that ran their generator all night long. The noise from the highway was outrageous. My bed smelled like the cologne of a man. it made me feel like the sheets hadn’t been washed. Overall, not a good stay.

The property is located near an expressway which makes it good for me to get to my detinations. The thing that would need some attention is the shower door, it diddnt close far enough causing water to get to the floor at times

Staff was friendly and professional. Rooms were clean. However, the only thing that surprised me was there wasn’t a directory, bible, or channel guide in the room. If you had questions you had to call or go to the front desk. Overall a pretty great place.

Handicap bath chair was hard to find. Microwave/refrigerator was too close to entrance. Hallway smelled like marijuana. Doors were hard to open. The room was dusty and had hair everywhere.

The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. So they deserve 5 stars. The condition of the hotel was a little dirty and grungy. It seems like the hotel is due for a renovation. The air quality in the room was very humid, no matter what I did to change the thermostat. Overall, it was ok for 1 night.
