Was probably my worst hotel experience. Drove straight from NY to ND and our first night they left music playing on speakers outside our room. Then the next day they drained the pool and was down for two days, got this hotel for the pool so my kids and grandkid could visit and swim. Was very out dated. If you say on the toilet your face was almost touching the wall and shower was very small and shower door was hard to open and latch shut.

A literal fire started during our stay. An electrical fire started in a room. The staff shut off the fire alarm twice thinking it was a false alarm. A couple members of our party tried to use fire extinguishers to put out the fire and 3 different extinguishers were broken. The staff threw water on the electrical fire. Eventually the FD showed up and put it out. We asked for credit back for the night or credit for a future stay and was denied.

Checking in great. Rooms and place clean. Evening service of bar poor. Had to wait 15-20 mins for help. Rang bell on check.in desk, finally found a card with cell number to call and able to get service. Beer prices are allitle to high .

Hotel is walking distance to the mall which was great. Clean rooms. Hottub was good! Good breakfast. Will stay again.

The staff was amazing and as accommodating as they could be but that is where the positives end. The condition of the rooms, and the housekeeping is horrendous. We went through 4 rooms, that were dirty and smelled like smoke. The 4th one seemed ok, until we found a dirty washcloth in the shower. The cleanliness level is a zero at best. They gave us an "upgrade" due to the rooms stinking like cigarette, which included an air mattress for the second bed, complete with a hole in it. Dirt on the floors, stained sheets, hair in the tub, and no working tub plug. Top 5 worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

We were there for a birthday party. The gal at the front desk who checked us in was awesome. There was confusion on my part checking in and she was so very helpful. Thank you to her. I did not get her name. Bummed about that. Breakfast in the morning was good, the cook kept everything cleaned and full.

They are in the process of updating the rooms I had a nice renovated room while one person in my party had a room in the section where the renovation was not done. Their room smelled like smoke. Once the renovation is completed it will be a 5 rating for everything.

If you’re going to advertise for hair dryer in your room accommodation then provide one!!! Also, if you have a fancy heating lamp in the bathroom for your guest to use, make sure the light bulb works!!😩

Well after 3 tries to get us a room that wasn't already occupied or that wasn't ready he finally found one. That one smelled of disinfect that someone who went crazy with spraying. I would never recommend this hotel.

It wasn't at all what I read about in the review or saw in the pictures as I researched. When we arrived to check in, two staff were arguing at the check in counter and didn't stop as we walked up. A few minutes later another lovely staff came behind the counter to check us in and looked utterly embarrassed. The room was not clean and was really run down. The curtain was being held by half of it's clips, half falling down, spots on the mirrors and the kitchenette was quite dirty. It was a full house so could not change rooms. We were there for two nights and the room did not get made up - even though the "make up room" sign was on the door the entire day. Check out said noon on Expedia and by 11:01 they were knocking on the door telling us to check out. Location was great and the pool area was really nice. I was disappointed as the reviews were so positive and we're really not picky but this was pretty bad. Maybe it was just the room we stayed in as others looked happy. We had a poolside room but the door was so warped it would no longer slide open. In all fairness, the hotel was very very busy so maybe that had something to do with cutting corners.

I would stay here again just with proximity to mall and the pool side rooms. It could use some TLC, rooms are looking a bit tired.

Good hotel near the shopping mall. Cool music/vinyl vibe inside with art on the walls. Hot tub and pool were more then adequate. Hot tub temperature was good. Pool area was clean. Rooms are a bit dated but super clean. Bed was very comfortable. The pillows were also comfy! Our room had a sliding glass door out to the pool area. Convenient and fun. Met some nice folks while sitting in the hot tub. Walked over to Longhorn for supper and had extra drinks because it was walkable. Walked over to the mall too. Overall, really enjoyed staying here, the price was cheap for all the convenience of it!

Rough clientele. Dirty rooms. Room temp wouldn't stay where it was set. Place is dated. The drunks in the "lobby bar" is new, considering the front desk is the bar. I expected better.

-booked a poolside room and it wasn’t available at check in. They blamed Expedia’s booking system and said they were overbooked with no poolside rooms left that day.
-put us in a room that was dirty with unmade beds
-the next room they put us in had a bad smell and the door wouldn’t close properly
-contacted the front desk and nothing was done about the door
-we had to wedge a chair under the door handle to feel secure at night
-bags of garbage in the hallway
-pool area not clean in the morning from the day before

I have never stayed in a hotel that did not make the beds on a daily basis. I returned to my room late afternoon and was surprised to see an unmade bed. I called the front desk and they assured me someone would come up. I return later and found the same thing. I again called the front desk and they inform me that unless I am there for 3 days, all they do is refresh towels on a daily basis. This was totally unacceptable

This hotel was a last-minute choice for us. We picked it because the king suite had a separate room with the pull out couch for a little separation for our kids if needed.
The pool is only a foot and a half on one side and is separated with a barrier from the deep end, and that was a huge bonus for our family with toddlers.
It’s not the fanciest hotel, but it is clean, family-friendly, and the breakfast is robust. I highly recommend.

We spent one night at this hotel and while the property was in decent condition it was very expensive for what we received. We were unable to get any sleep because of the noise. I am aware that it is a hotel and noise will occur but the pool is located in the middle of all the rooms with pool hours ending at 10pm. We had a huge group running around the pool area screaming and in their underwear for hours until 4am. I tried to call the service desk many times over a couple hours and got no answer. While the staff was extremely nice during check in I could see them walking around the pool area allowing the noise to continue. I talked to the staff the next morning and explained our dissatisfaction with the stay and management that night and they apologized and said they knew they the group and had received many complaints. I was told that they would have the manager call me to follow up and I never heard from them. I am very understanding that there is only so much you can do about rowdy guest in a hotel but I was disappointed by the management the night of and the lack of follow up promised.

First floor hallways stunk and didnt seem to have ac. But rooms were clean and staff was nice. Pool was great. They have done some amazing upgrades to the hotel. Will stay there again!

The only thing I didn’t like was the lights shining on the outside of our room at night because the curtains let in a lot of light keeping it fairly bright at night other than that it’s was an okay place to stay

I would never stay at this hotel again. The beds are very uncomfortable. The sofa bed should have been thrown out. The room was dirty and was never cleaned the 2 days we stayed there. The room was not furnished with enough towels for us and I had to ask for clean towels each night. The poolside rooms were very humid and noisy late into the night. Do not recommend staying here.
