well this hotel offically ruined my "if its got an 8 star or above rating on hotels.com" theory.
blew it right out of the water.
peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling.
rust on the door frames and fixtures.
stains on the bathroom floor from an obivous previous leak.
hard water deposts on the fixtures.
bedside lamp not working
other bedside lamp had touchy plug socket on it
no remote in room and when one was brought up it had no battery cover.
and when the manager contacted me - via what i assume was a form letter for a poor review on their site - it was just to "give us another opportunity to stay with them"
hard pass - i'm not paying money to be dissappointed again by the same place. fool me twice shame on me and all that.

The stay was quiet. My complaint would be that when we checked in, i asked what time is breakest? The person said breakfast was from 6 to 10. We got up the next morning and went down for breakfast. No one was around the breakfast area so we started getting food on a plate and as we were doing that, two workers came by and asked if we had breakfast vouchers. We were like what breakfast vouchers? No one had told us anything about needing a breakfast voucher. Then we were told it was $9 a voucher and had to get them from the front desk. There was no silverware and we took one look at the quality of the food we had on the plate, threw it away, checked out and went out to breakfast. Cant recommend a stay here.

The property and room are on their way out - the bed was clean but the room was in poor shape overall and the facility looks like it is going to be torn down soon. The staff were nice and appropriate but I would not stay there again due to the obvious fact the place has seen its' better days - new Holiday Inn Express 13 minutes to the west on 18 was brand new and a better option.

Tub did not drain properly, the guy working the bar in the restaurant reeked of marijuana, the pool wasn’t working, and the hotel computer for guest was down

The surfaces of most of the furniture felt sticky and unclean. The remote for TV was especially sticky.. we didn’t want to touch it. The carpet was not clean. The toilet flush mechanism worked but was long and loud and high filling.

Staff was very friendly & professional. Front desk was great, easy check in, very accommodating. Breakfast was very good, staff in restaurant was great.

There should be some kind of assistance from hotel staff to shift the luggage from their vehicle to room.

The property needs some cleaning to do in the front. The weeds are over grown. In our room there was mold on the outside of the shower. The microwave was very old. The worst part was the noise from the air conditioning unit! It was so loud it kept waking me up. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was convenient to stores and restaurants.

The breakfast buffet was bare at 9:10 ... no eggs, no meat, no juice ... the woman couldn't have been nicer, offering to cook more ... but I didn't have time. You owe me a refund for the meal

Great, friendly staff and comfortable mattresses. However the property as a whole is really in need of renovation. Water stains and cracks in the ceiling. Mystery stains on the walls and drapes. Mold in the corners in the bathroom. The staff are doing the best they can but the property needs work.

The bar and restaurant were pretty good. They managed to cram 2 queen size beds into a space designed for a king. No microwave. No suitcase stand. The easy chair was crammed into a corner. Breakfast was $9.00

The staff I encountered were all very kind.
My bed and pillows were very comfortable, bedding clean and stain free, carpet was clean. Refrigerator and microwave both worked and were clean.
The room was nice but there were several repairs that needed repaired.
The water coming from the shower head smelled strongly like mildew.
Also not a fan of the lack of a shutting shower door and no exhaust fan. An exhaust fan may of help prevent the bubbling paint.

This is one of the few hotels in the area that has an outdoor pool, which is so great to have this time of year. The pool water and area was clean and tidy, though there were a few cosmetic issues with some missing tiles. This hotel has a good breakfast buffet, some of the best buffet scrambled eggs I have ever eaten! The room was clean and the bed was comforable. Dove toiletry items are provided in the bathroom. I wish we would have had a microwave, but that was a minor inconvenience. Overall a pretty nice stay!

4 days there - Service was excellent - staff were friendly and helpful. Older hotel, next to freeway, so not quiet. Carpeting was very old and dirty, and hallways a bit smelly, rooms were clean, but also old. Great stay because I felt safe and secure, and I would stay there again.

Check-in was quick and easy. The room was very clean and the hotel was quiet. My only disappointment was that the breakfast was not included (it's something I'm used to, though they did clearly advertise the price). Without hesitation, I will stay here again the next time I visit.

Stayed here for a concert at Blossom and have a very good time. I enjoyed hanging out in the pool before the show and the room was fine.

Questioning how thoroughly bathrooms are cleaned here as the trash bag was clearly unchanged as there were hair trimmings in it as well as covering the floor of the bathroom. Otherwise things were pretty nice.

The guy are the front desk was very nice and helpful. I also spoke with him on the phone and he was very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel posted info inside the building about ithe next door restaurant Hyde Park as an option, but found out that it has been closed over 1yr.
The in-house bar also was not open as expected and were hoping to use either for a meal before a concert.
