Elevator was broken. 2 of the 3 desk attendants were less than friendly. Door Dash didn’t understand stairs since the elevator was down all weekend.

I stay at La Quinta every 2 weeks. This was the worst stay ever. Hotel gave away the room I reserved and paid for, therefore getting stuck on the fourth floor while their elevator was out of service. The TV didn't even work.

Stay Thursday to Sunday and during our stay, the elevator did not work, the door to access from Parking to side of the hotel, the card key access did not work, front desk personnel not to helpful with other issues like missing TV remotes.

Our purpose was to stay at a hotel with free shuttle to an airport because we had an early morning flight. La Quinta was perfect. It had all the amenities we needed. Free hot breakfast, 24 hour shuttle, in-room phone chargers, wifi, coffee, fridge, microwave etc. only issue was finding out the elevator was broken when we arrived. But the staff scrambled to find a room on the 1st floor. Also, free warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in.

We were put into the wrong room initially and had people walk into our room. Elevator was broken the whole time and being on the 4th floor was hard. Out room was next to the staircase and we can hear everyone banging their luggage up and down. Breakfast was a horrible experience and not keeping the area clean or stocked with food.

I had a good stay, but no elevator was not working and people are keeping side doors propped open which is a safety issue

The shower curtain was dirty (hairy). One comforter had a blood stain. The ironing board was not there, even though the iron was there. The customer service was excellent

Had a very long wait at the airport for their shuttle. In fact I rode over in the Hilton van.

Floor was dirty, fridge was dirty and old food was in it. The linens were stained. With that said the linens were addressed. I’ve stayed here off and on for years. The place needs an overhaul. The staff are friendly and always helpful.

As non picky travelers who have worked in the hospitality and service industries, we were quite disappointed with La Quinta. Our main issues were the shuttle and the customer service. We arrived at 11:30PM and called for a shuttle. The person in the phone was fairly rude but it happens. Twenty five minutes later, and no shuttle, we called back and again, dealt with some rude customer service. We called again a bit later and fortunately, had a friendly woman help us. But again, the shuttle never showed. We ended up waiting 50 min and taking a $17 Uber. When we arrived, we were explained the issue and was told that we were on the wrong level. We were on the same level as all the hotel shuttles. We gave up at this point. The following day, we learned that the shuttle that came for us did not have La Quinta on the van. As frequent, easy going travelers, this was frustrating and disappointing. At the very least, the communication and customer service needs improvement. Otherwise, the room was fairly clean and comfortable for the price and rating. We understand that mistakes happen but after the 3rd-4th call, it is important to better communicate the pick up details. The only reason we picked this place was because of the included shuttle. But we likely won’t be booking a La Quinta again.

My stay with LaQuinta was just average. The people who worked there were standing around the front desk when I arrived and looked at me as if I had 3 heads. I needed a spoon an hour into my stay so I went downstairs and asked for a spoon and they directed me towards the coffee but I didn't see any coffee as it was behind a wall and not in plain sight. As I continued to look the employees who were just standing around still were laughing and not one of them would just tell me where to find the spoons. It literally took another patron I guess staying in the hotel or had stayed at the hotel to show me where to find what I was looking for, only to find the utensils empty. Finally an employee went in the kitchen or the back to get me what I needed.

We had a very comfortable weekend at the la Quinta BWI. My child and I stayed for a birthday weekend where we not only had birthday gifts along with a cake and balloons delivered to the hotel where the staff kindly held onto it for us, As well as we enjoyed the morning breakfast that they had each day.
Staff is multicultural, which is great to see diversity along with very kind. Great customer service …best part about it, Cavalier King Charles could join as the hotel is pet friendly

My stay at this hotel was interesting. Now the guest agent was very friendly and accommodating. The reason why I say that is because upon check into my original room, the bed was stained with a large pool of blood dried into it. It was very disgusting to look at, let alone if I didn’t find this, I would have been sleeping on this. Now, the agent was very sympathetic about this. I showed up the picture of the bed in question, which should have thrown out immediately. He switched out the room and even promised to look into it. The other room was okay, no bloody mattresses. But the tv differently needed to be updated. I wouldn’t say that this stay was a total disappointment but I would expect better from this chain of hotel establishments.

Extremely load arguing from front desk staff (with each other) while checking in and pretty much each time I walked through the lobby.

For just a one night stay, I experienced the power going out. No T.V. or air in the room. The breakfast could have been better (sausage cooked more, yogurt cups sealed and not opened). I wouldn't jump at the chance to stay at this hotel again.

Room was clean but sheets were stained, exhaust fan in bathroom not working. Very few tv channels, no cable tv or movie channels. Only one elevator that was time consuming to wait for.
Did not get refund for second night I did not stay. Would not recommend or stay here again.

All of the staff at this hotel are amazing! Responsive, friendly, helpful. We stay here multiple times a year because its dog friendly and a great stop when traveling from North Carolina to the North East. Makes the drive better and a great little place to crash for the night.

Main issue was front desk. There was no soap in our room. The front desk insisted that there was body wash in the shower but there was not. There desk didn’t have bars of soap available and we were told the housekeeper took the keys home. The evening shift said the morning shift would be able to help us but that also was not the case. The front desk needs to be prepared for such situations.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Baltimore BWI airport, and I must say, the cleanliness of the hotel surpassed all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby to the time I checked out, the dedication to cleanliness was evident in every corner of the hotel.

Very Nice Stay and Efforts of Staff.....very tasty breakfast. Housekeeping staff exceeded expectations and delivered requests quickly. My family and I would stay here again!
