This hotel has absolutely everything you could need. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was really good and hot. The pool was clean and very warm. I highly recommend this hotel

From the moment we checked in, this hotel made us feel so welcome and safe. The pumpkin decorations by the front door showed that they went “extra” to stand out from other hotels. Upon entering the lobby we passed a 24-7 coffee, tea, and hot chocolate station with sprinkles, marshmallows and caramel syrup! After checking in very smoothly and efficiently, we received complimentary cookies. These were delicious! Our room was very clean and modern. When we turned our tv on, we were greeted by name. The bathroom was stocked with full size shampoo, conditioners, body wash, lotion, etc. no more messing with the tiny bottles and good for our planet. The breakfast in the morning (which by the way stays fairly late until 10 am) was beyond better than expected. Everything from waffles (2 flavors) with 2 machines (1 for 4 minis and 1 for regular size); all the topping including whip cream, chocolate chips, sprinkles, strawberry jam, etc…. An array of baked goods; a hot breakfast with eggs, and bacon, sausage, omelettes, biscuits and gravy. The menu rotated but everything was always fresh and clean and delicious. The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. The pool and hot tub was always empty so we got the place to ourselves. The gym was clean and had a gym smell but I had a great workout on the treadmill and the dumbbells. There’s also elliptical and bike for those who can’t use the treadmill. I just loved Hampton so much! Price point was great! Exceptional and Excellent!!

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night after our daughters school event. The room was hot and when we tried to turn the AC on, it would not come on at first. Then after we turned it down enough to finally kick on, it sounded like a jet engine was in the room with us. It was so loud and shook the wall as well as the bed. When it would turn off, we could hear other rooms with their "jet engines" as well. We got no sleep and finally just got up and left.

I had to stay in a hotel due to a water leak in my home. This was a nice hotel, sprawling. Amenities good, comfortable. 1 elevator did not work, so wait time was longer. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Front desk check-in was overly complicated, due in part to young and (apparently) inexperienced staff on computer system. My first floor room was damp/musty and I noticed lots of tiny ants cruising around on the desk top and the side table between the two beds. Not sure they were in the bedsheets, but I wouldn't be surprised. Did not sleep well. Overall I would NOT recommend, especially at $200+ a night. There must be better lodging options in Ft Smith. I will not stay here again.

For a handicap accessible room the mirror in bathroom was not at a level to be used by someone in a wheelchair. You couldn’t even see the top of my head. It needed to be lowered and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Staff very nice, clean hotel with good complementary breakfast.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds, however breakfast was supposed to have been ready at 6:00am and at 6:25, we were still waiting for it. As this was a stopover place, we had to leave to get to our next destination and did not get breakfast.

Clean, nice bathroom-comfortable bed, frig in room. Nice breakfast options. Several outdoor seating options to visit with family. Quiet. Walked to several restaurants. Didn’t use hot tub or pool but looked nice. Not sure about the pull out drawers in the bathroom, my husband scratched himself on the draw pull knob, seems like it could be a safety issue. We had a King room with walk in shower. Nice couch with TV trays.
