Hotel was very nice and staff were great. Bed very comfortable but the room wouldn't cool down even on 66 degrees. Everything was very clean and it was a nice neighborhood.

There wasn’t a blow hair dryer in the room.

Not what I expected from a Hampton

Crumbs left on floor, dirty. Breakfast was unappetizing because it was dirty. Smelled kind of odd, like smoke

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean.

Room was clean, front desk receptionist was outstanding. Set me up with a hack to open my bottle of wine. Forgot corkscrew. Morning breakfast, it was food. Great coffee.

It was a decent overnight stay. Floor in room must have been shampooed bc it was wet. Bed was very comfortable and a nice shower. Breakfast choices were really limited.

Everything about our stay was great except that they were out of regular coffee in the lobby both when we checked in and when we checked out. I can understand it when we were checking in because it was 4 in the afternoon. Even so, the friendly woman who was working the front desk was kind enough to make a fresh pot. However, it was a bit annoying that they were out in the morning when we checked out. But the room was great and the hotel appears to have been recently renovated. The location was in a nice area and was convenient to restaurants and shopping!

Property looked dated and tired. Breakfast was not up to what we've come to expect from Hampton.

There was no breakfast this morning - the truck was late. Only one person at the desk. She was friendly and helpful but the poor girl was trying to do everything for a bus full of people before us without any help.

The beds were very clean and comfy and the bathroom spotless. Breakfast offered hot sausages, eggs, mini pancakes, and hot oatmeal with toppings. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Wished we could have closed the drapes to block off light from the window. Other than that, I would stay at the Hampton Inn again.

The person who checked me in did a great job in making sure I was satisfied with the location of my room. My room was CLEAN, bed was comfortable, and the general atmosphere felt comfortable and safe.

Very nice room and common areas. I would stay here again — especially for the nearby shopping!

Expedia allowed us to reserve a room. Upon arrival around midnight was told no rooms available. Don't understand how this could happen

The breakfast bar was closed. The lobby was a mess, the check in desk was a mess and the breakfast area was a mess. The grass around the building had not been mowed for weeks.

Front desk staff, Noah, was super helpful with a small issue I had (of my own making). He was pleasant and did all he could to help. The place is clean, had a decent breakfast and was affordable.

Very noisy, lots of kids, better but not quiet after 10 pm. Hard to sleep.

Overall okay stay. Cleanliness a strength. Quality of breakfast probably the worst I have ever seen in a hotel/inn. Individual staffing breakfast area was inattentive.

Wonderful stay of 2 days. Staff attentive even though they were very busy

Breakfast was terrible, waited for half an hour, still no coffee. empty trays for eggs and whatever else there was. Employees seemed to spend more time outside smoking than working. I don't know if they rent rooms by the week or month, but a lot of "unsavory" looking people hanging around. The room was clean however.

Clerk at check in was indifferent bordering on rude. Room very clean and comfortable. No hair dryer. Breakfast had no milk for cereal, no fresh fruit.

Our stay was okay. Staff was friendly. We got into our room and one bed just had a sheet on top that wasn’t made. Furniture was okay some had chips. Overall our stay was mediocre.

Overall our stay was nice. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and quiet. A couple of negatives were: we put our towels out to be replaced and never received clean ones, also the pool was very cold.

There were several quarter-sized or larger places where the laminate was chipped off on the furniture in the room. Don't know when this happened but it left me with the impression that maintaining the furniture was not a priority. The rest of the room was fine.

could hear a lot of outside noise from outside /traffic, went to look at the window and the window was out of its frame, tried to put back in but couldn't, something wrong with the window. i could put my whole hand in-between the frame of the window and frame, luck we were on the 3rd floor. The weekend breakfast time was until 10:00, got down for breakfast at 9:30 and the items that they serve for breakfast were pretty much gone , the plain batter for the waffles was out, asked for more and was told that there isn't any more and breakfast is over in 10 min. the person would not refill the batter..... only a couple strips of bacon and 1 sausage patty left. and with a 1/2 hour left to eat. that was it. If they serve breakfast until a certain time they should have food available. the clerk that checked us in was awesome, she had a bunch of employees call in so she was alone, and she was doing everything from checking people in, cleaning rooms, delivering towels , No hot tube in pool area, was filled in and flooring put down. unless they do some updating I prob. would not recommend staying there . The location was good, next to a lot of restaurants that we ate at.

Was given a room with 2 queens instead of the King I paid for. Front desk got us switched to a king room but then the door would not lock at all. I mean no key needed at all.

Cleanliness is my biggest concern and this hotel is very clean.

The staff was great. The place was clean. But there was a broken lamp with tape on it, a broken garbage can with sharp edges, no full length mirror, 1/8 roll of tp, 1/3 box Kleenex and only one chair. Children on floor above sounded like a bowling alley. Lost sleep had to wake early for flight. Will not be back.

I didn’t like it he said that there was a hot tub and there’s not and that’s the reason we came so now we’re just bum don’t have nothing to do boo-hoo
