Our room was very spacious. I loved the walk in shower. Breakfast was surprisingly good! Bed was super soft and it was nice and quiet. 😌 Will stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel & will stay here each time I come back! I was in hospitality management for a decade. This place was clean, friendly staff, large rooms & easy access to the highway to get downtown/UM. The heated toilet seat was a bonus for me! :)

The bed was very firm, which is usually not the case at Comfort Inn. This led to hip discomfort as I’m a side sleeper. The shower doors in the bathroom need some maintenance. Only one door had a knob and that door was not moveable for some reason. I had to try to open and close moveable shower door with a flat palm, and was only able to get shower door partially closed from inside the shower. Walk-in shower was nice and water pressure was amazing. Otherwise, the room was nice. The door knob to access the pool area needs maintenance. Key card activated light to turn green indicating the door should open, but the door handle would not budge. It took 7 or 8 tries to finally open. Desk clerk said to pull door toward me really hard, and then push the door handle down VERY hard, which eventually worked.

This is my second stay within a month at this hotel. Both times I have been impressed with the front desk staff, and the hotel itself. Clean, spacious, everything works, very comfortable beds, bedding and pillows, and decent sound proofing from hallway noise (I am very sensitive to that!!). Over the past four months, I have stayed in five Missoula hotels, all in the medium price range ($200-$300/night) and this has become my favorite. I plan to check this hotel first for all future Missoula trips.

The staff was very welcoming to us and our dog, they made us feel right at home. The hotel was clean and tidy, and there were some nice amenities like a 24 hour pool and even heated toilet seats!

the large shower stall rather than a bathtub with shower curtain was a huge plus. We had just spent a week in the backwoods hunting and this place was perfect to clean up. The heated toilet seat was an extra bonus! The staff were very pleasant in our interactions. The breakfast buffet was a step above what is usually available.

We stayed at 2 Comfort Inns on our trip and enjoyed the improvements that are being built in when they renovate....roomy shower stalls rather than cramped tubs, bidet toilet seats, dim lighted toilet to be able to see in the night, racks to put our suitcase on. Good job on the new looks.

Very clean room, great bathroom, the toilet seat is heated and light up , so cool:) first time ever I slept without my own blanket because the sheets were super clean like new!!! Very happy we choose this hotel, also the breakfast was very good specially the French toasts.

I liked being on the top floor. Loved the shower with the decent sized corner shelf. The rooms are a great size. The lack of towel racks inthe bathroom was odd. You need to add INSP and Newsmax to the channel options.

It was quiet and clean, great staff and comfortable. The only thing that needed attention was the shower floor. It could use a good scrub. Room 403. Everything else was very clean.

The night clerk was exceptionally friendly and helpful, even brought out a luggage card to a senior citizen couple. The room was very nice with a good bed, and a hot breakfast buffet was very good.

My room was large, and all looked new, so it must have been re-decorated recently. The room was perfectly clean and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and I will stay at this Comfort Inn again when I'm in the area.

This Comfort Inn met our needs for our 4-night stay for several reasons. [1] Air conditioning must work in Missoula in the summer. The AC worked very well and was not loud. [2] The option to take microwaveable breakfast sandwiches to the room with a microwave is important when the breakfast room is crowded on weekends. [3] The location near I-90 and shopping is good. [4] This location is MUCH better than the location of the Comfort Inn near the University due to the absence of the train crossing. When we stayed at the much less expensive Comfort Inn at the University the last time, the train horn woke us up often like in the movie My Cousin Vinny.

By far the nicest hotel we stayed in on our trip to Missoula. Costly though. I appreciated the friendly receptionists and the filtered water through-out the hotel. An excellent place to stay -- just improve on your breakfast please. Coffee was mediocre. Breakfast could be better!!!! This is a very nice hotel, really enjoyed our room. More selections for breakfast please! Plus please server better coffee. Why not have someone making omelettes? Or at least really good plain yogurt and a good selection of fruit.
