Very old property. Outside is run down and dirty. Rooms are very outdated. Strange inconsistent sound in the wall during the night causing repeated sleep disruption even with white noise. Overall unpleasant experience.

They charged me a pet fee that I wasn’t considering so the room came out to 160.00 which was out of my budget the bathtub wasn’t working had to have a staff member come and help us the microwave adid not work and the staff was rude in front office

This property was impeccably clean both outside and in the room. The only negative aspect was the pillows, which were so thin that four of them stacked was equal to a normal pillow. Honestly I have never seen such a thin bed pillow in my lifetime.

Crickets & other bugs in the room - linens & towels very old - everything in this motel is OLD! Floor was FILTHY! We asked the clerk when we checked in about transportation to the rose parade - he said he didn't know "I just started work here 2 days ago" Do Not Stay Here!!

I booked this motel a year in advanced . I booked 2 Queen beds and when I got there was told they overbooked and could only offer me a room with one Queen bed for 3 people . They said they could do roll away bed for the 3rd person , even though I booked a year ago for 2 Queens . Since we were there for Rose parade , I had no choice but to stay, everywhere else was booked .

This hotel looked clean and safety. Unfortunately bathroom was mold between tiles. Great location. The breakfast was choose from yogurts and quick oat flakes - not continental breakfast.

The second night I was there, despite the clean room, out came two cockroaches and about 16 bedbugs. I couldn’t sleep a wink because one of them was on my nightstand. Beyond gross. Almost went to my car to try and sleep. Note: no food or drink left outside the fridge. So disgusted.

Room wasn't ready until after 3pm Pretty Sad Continental breakfast. Coffee and granola bar doesn't constitute breakfast. Noisy upstairs neighbors....

We have stayed here for years, due mostly to their pet-friendly policy and the lovely swimming pool which seems to go unused much of the time. The AC is noisy, though, and the breakfast (granola bars and yogurt) is on the slim side. Still, value for money is fine!

One of the reasons we selected this motel was because it advertised included continental breakfast. The breakfast options were limited to packet oatmeal, one type of granola / oat bar & yogurt. The provided coffee cups excluded lids or sleeves. The door latch / lock on the inside of the room to prevent the door from being opened from the outside was broken and barely still attached to the wall. Overall not impressed & not on our list for future visits

well om the first day house keeping went in to my room they went through all my things , all my bags , inside and out , opened each abd every bag ziper and even the small bags and they forgot one open !!!!!!!!!!! they even went and had their time in the room and used the microwave and left their food spilled in it . i did complain wehe i was leaving to the front desk , but i will never go to that place again .... oh another major thing .... the internet wifi keep dropping and acording to the front desk , it drops every 30 min. but it doesnt even reach the 15 min. !!!!!!!!!!!!

Booked a room When i got to the room it stunk with cigarettes. I went back and asked for non smoking room. They said that would be $18 extra. When i was in office latter a couple was complaning about getting smoking room also. They were charged $10 to change to non smoking. Said they had to pay that in cash only. Also when booked the toom there was no place to check non smoking. Scam to get extra money

We just spent one night, but were very impressed with how clean and neat our room was and the pool area. Nothing fancy, but it was just what we needed for our visit! The shower was nice and no backup like other places we've stayed. It was a nice little place and made our stay that much better!

It didn’t feel like the safest area. Lots of homeless people around, including in the parking lot. The room was great and seemed recently updated. The pool was really nice. Breakfast was beyond disappointing. Granola bars are not breakfast. Even if the room was great, I would have paid a bit more for the booking for an actual breakfast. Towels were really hard to get from the front desk. Any time I asked I had to wait 30-60 minutes. Two towels are not enough for three people or for using after the pool. Staff was nice.
