So easy to navigate and escape the business of the big hotels! With full access to Drai’s, Caesar’s, and Flamingo’s pools you have all the choice in the world to keep cool.
And location is amazing. Right in the middle of all the major stops!

Very nice and comfortable overall, loved the vanity in the room as well as the large bathroom and shower! Wish there was a door to the separated toilet area and overall the building was a little older/less well-maintained but a decent price and convenient location
6.0
Clean hotel in a great location, but very underwhelming rooms with a decent casino
4.0
The rooms are really small and not well laid out. Needs updating. The music from the nightclub on property was very loud until early hours of the morning and could be heard in our room very clearly

Small and quick access to the elevators and casinos floor. Location was supurb for my plans in Vegas. Was hoping to enjoy the pool but it wasnt open

Unfriendly, too much dust in the room

The bathroom sink and shower were backed up. There was black mold in the shower. Room was not cleaned thoroughly, found candy on the floor. Overall, the hotel and rooms are rundown.

Older hotel but clean and comfortable.

King Luxury Room
Pros: About middle of the Strip, most everything was within walking distance. Parking garage was easily accessible, and close. Smaller property, which made getting to room quickly. Friendly and helpful staff. Unique room decor and furnishings. Comfortable bed and pillows. Large tv.
Cons: Very dirty and dusty, found a XXXL women’s black thong just under the couch full of dust (so it’s been there awhile). Bad lighting in room. Can’t use fridge/mini bar for personal items. Be nice to have bed made and fresh towels daily instead of finding a maid. Room needs some maintenance and updates.
All in all, I would stay here again for the convenience and smaller property. The lobby and gaming area is about the perfect size. The parking garage is the one of the better ones for size and location to hotel.

Loved the design and the casino being small and fun

Central location, and spacious room. However, the properly needs a freshen up. Overall, it offers good value and we had no issues.

The room I reserved was not available. We had to stay in a different room on the first night. The next day we had to check out at 11am and didn’t get to our new room until 2:30pm. It was inconvenient and not what I paid for. I’m not happy with the resolution to this. Unfortunate.

Cozy little room with a decent bathroom. Furniture is a little bit worn, but over all it is a nice stay at a great rate given that this hotel is right next to the strip.

The rooms were adorable. Only problem was being next to the outside of drais and the other maintenance hallway.

needs major updates! The walls in the room, especially the bathroom were dirty with what appeared to be blood and other items on the walls. The dresser was missing an entire drawer, they didn't even try to cover it. The halls are painted black and the lights are old with a yellow haze, reminds of a scene from the shining. It was fine for the short time we were there but would not stay there again.

Staff is great, but the place is overall a dump for me……very dirty and dark ambiance, there is no lighting at all. The front desk lady was wonderful.

Stayed at Cromwell for a few nights. Had a good time but the room feels a bit run down, like it was great once in the past with emphasis on the past. Broken lights, missing handle on the faucet, no stopper in the sink, quite worn furniture, etc.
Cleanliness also left quite a bit to be desired, with dust and dust bunnies on the floor and trim.
Overall, the stay was ok but at that price point, it should have been much better. Will look for another hotel next time.

Registration was easy. Maintenance did have to be called but were quick to take care of our minor issue. Room was clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. So many surrounding casino and so much to do. We will definitely be coming back.

We originally got a room street side, great view but noisy!
Hotel was very nice to move our room, but. It was not a bisy week in Vegas.
Hotel also has a weird smell. I understand pumping in air freshener, but this one mised that mark.

We were originally given a different room than what we paid for with no strip view. The room was dirty and dusty not to mention they did not change the sheets when we arrived because the pillow cases smelled like cheap mens cologne. The sheets had fresh blood stains on them. I had to tell house keeping to change them.

I’ve visited Vegas about twice a year for the past decade and I generally stay at different hotels to diversify my travel experience. By far, this was my worst hotel experience in Vegas. The room itself was clearly well traveled, run down and desperately in need of an update. You pay a “resort fee” of over $50/day, which is supposed to include such amenities as unlimited local calls, which, in the age of cell phones is not much of a benefit; however, it came into play here because we attempted to call down to the front desk to report an issue with the television and couldn’t because the phone didn’t work. Moreover, the issue was that we couldn’t cast to the television from our phone and after having a technician come up to our room and subsequently being put through on a call with the company that provides the internet service, it was discovered that our internet was not working. This problem was reported on a Tuesday and by out checkout on Friday, it had still not been fixed. Then add to that that you must go next door to the Flamingo for ride share, then what exactly are you getting for this $50/day resort fee? On a positive note, however, our room did afford us a view of the fountains of the Bellagio. The only recommendation that I can provide for the Cromwell is based on its location center strip and the ease of getting in and out of it, ideally out.

Check in staff was not pleasant.
Room has some wear and tear.
Not many restaurants and amenities.
Beers are $10.99😠
Hotel staff looked bothered.
Had to walk across the street for Uber PU.
Would not pay full price for hotel stay, I would rather pay more for more.

Excellent location

Rooms are the best on the strip, however, you won’t get much sleep due to the extremely heavy doors that slam starting at 5am due to housekeeping. You’d think a billion dollar boutique hotel could figure this out….

Online check-in was offered but not available at this property so waited over 30 min to check in. Positives: great shower and white noise generator. Negatives: room was dark with not near enough light. Had to use the light on my cell phone to set the thermostat. Only room with enough light was the bathroom. Decor was stark and not elegant. Nothing on the main floor but casinos. No decor except castle dungeon themes. Limited diner options. Mostly went to other properties to dine.

On the strip with the perfect bed.

The beds were great. Best I’ve had at a hotel in a while. For the money, I’d stay elsewhere next time.

We have stayed here before 4 years ago. We had a great experience then but this time several issues. Room i reserved wasn't available but was the next day. Hotel is showing its age. Room was semi clean. Very loud all night. Had to walk to flamingos to catch cabs.

Poor housekeeping, sometimes room not cleaned before 15.00, or not cleaned at all.

Check in was a breeze and the agent was super friendly. Unfortunately when we got to our room we discosrved it was already in use by someone else. The same front desk agent was feiendky and helpful to get into another room, but when we got there when discovered the electronic lock needed a new battery and wouldn’t disengage the lock. 4 calls to the front desk, being told maintenance “is right there” and a 25 minute wait in the hallway- we finally got into the room.

Rooms were very humid and musty with no option for fresh air. They need updating badly. Would be nice to have optional increased lighting in the room, very dark.

Super-stylish in an excellent location. This hotel is quieter than most, has distinctive design elements throughout, and the sexiest rooms of any hotel we've tried on the Strip. Highly recommended!

The rooms were nice but the bathrooms need some work. Our hot water tap wasn’t working so the repair man came quickly, but it took about an hour of our time sitting in the room waiting for it to be fixed. The bathrooms have some mold along the bottoms of the wall by the shower and on the shower ceiling.

One day no one came to clean my room. Got back from a long day of meeting to messing room.

Very nice staff

Hotel is definitely in need of an upgrade. Room felt old and SUPER dark. Staff at the takeout cafe moved at the pace of snails; they were nice enough but clueless as to what items they had (or didn't have) in stock. Painful to watch them work.
