Heat didn’t work , no hot water it was snowing and 15 degrees out was there less than 2 hrs was bite while in bed

The Bathroom toilet water kept running. I had to listen to my whole stay.

As this was not my first stay at a Hampton Inn, I had high expectations. And while the staff was both professional and courteous, the condition of the hotel was the poorest I’ve ever seen at a Hampton. The carpets in the downstairs hallway were not only torn but wrinkled, creating a trip hazard, especially for my mother who was on a walker. The room itself appeared fairly clean, but the sheets on the bed were so worn that you could see through them! In the bathroom, the placement of the soap, shampoo and cream rinse dispensers was on the wall directly under the shower head, making it difficult to use. The shower curtain was about an inch longer than the top of the bathtub and because the magnets made it difficult to pull the curtain closed, you were virtually guaranteed to get water on the floor. The king size bed had the extremely thin sheet and a very heavy (weighted?) bed spread, and no blanket otherwise, so you were either suffocating or freezing depending on which you chose to use. We left too early to utilize the breakfast, but we did ask for an early shuttle ride to the airport, and I will say that the driver was timely, very courteous, and extremely helpful as he had to extend the handicapped ramp to get my mother on board. Again, I have always loved Hampton Inns, and the staff were great, but the Inn itself left much to be desired. You may have lost a long-standing happy customer, as I am not at all sure if I would stay at one again. Thanks for listening.

Stayed at three different Hampton's this past month and what was great was that they were basically all the same in experience...

I liked that it was located near the airport.

Stayed one night. Was comfortable and clean. Shuttle waiting and was very convenient to airport. Warm breakfast was fine. Would stay overnight again, not sure for a long stay though.

The air conditioner in the room was very smelly and it was not even working with the wall thermostat. When you walked into the room it smelled moldy and musty. very unpleasant. The shower head had to be screwed back together before the water went all over the room. I had to do it at 4:00am in the morning. It was a handicapped room and shower. I did not need that kind of room. I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

Breakfast could have been better, being close to airport it was quiet, and dining options are not good.

Property needed to be updated. Hall carpet was very worn

Carpets need replaced in hallways; for sure. Furniture overall needs updated.

We got accessible room on the first floor, it was somewhat good because near everything (front desk, breakfast lounge, fitness center etc.). But it was very noisy, the room isn’t sound proof so we can even hear people walking outside the aisle, luggages dragged, even people chit chatting. It’s airport hotel so it was busy early morning near the lounge for breakfast time and I keep woken up several times by the noise. We got room 110 and the room smell like someone piss at the corner of the room near the sofa, so it’s quite disturbing. The bathroom door couldn’t shut. We stayed only for 1 night for our flight the next day so we won’t make a fuss about it and just stay there. The services was fantastic, just need more upgrade for the rooms and cleanliness I guess.

Excellent location right next to the car rental center. Self-serve breakfast had great selections and attentive service staff. A group of long-time friends stayed a few nights for a class reunion, OSU Football game among other things. We spent the after-dinner evenings in the breakfast room area talking and playing cards which was a perfict area for that.
