Place was a dump. Tv didn’t work and shades torn up. Took 30 mins to check in because staff was incompetent. Staff seemed nice, but provided no service.

The room was very dirty. The bedding wasn’t clean. The trash cans were full. The tv had one channel working, one channel. There were no lightbulbs in the lamps. Had not been vacuumed.

The place was dirty outstanding inside kids pulled fire alarm which cause all dogs to bark our room was dirty looks like some type of needle was connected to the carpet, Lamp shades were stained stains on the walls carpets didn’t look vacuumed then our room cards weren’t working and wouldn’t work the rest of the day.. kids were all over riding scooters in lobby and halls ..

This hotel is very dirty. The staff did not offer a greeting of any sort during my stay; although they were friendly once I engaged them. The breakfast was extremely limited and inconsistent. I was told there would be a meat option each morning and there was not. This was important information for me due to diet restrictions. In addition, you are fined if you need to get your breakfast and head back to your room to get ready. The only utensils available are plastic spoons and knives. There were no forks, which made eating difficult. Furthermore, there were no napkins available in the dining area. There are no sugar-alternatives for the morning coffee either. This was another problem given diet restrictions. There are not hair dryers in the rooms. I had to go to Walmart, which is just down the street, to purchase one.

This hotel isn’t at all what the pictures show. It is very run down and not clean. The whole place smelled like smoke. Sheets and towels had stains on them. The pool water had a rust tint to it. There was a lot of loitering happening in front of the building and in the parking lot. Over night there were people being loud, dogs barking, and doors slamming from people going in and out of their rooms all night. It is not a safe property for children.

The pool was disgusting yellow, a non smoking hotel that was filled with marijuana smoke. Wall and ceiling above the bathtub was majorly damaged with what looked like black mold, room looked to had been previously broken into due to damage on the door at the lock. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend

It is OK for the price. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool area is in a terrible state but my 7yo did not have an issue with it.

This is the type of place homeless people save up to stay at for a night. The employees were very underwhelming. I need a shower, not at the hotel of course, after staying here for a night. Everything was either constructed wrong the first time or repaired incorrectly

Hotel was run down. Carpets old and stained. Rickety elevator. No towels or sanitation supplies available in work out room. Treadmill loud and old, not maintained. If you didn’t get breakfast before 7 am you didn’t get milk. Breakfast consisted of old bagels muffins some oatmeal, cereal and poor tasting waffles. Had to beg for hangers. Strange homeless looking people came in and out of hotel. I DO NOT recommend staying at this hotel.

TV didn't work and when we called the front desk they told me that they where not the TV repair guy. The heater would not turn off it was hot in the room all night long. Terrible experience.

This property is in bad shape. Carpet and furniture are very old and seem unclean. Receptionist at front desk was very good though.

There was a strange smell on Friday at check in but the smell went away after returning from a long day out. The room was clean and comfortable. The TV was a little weird as I had to reset up the tv every time we turned it off.

Just a fair Hotel, Wi-Fi was not working, breakfast was good but no juices, and they charge you $20 if you take any food to your room, also didn't clear the snow and ice

Really nice amenities at this older hotel, like hair dryer, etc. Big spread at their breakfast buffett that, besides the usual cold cereals, muffins, waffles, & bagels included scrambled eggs and sausage. The room was very clean, although older furnishings and carpeting but nice, comfortable mattress so all was good for me.

The room was okay. Def should be a couch in the little area instead of a small chair. We absolutely loved the pool with the slide. It's only open from 10 to 10 so that is disappointing but still had fun with the small time we had available. The breakfast was ok the first day we stayed but the next day it was barely 7a and it was pretty well all picked through. We mainly loved this place for the slide but it was a decent stay

Comfy bed but terrible smell, blood stains on the curtains, curtains were broken, bathtub looked liked you would catch athlete’s foot stepping in it, the bathroom did not have a vent to air out smell, there were mosquitos and flies, and carpet looked dirty and stained.

The carpets were disgusting! 5 yo feet were black from running around bare foot for less than an hour. It smelled like urine in the room

The property needs a major renovation. Everywhere you look is old, broken, and damaged. The carpets, flooring, walls, doors, hallways, elevator,.... I cannot believe the management keep selling rooms in this building in its current condition. I've stayed in many hotels/motels in my life time, but I've never seen a property as terrible as this

Property is in a good location, convenient to shopping and dining. Room had holes in the sink, ceiling light hanging out of housing, air vents with dust caked on looking like it been years since being cleaned. Noticed some hotel room doors that were smashed and had no locks. Did not instill any feeling of security. Not a 3 start hotel.

This hotel was a complete nightmere. From the lobby , to changing rooms 3 times. For different reasons and then finally go down to relax in the pool and it looked straight up like sewer water with the film a dark nasty brown.. would not recommend

Our stay was on August 15th, 2023. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke SO bad.. Everything had stains and dents and it just looked like the definition of a dive. The hostess who checked us in took a good 10-15 seconds to acknowledge us because she was watching a social media video on her phone.. it was honestly so bad that I would proactively NOT RECOMMEND this chain of hotels to everyone I know.

I liked nothing about this trashy hotel. I fell in their hallway due to bolts coming up throughout the carpet. Had to go to emergency room. I have torn ligaments, now swelling is down back to the doctor on Wednesday to set surgery. I complained and was ignored about the situation.

Pool was broke. Only the slide as going, room was dirty smelt like cigarette smoke and like something was wet and mildew. Wasn’t what it looked like online. I wouldn’t book here again

Pool was totally closed, and that was the reason I wanted to stay here. In the morning, coffee was cold somehow.
Rooms were very nice though, and I enjoyed the view!

We did not enjoy our stay here. Needs to be completely updated and remodeled. One ice machine in the whole hotel. Not good service overall. Even smells old. Do not recommend this place at all.

The bathrooms where dirty! The towels had holes in them. There was a sticky resin of some sort on the tv stand. The front desk lady at check in was half asleep at 3p. I don’t know what was up with her. Do not recommend staying here at all!

Building needs some updating. The bed was fine the room was good but the whole facility looks like it hasn't been renovated since 1993. Please add a hot tub. It was good for the price but I think I'll spend a little more money next time and go to a nicer hotel.
There was also a guy doing drugs on the front porch and also wandering around checking out the cars.

No Wi-Fi here. Stayed for 11 nights and kept asking when the Wi-Fi would work and they kept saying the guy would fix it and of course he didn’t. Their pool is closed and dirty nasty. Would NOT recommend staying here if you have a family. Their breakfast also sucks. And I also video recorded a guy tripping out on drugs right by their trash can out back. Very very unsafe. The receptionist was lazy and didn’t care to even greet me when I walked in.

Aftr a long day of travel, you want to sit and relax but the tv's in the rooms didn't work. We had to change rooms because of that and our new room only had ONE channel working.

Staff was helpful at desk. When we got to room it smelled kind of weird and eventually realized someone had peed next to the bed. The carpet was still wet from shampooing (I guess 😬). Lots of weird stains everywhere. We had just driven 12 hours and mostly unpacked by the time we realized how nasty everything was. Not the best experience

The place was clean but lacked in other areas. The curtains were broken. A USB cord was being used to tie the curtains closed. When you walked into the room it had an odor similar to dirty feet and body odor. The bathroom door creaked when closing it because of the rust on the hinges. The bathroom fan was full of rust so it didn’t work properly. Unfortunately the WI-FI was not working and had not worked all weekend. So, with the Wi-Fi not working and the area having a bad cellular service I was not able to use my laptop to work. The staff were kind despite the lackluster of the facility. Room 116
