The young gentleman at the front desk was extremely warm and welcoming and provided useful information for my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, but could use some updating.

Max was the concierge at the hotel when we stayed. My husband called for a late checkout because we were taking our son to a doctors appointment a few hours from home and I knew we wouldn’t be able to get out as early as needed. Max was so helpful and accommodating, he also checked us in and made sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable and double checked that our room choice was what we wanted for the night since we had our young baby with us. Couldn’t recommend enough and we are so appreciative for Max and his kindness!

The front staff was amazing. The room smelled of mold and was not clean at all. The bathroom had brown stuff splattered on the wall I literally wore my sandals as I shower. Never had this experience like this before at any other Hampton Inn. I should of asked to move rooms but I wasn't there long enough for the trouble.

Our first night was a late check-in. We were assigned room 106. Upon opening the door it was very hard to push open and pull shut. The room was very humid. We went to bed, but when we awoke I noticed that the room was still humid and the carpet was damp in front of the refrigerator. The bathroom door also would not shut tight. The next morning we asked to move and were moved next door to room 104. It was delightfully cool and everything there was in good operating order. Later I spoke with housekeeping staff who told me that room 106 has had problems for some time. I think it is poor business practice to continue to put guests in this room until they can remedy all the problems. Other wise the facility is good. Breakfast was good each morning and the staff was friendly.

Overall good stay. We didn't get in until late and left early, as we were just passing through. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent. I didn't realize it was pet friendly hotel. Our room was over powering with deodorizer, but you could still smell the scent of animals, which was fine for us but someone with allergies could be sensitive to this.

Youth baseball tournament participants were running wild through the halls up to and beyond 10 pm. Feel like there should have been a warning at check in. Pool had unsupervised kids which kept me from being able to enjoy some peace and unwind after a 13 hr drive. In spite of the chaos, the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient in addressing my concerns. The breakfast staff were phenomenal- very cheerful and energetic in keeping things stocked and managing the flow of lots of unsupervised kids making messes. Anyway to address guests who do not supervise their kids?

Nice hotel, so quiet and safe, with a couple of restaurants and gas stations you can walk 5 minutes from the hotel. 30 minutes driving from St. Louis downtown and Chesterfield shopping area. Clean and comfortable. Recommendable.
