Well we booked our stay based off of the websites accommodations. The website stated there was an on-site restaurant and Starbucks coffee served. When we got to the hotel, we had planned to get dinner at the restaurant there and were told there was no such restaurant and that we could order doordash. I then asked where I get the Starbucks coffee and she said, “it’s just regular coffee brewed here”. The room was fine, spacious and clean. However the fire alarm was hanging off the wall and the thermostat didn’t work. I went to tell the front desk about the issues and was told the thermostat often does not work and she would send someone up to check the fire alarm. Someone did come check but told us that he did not have the equipment to fix it. So we stayed in the room. There was no offer to move rooms or assurance that the fire alarm still worked. The door handle was also loose and hanging, but when you inserted the key it did tighten up. We just slept with the door lock closed. There was also moldy bread on the breakfast bar. Thankfully a group of teens saved me from eating that. I’m disappointed that the website is not accurate since that’s what I based my decision off of. It was clean and the rooms were very spacious which was nice. And the staff was all very friendly. Overall the hotel was lacking. My family still had a good time together.

The hotel was very clean. The front desk was very helpful. I especially liked the breakfast. It did not state in the description that it had a hot breakfast, but it did. They had eggs and potatoes (that were crispy and seasoned just right). They had waffles (that they made-you don't have to make them yourself) and fruit and a lot of great options for breakfast. I did not go in the pool but I saw many families that did and they all looked very happy.

The room has bottles of water available for your convenience for $5 a piece. One of the bottles had previously been opened and some water consumed. We took that to the front desk to notify them and make we didn’t get charged for it. The heat didn’t work in the room, we also notified the front desk when we told them about the water and someone came up to the room to fix it. It only worked for a couple hours and then quit again. Thankfully the temps outside were in the 40s so the room temp didn’t get below 66 overnight. There wasn’t a blanket in the room for the pullout bed so we had to go down stairs to the front desk to get one because no one answered the phone when we called down there. The pool water was cloudy and the area surrounding the pool where the chairs and tables were was dirty with small debris and fuzzy things lying around. The door to the pool room was unlocked, guess the key card pad was broken or disabled. There were about a dozen you teenage boys in the pool being obnoxious and jumping in the pool. It appeared the boys parent(s) were there paying no mind to there shenanigans as were being inappropriate with each other. Not even sure the parents and boys were all staying at the hotel. Looked some where just there to be in the pool. My family left the pool area after 20 minutes and never returned. Felt bad for another family of 7 who came down to the pool with several children under 10, they never left the step area of the pool because of the teenage boys

Check-in was quick n easy. Lobby was nice. Staff- with the exception of a night desk clerk- were kind but a skeleton crew and stretched thin. Grounds were clean and breakfast was great. Those are about the only Pros I can list. Cons- Our door didnt latch when it shut, had to be pulled tight until it clicked. We had a random toddler walk into our room at 9pm. We went through a total of 14 keys- took up to 5 times to get the reader to accept 1 of our 3 cards, and didnt lose any. We were told they'll send someone to fix it asap. Nobody came and we dealt with it all weekend, each time with a different employee telling us they'll either put a work order in or change us rooms. Nothing happened. I plugged in my phone charger and the outlet arced about 3" from the bed. The heating unit cover was propped on, and fell off when bumped. The coffeepot sprayed hot water all over the sink, took 2 requests about 3 hours before I went down the 3rd time and waited at the desk to get it for my room. There was only the communal microwave in the lobby and it was splattered with sauce, no spare trash bags, no hand soap (overnight guy told me I had to ask to get any they didnt put it in the rooms) no directory for local stuff, freezer in the mini fridge dripped water. Pool never had towels even at opening, had to use room ones. Staff didnt care about the screaming group that drove dozens out. Beds are NOT queen size- we measured. Everything was decent except the room next door blaring their music literally all night. I barley slept, even after complaining to the front desk.

The check in process was easy and they allowed for an early check in. The thing that really stood out for me was how the room wasn't as clean as it should have been. I had to go purchase cleaner myself and clean the room to ensure we weren't touching dirty surfaces.

They had a huge variety for breakfast but not a large seating area there was only two front desk staff that was there which would have been okay but because there was a huge tournament in town going on they were overwhelmed. They serve Starbucks brand coffee but it’s not an actual Starbucks barista there which I was sad about because I’m a coffee person. But friendly and accommodating staff and easy check in. The pool area is locked so that was reassuring for safety since I have little ones. Also the parking lot has a ton of potholes so be careful.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent only 8 minutes from Peppa Pig, Lego, and the aquarium. The room was very nice we all slept comfortably. The breakfast was very nice offering a nice variety of hot and cold options. Only complaint was the pool was chilly for being an indoor pool. But over all 4.5/5 will definitely be coming back!

The room was good, the free breakfast was just ok. The fruit was not ripe, it would have been nice if bacon was available, the muffins were hard and stale. The staff were very nice and professional.

Walking in and Checking in I felt like I was bothering the skeleton staff that was present, and making them work. I stood for 2 minutes at the desk before a word was said by the staff. They stated the terminals are down and power keeps shorting out (no storms) so I couldn’t even get room keys. One let me in my room with a master key and I asked if I’d be able to get keys at some point-he laughed and shrugged.
Room was clean, bed comfortable, but this was not your typical Hyatt experience at all. I wouldn’t be surprised if this hotel shuts down within a year.

Decent hotel, nice size room, felt a little weird when we first entered to check in because of the people drinking and playing cards, wasn’t sure what kind of hotel we reserved. But it was fine. Hotel staff were nice. We would stay again

I'm not sure if our sheets were previously cleaned - as there were multiple stains. Maybe they had been washed, but the stains didnt come out? There were cobwebs on the ceiling. The bathroom was SO tiny (weird, for such a big room?). The staff was very plesant, our check-in person even talked with my little neice. I did go down to the lobby to get candy in the middle of the night and the woman there wasn't particularly friendly. The window to the outside was screwed in place/shut, so it was very stuffy all night long. The kids loved the pool, and I loved how big the room was. The morning breakfast was AMAZING.

The breakfast was cold. My daughter and I came down to breakfast at 8am. The food looked amazing but the eggs, sausage, potatoes and French toast sticks were cold. We couldn’t finish eating it. I didn’t see any of the kitchen staff to say anything. I was surprised and disappointed that the food was cold.
Everything else was wonderful. We had a nice stay besides breakfast.

Terrible! First of all my family staying in the 5th floor had a staff member break into their room while in their room removing the inside door lock unannounced at 9:30 pm .
Police involved .
Breakfast had to wait in line as the whole housekeeping staff made their breakfast . Our room was clean but no bath towels and it had an awful smell of burnt wires or some sort of gas odor.

As soon as we walked into our room and closed the door, there were leafs on the right side in the floor.
The bathroom looked like there was poop smeared on the wall facing the toilet, which my sister wiped down because it looked disgusting. The bedside electrical outlet is covered so we were unable to use/access. The bedside lamps and clock/radio were not plugged and could not be plugged into an electrical outlet.

Was hoping for a hottub in pool area. No luck. Also the pool room was COLD so skipped trying the pool. Breakfast was very good quality wise but limited selections. Quality was well above the average hotel bfast though. Room was very noisy (both plumbing and elevator nearby) i stay up pretty late and dont mind noise, but someone more sensitive to it would have a hard time sleeping for sure.

The breakfast options were great. The overall cleanliness of the facility top notch. The broken microwave sink and thermostat not so much. Lack of knowledgeable staff to assist with problems did not help.

Room was not cleaned beforehand. Couch was disgusting and so was the floor. The place had not been vacuumed in awhile. Carpet was incredibly stained. Bathroom was ridiculously small.
