We have stayed here numerous times. The hotel is located near the Convention Center and the Riverfront Outlet Mall but it is very quiet. The staff are great and always make us feel welcome. Lots of very good restaurants within easy walking distance and the French Quarter is within 10 minutes. I will continue to stay here and highly recommend it.

Horrible! Don’t let the pictures full you. Front desk is rude! Specifically YANNAshe should not be working customer service for the hospitality industry. She was yelling across the front desk over parking that was waived. She went out of her way to charge my credit card after I had already checked out a settled my bill and was provided a receipt. But because she was embarrassed & mad that she was in the wrong after already checking out and me leaving the property
. She goes back and puts an additional charge on my room. I have to drive all the way back to the hotel only for no GM or front desk manager to be available. Manager Amanda ignores my calls & emails.
Rooms smells , tub leaks all the time, HORRIBLE customer service!!!!
Bathroom door broken and off the hinge.

Good location but the room felt unfinished, staff was hard to find and didn’t feel welcoming. We have stayed at other Omni locations and this one seemed to miss the mark of Omni’s standards that we experienced in the past.

The curb appeal was grand and welcoming. The staff at reception, bell service, concierge were all professional, friendly, warm and accommodating. The location was perfect.

If you need to be close to convention center it’s perfect. Service is outstanding. Hotel is dated and our room had construction debris all over bathroom (drywall). Even paint on picture frame

Hotel was great! All employees are helpful and nice. The only bad thing is that if you have a vehicle there is not a parking lot. Only valet service and it is a charge for every day of your stay.

The staff were unfriendly, the shower faucets were coming out of the wall. The electrical socket was coming out of the wall. We had to get out own luggage to the room. There was never a valet around. The front desk clerk fell asleep and there were no one to check us out. This is NOT a four star hotel.

Not as good as the price would indicate. Front desk staff was courteous, but housekeeping was terrible. No service for the first two days (there’s a door sign instructing staff to not service the room. We did not deploy that sign).
The rooms were more like a Super 8 than an Omni.

Very nice hotel, the staff was amazing, (especially everyone at the front desk) I apprecieated the text after check in to confirm the room was satisfactory, very nice touch. From check in to the bellman keeping our luggage until we departed, he even arranged tranportation which was waiting for us when returned from lunch. Location was great for our stay. We had the king historical room which was huge. Very clean, some small repairs needed in the bathroom, but it is an older hotel, the other guests slammed the doors alot but I didnt fault the hotel for this. Its a smaller hotel than I usually stay in and I travel often, but thats what I loved most, its charm and welcoming aspect.

The stay was nice my family enjoyed the room as well as service and the only problem was that they charged so much for parking after you spent so much on the room! 60$ bucks a night is ridiculous. I travel a lot and stayed in several different Omni hotels and all the other hotels gave free parking or cheaper rates.

Pretty standard hotel. Nothing special. It was clean and wirh very nice staff. It was veeery noisy though. We were woken up multiple times during the night. Our room was facing the street. I wouldnt stay in this hotel again. Unless they get better noise canceling windows.

Third time staying here and they never disappoint. Rooms are always clean, breakfast is always good, and the water pressure is amazing.

Upon check in, we were meet with one of the most unprofessional front desk clerks we'd ever encountered. She was attempting to look up my reservation, asked for my name twice and when I offered the confirmation number she ignored me. I asked again and she placed her hands on th top of the screen and said "chill out", as if she and I were acquaintances of some sort. The encounter continued to go down hill as she invited another guest over "with her eyes" as we were finishing our business with her. She would be the reason I don't recommend any of my Mardi Gras friends and family stay there. Conversely, Leonard in the bar was top tier...5 Star. He was hands down the brightest star during our stay. I will visit the hotel bar and interact with Leonard any day of the week.

We enjoyed the stay overall. There was celebratory complimentary champagne for the holiday weekend and the staff was very accomodating. The only negative aspect was the noisiness in the hallway at night/early morning. The doors did not seem to block sound, and the service closet door would bang shut every minute or so. It woke me up and did not stop. The door does not shut properly on the 5th floor, so it banged every time a staff member went in or out. It was terrible. The front desk gave us a fan on the second night, and it blocked out the sound so we could sleep. Our friends in other rooms also said their rooms were loud, and they heard hallway conversations clearly.

The hotel was very nice, but could use a little bit of a touch up, minor cosmetic work etc. The staff was excellent and promptly assisted with everything we needed or asked for. Great location in the warehouse district outside of the craziness in the French quarter, but close enough you can walk there if you desire.

No excuse for not having smart TV’s in guest rooms. Elevators and hallways show significant wear and tear. Much better can be had for this price point.

This hotel is not in the shape it should be. We weee checked into a room which smelled like smoke. When we complained, they asked us to give up our king size bed to have a smoke free room. Really? One mattress sagged, making it hard to sleep on. The lamp switches did not all work. When I told them a cabinet door was loose, they promised to fix it. When I checked out two days later, it was not fixed.
It’s a great location. Staff was friendly. But I would not return for fear of what I would find.

It was the first time I was charged for Wi-Fi in a hotel I was staying at. Water leaking from windows when it rains. Other than that, it was good.
