This hotal shows on line that it has a hot tub it does not. It has a heated pool. And it was closed for a private party for the bulk of the time we where there. The staff was very friendly. The biggest down fall for our stay was the noise. Kids where running up and down the halls all hours of the night. We have kids so we are use to the kid noise but both my husband and I made a comment that this is the noisiest place we have ever stayed. As a couple that say in hotels alot for travel. This will be one that we will stay away from

Rooms are old and have an unpleasant smell. Many dogs at the property even though they only accept service dogs. Breakfast was alright and the service was fine. The steakhouse next door is great and salvaged the night.

Bugs, toilet wasn’t connected to floor, black mold. Awful customer service we were told it was our fault. After a fight we finally got a refund.

Loved this hotel. Comfortable and clean room and bed, great shower , awesome service , tasty breakfast, good variety. Extended our stay by two days.

There were huge spider webs in the corner of our room, and the "hot breakfast" consisted of nothing hot, just cold cereal, yogurt, and stale breads. The staff was friendly.

Nice clean hotel. Falsely advertised as pet friendly though; hotel is not pet friendly. Only service dogs are allowed.

Our room was next to the second floor exit door and across from the laundry area. There was some sort of noise all night long. It made it hard to get a good night's rest.

Shower drain was partially plugged, had 6 to 8” of water accumulation when finished with a shower. Reported it they were not aware and they did write it down to be checked

Room was not up to expectations. Rate far exceeded the comfort and overall appearance and cleanliness of the facility. Would not stay at this highly over priced hotel again. Very disappointed.

Everything for the most part . Would recommend that they either paint or do a detailed cleaning in bathroom. Was not gross but mark and stains on the walls. Corners of the pirtion where shower is located were dirty. Bedroom portion of the room was clean. Was really suprised there were no USB ports in room.

During the check-in process, the desk clerk lady asked me sign on a paper having my credit card information and address, and kindly stated, “I will charge to your credit card if you make any damage to the room.” It made me to check the room conditions. I noticed that some light bulbs in the bathroom were not working, and that there was one face towel instead of two face towels. Also, I noticed that one corner of the side door was not good condition. Next day I informed my findings to the desk clerk. Should have a walk-in/out inspection report policy from Comfort Inn HQ.

There was a water leak under the HVAC wall unit. Carpet was very wet and room smelled moldly when we first arrived. Night manager offered to move us to another room; but, we declined as we were extremely tired. Room needed some updating and fresh paint.

The staff was great. However the room had trash ants and old candy in it. The tub would not drain due to bottle caps and hair in the drain

The room was clean and breakfast was good. Building itself could be updated though. Bathroom was small and did not like the sink outside of the bathroom. Overall we were happy and would stay here again./

The staff are attentive and alway pleasant to talk with. Room was ok, wish there were total nonsmoking room. You could tell at some point this room had a guest smoke in it. The celing had a water stain where the upstair air-condition unit is. Maybe some paint.

Doors to outside were propped open in the pool and stairways, even during late night and early morning hours anyone could walk in hotel.

Nice hotel BUT we specifically picked this hotel because of THE HOT TUB...that DOESN'T exist!! Was very unhappy about this after a long day of travel ...this is false advertising!!

I loved their free continental breakfast, one of the best I've had. As far as the attitude of the assist5generak manager Ashley she can be quite rude an difficult to deal with.

There is no hot tub even though Expedia says there is. The floors were obviously not vacuumed. Room key didn't work to get into pool area.

It was fine. The coffee pot in are room was missing this the little tray the coffee that the goes in the machine so was unable to use it. It also had a hair in the part you put the water in. Badly needs updated. Cracks in wall of bathroom and floor by the tub.
