The rooms are nice, the staff almost seems inconvenienced by you needing to check in. Check in is 5pm and check out is 10am. The pool area is only open until 6 pm most nights and 7pm the other 3 nights. If you are only there 1 night you may not even get a chance to use the amenities.

Great location and view of the ski mountains. Outdoor hot tub fantastic. Fireplace didn’t work but they explained the maintenance problem

Loved the location, so close to Loon and staff was great! Condo was very nice. Only there for one night. It was cold (obvi because January in NH mountains) the baseboard heaters worked but needed multiple layers to sleep-would have appreciated additional blankets in the closets. The pool and hot tub building was nice - its separate from all the buildings and its own business so it has different hours . Overall I would stay again, for more nights and bring some blankets.

Nice layout of the Condo. Some things did not work (fireplace). But overall very comfortable and quiet.

Sheets and towels were clean. Needs some serious updating. Looks/smells old. Not a good value for the money. Will never stay there again.

This is our 4th time at The Village of Loon Mountain and we love it there.
Each employee is amazing, friendly, helpful and professional.
They have different amenities that make your stay awesome each and every time.
Regardless of the season, The Village of Loon is a great place to stay if you are looking to be by the mountains!

I booked through Expedia and was told check is was 3pm however checkin was not until 5pm. We had a wedding at 4pm and needed to get ready in the room.
Checkin being 5pm and checkout at 10am for the price you charge is outrageous as well as your property being so run down. The room itself was ok. But the grounds and pool area look extremely run down.

The unit was dated but did the job! Our family of 4 fit (queen bed and pulpit couch) and was able to cook breakfast each morning in the unit! The kids loved the indoor pool(s), which was great after skiing! There aren’t any food shops/restaurant options within the property or walking distance.

My husband and I stayed from Sunday to Friday, and it was very enjoyable. We were expecting a king bed, but there was a queen bed. Besides that, the apartment was wonderful. I loved the fireplace, and it had a very cozy feel, just like home! My husband loved the fact that Loon Mt was right across the street...he was skiing 3 days there.
We had requested an accessible apt. and a bottom floor. We got both! Also, we had a lot of snow, and the staff did a great job with plowing, salting, etc.
We would definitely stay again!!

Fully stocked kitchen in the ground floor condo was great so we could shop at Price Chopper and cook our own meals in order to keep costs down. After staying at two other over priced ski resort properties in Maine days prior, we were going over budget. Everything about Village of Loon Mtn and the ski hill itself was cheaper in cost, better equipped and within a short drive to a proper ski town vs staying slopeside with not much around. We really enjoyed the multiple pools and hot tubs at the property as well.

The property was a little dated but the rooms were clean and neat and looks like they had been recently painted the exterior the building was a little rough receptionist checking in was very helpful receptionist checking out was are curious how our state was in when we were coming back even the guys shoveling the snow and cleaning the parking lot we’re family I made sure that you had good footings lots of ice lots of salt when I asked recommendations for food or drink they always asked what your price range was lots of good eats in Lincoln New Hampshire

I shouldn’t be saying how excellent this day was because I will have more competition on my next booking

Confirmed reservation late check-in with front desk the day before travels, as recommended. However, upon arrival at 1230 am neither of the condo keys were able to open our door and we were locked out until 130 am

The room was clean, property was quiet, and it came equipped with a kitchenette and balcony so that’s nice. Overall it got the job done. I should warn that this is a very outdated property, probably looked great in the 1980’s but not so much now. If you staying more than two nights and your intent is to find a resort, I don’t recommend this property. If you just need a reasonable place to sleep and shower for the family for 1-2 nights, it’s fine.

The outside looked a bit run down so I was pleasantly surprised when I got into the room. It was excellent Cant wait to come back.

This was the grossest hotel I’ve ever been to. The rooms smelled like mildew. I found a vape just lying on the floor in my room and a sticky substance on the floor near the bed.

Everyone there was helpful and we really enjoyed our stay!

Very spacious rooms and territory! Close to everything. One small negative: it haven't been fixed for a while. Old paint here and there and such. They need upgrade.

The first night, as we laid down to sleep, we realized that the a/c unit in the bedroom was leaking considerably inside the room. We called the answering service and asked for maintenance but it was already 10:30 pm and after waiting an hour, decided to call off maintenance. We just went to bed and dealt with the noise which kept us up half the night. The next day we went to the front desk and they very promptly sent maintenance to the unit to fix the a/c. The rest of our stay was uneventful. The room is showing some wear but was clean enough but the grounds could’ve been better.
