Very nice hotel. Lobby area is very nice. We were thrilled to have a walk in shower but the shower/toilet room was smaller than our camper bathroom and the grout needed a a deep clean. Room was very nice with a sitting area with a couch that I could put my feet up on. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast offerings were OK . The scrambled eggs tasted like powdered eggs. Safe, quiet area. I would stay here again because I like Hilton brand if for nothing else than a shower instead of a tub and the comfort of the beds and very nice staff.

My wife and I had a great time in the Nashville/Hendersonville area. Located within a short distance of a lot of great restaurants, but far enough from the city so that you don't have to deal with the all of the issues. The hotel is under renovations which is why I rated the conditions as a 4, but everything else was great.

We stay at the Hyatt every time we come to Nashville to see our daughter, it's always a great stay. This was an okay stay. I totally understand they are under construction. Buuut. We stayed in a room that was supposedly just remodeled and my main concern was why were the shower door knob handles still in terrible disrepair? I could tell the carpet was redone, the shower was recalled but the knobs and shower head were both disgusting. Stay was still great just hope they look into that.

Hotel is under construction for a remodel. I wasn’t aware of this until after check-in. Very noisy from 8-5pm and water was shut off for 4 hours one day. We were notified that morning that water would be off. Shower took at least 10 minutes to warm up each evening and morning. On the plus side, safe neighborhood, decent location. Breakfast was very good and staff were very helpful and friendly.

My boyfriend is an OTR truck driver and was in for 24 hours. The plan was to catch up on sleep somewhere close to my job. I didn’t get checked in until late, because we did not get off when we planned. Well, that did not go as planned unfortunately. They are doing construction so about 8 the noise started…LOUD! So there was no sleeping in before he had to head out for a 48 hour road trip with no sleep.

Our room was dirty. It smelled dirty, the carpet was dirty, the couch had stains on it. The staff did not truly make me feel welcome at check in. The food staff was not friendly. I went to the front desk to buy a water and the woman behind it seemed to be engrossed in a conversation with friends who showed up and walked off with them. I got the water and just left with it because she never came back. The property was also under renovation while we were there. Had we known that before we booked, we wouldn't have stayed there. Noises from the crew above us at 8am on a Sunday morning. Never again will I stay here.

Nice place, but a bit noisy during the day due to construction/re-modeling. They had us in the wrong room at check-in. we booked a king bed, they said Expedia booked a room with double beds. I had all my paperwork and confirmation for the king bed. They changed it even though they said Expedia was at fault.

This is probably one of the oldest hotels in Hendersonville. Although they are doing some renovating, we did not think it was worth $167+ per night! Inside the elevators were draped with moving blankets, plastic draped in lobby. Size of rooms were OK, but very poorly designed/laid out. Doubtful that we would ever stay here again.

Wonderful! Checkin took 2 minutes. The employee was waiting for my family of 6 with our key in hand upon our late night arrival and provided extra clean blankets. Even with some construction going on, you’d never even know because the hotel did a great job keeping the work completely separate from the guests.

I’m not a fan of the sink being outside the bathroom as I did not want to wake my kids while I was washing my hands or needed to use the mirror and needed to turn on the light. Also, there were stains on the couch and the bathroom was small. The beds felt like twin size beds and not doubles.

It is a nice hotel to stay at. The bed was super comfy, and our room had plenty of space. I wish there was a hot tub. My mom went to get a cookie from down in the snack area, and they didn't have prices posted or let her know how much. Not a huge deal, but kinda weird.

I was very happy with our accommodations. When asked if they could change out any down pillows/comforters, they were quickly changed due to allergies. The front desk staff was very helpful with any questions and the breakfast served was very good as well. Definitely returning to this hotel next time we visit!!

We picked your hotel while driving through town. It was nice and off the beaten path. Warm, welcoming. Room was very nice for the price. Im glad there were 2 sinks in the room. The bathroom sink did not drain well. We used the bar sink instead. Overall, the stay was nice and worth the price.

Clean and comfortable. Would stay again 100%. Only complaint was a lot of the breakfast plates were dirty on the 2nd day of our stay. We had to go through a bunch to find ones without food stains.
