The staff were friendly and check in was easy. The hotel is conveniently located. Overall condition of the hotel is average. The hotel is looking run down and in need of some maintenance and updating. Breakfast was hot and there was a nice variety. The fitness room was clean. We did not go to the pool area.

Very clean inside. Outside needs work. Staff was wonderful. Room and hotel extremely clean. Sheets towels clean, no fowl smells in the hotel. Breakfast suffered but not the staff's fault.

The manager was super nice but the gal working at the front desk both nights we were there was far from friendly. The place needs massive updating and smelled of animal urine. We were offered a new room, but why move for 1 night when we were already unpacked and mentally exhausted from attending my husbands funeral. The breakfast was a joke. Bad yogurt, an orange and a few cereals. The coffee was really good though. No gluten free options except an orange.

the hot tub was a very nice temperature. breakfast buffet was good. had a packet of sugar free hot chocolate that was very good only to find it was the last one and probably wouldn't be reordered. what i didn't like was the fact that none of the outside doors were secured, which i felt was very unsafe in the present environment.

Do not let the outside appearance foom you. This hotel is a hidden gem! Right from the start the process was perfect, I had to inquire about a pet fee last minute and they took care of it with zero hesitation and offered my family a convenient room near an exit to take the puppy outside faster. Continental breakfast is also included-with plenty of options. All employees were friendly and attentive! I'd easily stay here again.

The hotel is under renovation, and we could tell parts were a bit outdated. The bathroom had a mildewy smell, so we had to keep the door shut, even when not in use, also the bedspreads were stained

This property was in the middle of demolition and renovation. There was debris outside of the building that we had to walk over and the side door was not able to lock due to the renovations around the door frame. We also woke to workers banging outside of our windows in the morning. I would have expected to receive a notification before booking to notify us that it may be unsafe and loud from the demolition and construction work.

The cost was good, but the hotel room bathroom was in poor condition and looked pretty old and worn out. The room was musty, even with the air conditioner running constantly. The pool had large ants and bugs crawling around it. There were rodent traps in the stairwells. It made me worry about other pests.

In town for niece’s wedding reception at Iverson Park. Pool area nice, hot tub hot. Very small breakfast area, no where to sit. Mold on ceiling above bed in one room, my daughter’s allergies were action up because of mold. Overall, staff was friendly, except at night (rude). Beds nice and comfy. Breakfast was great!! Great location!!

There was urine on the toilet seat when I arrived. There was also evident remodeling going on when I arrived, which I didn’t know about until I checked in. Because of this, there was a repair sheet over my window which forced the window open the entire time. I’m very upset that I wasn’t able to close the window. It made me feel incredibly unsafe because I was on the first floor and anybody could have climbed through the window if they wanted to.

Our room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. In the morning we had a nice breakfast. They're doing renovation on the outside of the building. But this was not a big deal for us.

Property should not be open to the public in its condition. Under major construction, no warning of this when rented. Debris surrounding exterior of building, front entrance lobby wreaked of smoke. Front desk justified construction and placed us and our dog in a room directly where construction was being worked on, beginning 9am. Construction workers walking past our window on scaffolding. Both sink and tub drains clogged. Large rodent traps visibly placed inside doorway closest to our room. Front desk directed us to park and use a door to get to our room that was blocked off by boards and scaffolding. Tried to speak to manager and he rudely defended the conditions, indicating it was my fault for renting there. Won’t return and having to contact corporate offices for resolution. Was charged full price for a hotel that poses dangers and a horrible experience for travelers.

It's a nice budget hotel. My stay was quiet, the building was clean, and there was a light breakfast and plenty of coffee. Not much more to ask from a short stay hotel.
