I really enjoyed my stay here at Baymont. What I really found accommodating is how the establishment facilitated my needs to bring my pet with me. The receptionist arranged for me to be on the bottom floor so I wouldn't have to walk my dog upstairs. That really meant a lot. The only issue I had was the shower floor was a bit dirty. It could have been made clean with a little more elbow grease using a scrubber. Other than that, I was very satisfied with my stay and I would definitely come back for another.

No frills place to sleep. The check-in was kind of quirky in that you stand at a window outside, which feels weird at night. The reception person was professional and nice. Nothing bad to say about the room except the shower gel bottle was empty and the TP roll was almost empty and no replacement in the room - which are things you don't realize until there's no going back. Otherwise, it felt clean, looked like it had been remodeled, except in the bathroom and the doors. If I needed a quick place to stop over for a night I might stay again.

We got the king bed, room 109. The bathroom had enough room to sit on the toilet. Nothing more. The tub was aged. The wall corner was dirty/aged, and I walked into the protruding metal bed frame (on all sides). Could hear people walking above, like most places. The freezer worked. Overall, not bad for the price but nothing fancy.

This property doesn't offer an abundance of frills and unnecessary perks....but it can definitely be counted upon for offering clean and safe overnight stays. What separates it from others is the quality and genuine care from the staff as well as a dependable, clean and safe waystation during your travels.

I have never stayed at a property like this before. The staff was friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, there were multiple guests hanging out playing loud music, smoking, and revving motorcycles. The rooms were adequate but not the cleanest. Breakfast is cereal and vending machine style muffins, biscuits, etc. If your budget is tight like mine was this trip, the area is decent overall.

Nice price but the door is FILTHY and the ceiling was leaking. I didn’t know until I got up to investigate the noise I was hearing. Definitely needs better housekeeping.

Our room was lovely. It was clean, the bed was comfy and it worked well while traveling with our small pup. Breakfast was good and simple.

The young lady that greeted me was wonderful im so upset i did not get her name but she was wonderful i traveled for work and she was the first front desk attendant that has ever held a conversation and was very polite

The lady at check in was very friendly and pleasant to talk to and very nice in every way.. The room was clean and the king bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

It was fine for a quick solo trip to town. Obviously the hotel has had some wear and tear over the years, but they seem to be putting forth the effort to update alot. Everything was as clean as expected and all staff i dealt with were extremely friendly and helpful.

Very fair price for the amenities and setting for nice stay at an affordable rate. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this motel over the others in this area for a lower priced motel.

This property had a painted bathtub with mold. There were holes in the wall, most uncomfortable because I’m thinking peep holes. The bed was comfortable.

So what I did not care for was the room itself. There was no warm light in the entire room except above the sink / vanity area. There was this flemsy metal sheet that surrounded the bed that would make loud sounds when you adjust yourself on the mattress that was annoying. Regarding cleanliness, I just found hair everywhere like on "clean" washcloths and on the vanity.
The hotel is in a great area surrounded by restaurants and shopping which was nice

I’ve had to stay down in Albany for nursing school mini times. This is the first hotel that I’ve stayed in that was modern, clean, and comfortable. I wish I had found this hotel sooner.

I realize its a 2 star hotel but the chipped and peeling tub, moldy and broken baseboards, inch wide gap at the bottom of the door, etc were too much. Makes a 3 star look like a 5. Evening desk staff acted like asking to use hot water from the coffee dispenser in the breakfast room to make a cup of noodles was akin to asking them to cook me a steak. We stay because of our dog but I'll be more proactive about an airbnb in the future. This wasn't worth it.

I loved everything about this place my main thing I loved is when I got there I needed early check in cause I had to hurry and head to the prison and the receptionist made it her job to make sure I was satisfied my room was so clean I felt I could eat off the floor no I didn’t do that but I could have that how clean it was I had to find the cleaning lady to give her her flowers while she was there I will only patronize this hotel while he is at Calhoun not to mention the mall was across the street I loved loved this place

Everything was pretty good. Bathroom floor could have been a little cleaner and towel rack on wall was loose. Door to room did not seal properly, light was notiat edges.

I asked the clerk when I checked in i I could have a lower floor since I had a bad knee and its hard to climb steps.
She said there were no rooms available. Yet, when I went to my room there plenty og unoccupied rooms on the lower floor.

The bed was comfortable but the topper had extra cushioning. The chair was comfortable. It was nice. The room was clean but the tub needs updating.

Have stayed here many times when we’ve had to evacuate Florida due to hurricanes. Staff and cleanliness are both great the location is perfect plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Will continue to stay here as our go to hotel!

I just rented a room with them n it was fine but this time the room was dirty the floors hadn’t been cleaned the only thing that looked cleaned was the bed there was dead bugs on the floor

We checked in late after a long drive and the women working front desk was very professional and friendly.

When we arrived I had asked for a first floor due to a bad ankle, our attendant said he didn't have one (he was not very polite) another gentleman was standing there (not sure if he was a manager or what) and told him to change it to a first floor for us. The room was ok, but the bathroom cleanliness was horrible. I always check for bed bugs, which I did not see, but there was a cigarette hole in the liner under the sheet. The ironing board cover had a hole in it. The hair blow dryer was absolutely filthy. There were dead bugs in the ceiling light fixture. Mold on the ceiling and paint peeling off around the tub. The toilet was loose and rocked when you sat on it, and very nasty dirty calking around the toilet. Dirt and hair build up in the corners of the walls. If it were not very tired from driving, we would have went somewhere else, refund or not. This place was HORRIBLE. The attendant at checkout was very nice.
