Our room smelled of smoke and still had old food in the fridge from a previous guest.

Almost everything went well until the morning of checkout when I went to the breakfast area. We had to ask for cups for the coffee, none of the waffle cookers were working, the only eggs available were boiled, and a few other items that I have since then forgotten about. Also, there was no person attending the breakfast area.

There was mold in the shower bathroom.
It took 3 days to get new towels after going to the front dark and asking for towels.
The A/C unit was so loud I couple sleep so I had to keep it off.
I think I deserve some type of refund

I didn’t catch the front desk receptionist name, but she was working Sunday early afternoon and she was amazing with great customer service. The hotel is clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the shower was perfectly fine. I don’t know why people leave crazy reviews with expectations of a five star hotel. This is a two star three star hotel and it is exactly that. There are some signs of where it’s not perfect or new but it’s great for the price.

First off I reserved a room with a king sized bed when I got here they didn’t have my room and gave me a double bed room, second, the toilet was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned, which my wife then did after asking for cleaning spray from the front desk. Lastly, she was bitten all over her arm by some type of bed bug about the size of a tick which I have video of. So overall my wife is not happy

It seemed to be an older hotel and felt somewhat safe with my husband, room was clean, had prefilled shampoo/conditioner and body wash instead little complimentary bottles and they were almost completely empty, not enough for 1 person, breakfast was sorta ok, nothing fancy but kept you from going hungry. Staff very friendly.

Employees were polite. The room was nice a little noisy at night with other guest but nothing terrible overall stay was good.

We have access to 3 rooms for 3 days. Smell in one room is unbearable. The other 2 are just bearable. Wifi appeared to be compromised by hackers. Browser and antivirus went off nonstop during our stay. TV in one room did not work. No shampoo in one room. No towels and sanitizer in the gym. Staff at front desk is very friendly and helpful. Without them, we would have moved elsewhere.

Hotel was overbooked and didn’t have our room. The manager on duty was rude and not interested in helping. Luckily we had it booked through expedia that stepped in and transferred us to another hotel.

Was given a key card to an already taken room. Was then given another room only to be found used condoms in the trash along with no rags or towels available. Mind you this was around 10pm on a Friday night.

My husband enjoyed the obviousky new king size mattress in our room. It was super comfy. We were a little disappointed at breakfast when they didnt have any jelly, and the coffee had a LOT of grounds in it every morning. The staff was great, and overall we didn't have any major complaints.

I really had no complaints. The tv had no signal but I didn’t worry about it much because my stay was just for the night. It was close to where I had to go. Staff was nice and the room was pretty clean. I would come back to stay there if I need to in future.

The Staffs were good and knew their job. However, I had 2 issues with the room itself. I was in room 227, and when I walked into the bathroom, I noticed some molds in there. Not 1 or 2, must have been 5 or 6 in the bathroom.
Next morning, While I was dressing up, I saw 2 roaches (yikes!!!!!!), one on my shirt and the other on the same bed I slept on.
Management needs to do better.

The first room we were placed in didn’t have carpet. The floor was sticky. There was garbage on the floor—clothing tags. I pulled the comforter back and it was clear the sheets had not been changed—there were stains and hair on the sheets. Completely disgusting. I was moved to a room that did have clean sheets but the whole stay was just disturbing. Unable to rest there after this incident.

When I arrived to the property to check-in between 6p-7p I was informed that the room was not ready. The desk clerk then went on to say that he could not get in touch with ownership and that there were only 2 people cleaning rooms. I was told to come back in an hour or so to check in.

Everything was is fine outside the property and lobby when we arrived . We even got a call checking we were coming in and how many beds we needed .
However the bathroom door was missing a handle on the inside of the door .My daughter used the bathroom in the night and got locked in and could not get out ! Luckily I awoke and heard her , but if there had been one person in that room it would have been awful . I told the reception man who just sympathized and said he was sorry ,the maintenance guy was very upset and came up to our room immediately.As I left , nothing was said to follow up .

It was a nightmare, we went through 5 rooms before we were put in a clean room, 2 rooms out of the 5 we know had someone else staying in them, the other 2 had dirty towels and stuff everywhere, then I booked through Expedia and I was also charged by the hotel which I have not received my money back yet.

I had to be assigned two different rooms - both of which had already been slept in. I was not the only guest the have this issue.

Gave me bad room key twice, then gave me a room with someone showering in the room. The fourth time gave me a handicapped room. Wondering how many stars they want me to rate them.
