I like it was quite . I didn't like they didn't have any bowls or milk for breakfast .

There were men outside the door playing cards and smoking. Women on the other side smoking cigarettes. When you got out of the car I wondered is this for real. Thank goodness it was only one night. I don't think I will come back soon.

Manager Twanda is AWESOME but really need to work on the breakfast area.. I know it says Continental but check on what Continental means... couldn't take a shower didn't know how to turn on..

Place was disgusting. Carpet in halls looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months. Huge clumps of dog hair everywhere. It is rundown and has not been kept up at all.

This property is like 5 minutes from the airport. Check-in took less than 3 minutes and checkout was almost instantly. Thanks for making the start of my vacation effortless.

The property does not look like the pictures. The hotel room was not the one I chose, nor did they look like the pictures. There were wires hanging out of the ceiling where there should have been a fire alarm. There were dirt stains in the rug and the manager had to send house keeping back to my room to reclean the whole room. The tub had a roach in it as well. I was over charged and could not get my money back until after my stay. The breakfast was only cereal and little breakfast muffins from out the box. The one day I did get breakfast there was bugs in the apple juice that made me throw up due to me not seeing them until after I started drinking the juice. Now I will say the manager was THE BEST and really tried to fix my issue and the night staff trey was awesome!

Covid is no longer, a reason to short guests on Service. If restaurants can cook a breakfast and serve, hotels have NO EXCUSE! I video taped the "Breakfast" offered to paying guests at this hotel. It was appalling and pitiful. ALL the chairs were stacked upside down on ALL the tables. Why- no customers want to eat this poor breakfast. An all cold cereal or instant oatmeal with no butter, some tangerines and bananas and stale mini muffins were the only food available.

Check in was ok. Third floor was horrible. The hallway to room was disgusting and the room smelled like mildew. I couldn’t have been more disappointed and wish I could have just been refunded.

The bed had multiple hairs under the cover. Along with what appeared to be fresh stains. Asked to change rooms. Was given new room. Checked bed and found hairs again. This hotel should not be listed on Orbitz.

Inside the rooms there was mold, chipped paint, the halls were very noisy, only cereal and substandard fruit for breakfast, front desk attendant Towanda was THE ONLY help and she was fantastic. Everyone else seemed not to cate

The place was dirty! It needs to be vacuumed. There was a dirty towel lying in our hall. The first-floor hall air conditioner was on but not on the second floor where we were. The room itself was much better than the facility. We will not be back.

Claims pet friendly but then charges extra when arrived with pet, nothing was ever said about extra charges. Towel bars kept falling off the wall. Beds was horrible! Uncomfortable beds, you could see the springs from the bed mattress, just worse bed ever, floors was dirty. Worse stay ever!

When I checked in the lobby and all the hallways were hot and had a foul odor. The room smelled worse. The laminate floor boards were all curled up so that when the floor is mopped, water runs underneath and becomes sour. A towel, sheet and pillow case had hair on them. Both bed covers were worn with loose threads, one bed cover had three holes in it. The lamp by the TV had no knob with which to turn it on or off. The light over the sink did not work. There was no smoke detector, only a place where one had been, with the wires tucked into the wall. The water faucet fixture was loose on the sink. I was not able to take a shower because it did not work. The door did not close all the way on it's own due to an issue with the closure mechanism. We checked in at about 7:00 pm and noticed the building was hot everywhere. I was pleased to notice that it had cooled down by the time we returned. This was absolutely the worst stay I have had at any hotel. I dare anyone in your management team to go to that room and find anything different than I have claimed ( except for maybe the hairs might not be present) .

Room was terrible. Full of mold. Lots of broken fixtures, floor coming up, paint peeling, disgusting place. Staff was absolutely wonderful though.

The only thing negative thing is the website says that they severed breakfast. That is not the case, It had all the equipment for breakfast but they did no cooking. That is the only thing misleading.

Orange juice machine had a ton of fruit flies in the drink dispenser. The elevator was old and ragged. The 2nd floor always stank of marijuana smoke.

The bed had a sink hole, may need replacing. The heating unit sound like an airplane when it starts up, may need replacing too. No decaf for the continental breakfast but they had a few small packets that you could make in your room The continental breakfast was not very continental, there was coffee, juice, tiny muffins, cold and hot cereal. I would have liked pastries and some sort of breakfast meat. My room was non smoking but not my area where my room was.

The bed was terrible, the shower didn’t work. The staff was very friendly.

This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever spent my money on. The whole building smelled like a wet ash tray, the sheets on the bed were wet and stained, the toilet wouldn’t flush and the list goes on. We checked out immediately after checking in

I didn’t like the roaches crawling around the walls in our room. And the bed was really worn out. However the desk clerks were awesome and the shuttle driver was great. He was just getting off work when I checked in had to be back to work the desk at 11 and still got me to the airport in plenty of time to catch my flight.

Thr hotel was fine for price. Decent area, I was traveling alone and felt comfortable. Really not much of "breakfast"....coffee and packaged sweets. But overall is is alright, and decently priced for ovrrnight stsy passing through.

The service was great. I felt like royalty there. Eugene and Towana were super helpful and courteous. Wonderful service!! The shuttle service was available when I was ready to go to the airport. Also, it is a safe place to park your car on a long term basis.
