Poor service, poor maintenance & poor housekeeping. Nice building, room & breakfast.

Employee was not trained efficiently therefore causing our reservation to be no showed. GM would not take responsibility for their lack of professionalism and we paid twice for our stay because of their horrible service.

Every staff member greeting me every time I walked in or out. They all were incredibly helpful with everything and I felt I was just as important as anyone else. Smiles all the time and a warm safe feeling always. I will for sure only book at this hotel anytime I visit family. Thank you

I was pleasantly surprised by the nice sized rooms, the cleanliness, and the very professional and friendly staff. The noise level during the night was very acceptable and I had no problem sleeping. I will definitely book here again and recommend this Hampton Inn.

Evwrything was good. No complaints. What surlrised me was the Breakfast. Normally the breakfast is so-so, but the woman who runs their breakfast dies an exceptional job. She is also super nice and very accommodating. As we left our room, we passed one of the housekeepers and she smiled at us and said good morning. Front Desk emoyyees were very nice as well! Touche' to the staff! Will stay there again for sure!

The building appears very old but I know they are renovating this year. Our room was next to the elevator and my husband said it was loud and he did not have a good night sleep either night. The cleanliness and breakfast were just average but we did appreciate the free breakfast and parking. The people were very nice, however and check-in was fast and easy.

The room was very spacious and a comfortable bed. The carpet was very worn in the room and hallways. The furniture was pretty scratched and old. There was a strong smell of Lysol or similar that was overwhelming. The staff were very friendly and the hot breakfast was really good.

The front desk ladies were amazing. We noticed that the room curtains were not closing and you could easily see in the room. When we got home noticed bug bites. Not sure if the bites came from the room but most of the time on the trip was spent indoors

Sorry to say, if I could have went to the desk and got a refund, I would have, but we know they dont do that and I had just driven 10 hrs.
The room had a musky smell, it was hot and my matress kept sliding off the frame. Everytime I got up to go bathroom , I had to slide it back.( I was alone n the bed by the way) It just wasnt as nice as I had planned..

This property is in poor shape and needs a lot of work. Shower rod broken and curtain would not close. Water all over the bathroom floor. A/C loud and heard elevators all night. Also, I hate powdered eggs for breakfast. Shame on you. Use real eggs or don’t serve eggs at all.

We stay at this property 4-6 times per year. NOT one time has everything worked. This time one of 2 elevators was broken, and the remote for the TV in our room was flaky. Last time the ice maker was broke and the frame of the bed was protruding and cut my wife's leg. Someone needs to do preventive maintenance.

Got concerned when half of the lighted letters on the Hampton inn sign on front of building were burned out - this is usually indicative of other broader concerns with maintenance at hotels like this.
Also, the carpets in the rooms are not all that clean but in general cleanliness of room was satisfactory and we had a nice stay. Sure beats a red roof inn or days inn for comfort and cleanliness. Our breakfast was as expected for a Hampton Inn - one of big reasons we stay there. One other issue is we had to park in back and were told it was actually closer to o the elevators through the back or side door. Problem was room key cards did not function to open any of doors but front when I mentioned to front desk they said yes they were aware of the key cards not working on the other outside doors - then why did they tell us parking in back would be Closer to elevators...

There was mold growing in the ac heating unit. The fan in the bath turned on but did nothing to help when on.

Our room was next to the elevator, so it was very noisy and a lot of foot traffic by one of the exit doors. The plumbing was also noisy as well.
