This was the best wheelchair accessible room I have been in 30 years. They even had a real shower chair. Not like most putting a tiny footstool in it. A real sturdy shower chair. Only draw back is not a hand held shower head.

Assigned had a horrible smell. Second room I was assigned had. Smell, but I tolerated it. I would never stay here again.

the bathroom leaked from the ceiling in the first room and all of the furniture was beaten up. 2nd room was bad but least the bathroom was dry on the floor and ceiling. Bed was hard and not comfortable.

We had an overnight stay. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It was a quiet too. The hotel shows signs of its age and could use updating or spruce up. My main disappointment was the cleanliness. The surfaces had residue on them and floors had debris as if the were not swept. It was as if housekeeping skipped the easy cleaning tasks.

It took 4 hours for us to get our room . I had a reservation. Check in was at was told it would be 15 mins until our room was ready and it took 4 hours. I could not afford to stay any other place so I had no option but to wait .

The hotel, in general is well maintained and clean. Staff is courteous and friendly. The rooms are spacious and it’s convenient to have a full size refrigerator and freezer, microwave and 2 element stove. Kitchen utensils, pots, pans and dish detergent are available at the front desk upon request. Hangers are available on request from the front desk. We found this unusual since most hotels will have hangers in each room. The only complaint we had was the bed was old and so soft (beat#up) that we rolled towards the middle and both had sore backs and necks for the duration of our stay. The pillows were also flat. I guess we should have asked if they could have been replaced…otherwise, it was a great value.

We arrived and our room smelled awful! Apparently they accept pets which I’m fine with however I’m not traveling with any pets so being put in a room that smelled like straight cat pi$$ was awful. I did go in and ask to be moved and I was told that they were booked.

My husband I travel quite a bit and we stay in many hotels. This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The room was worn down. It had missing paint on the walls, the kitchen counter was dirty with not only fresh things on it, but lots of stains. There were toe nail clippings on the floor. The pillow smelt so bad that I had to put a t-shirt on it so I could get some amount of sleep. The bed was harder than a rock and the property smelled like pot. It was very inconvenient that there were no dishes and that they had to be requested including cups. I will say though that the front desk person I dealt with in checking in and the one whole helped me with my broken remote were wonderful and the only bright thing with this entire stay.

Easy check in.
Had poor cell service noticed after check in hotels.com tried to contact me stating they had to change my reservation to different location. Nothing was said at check in about this so this made no sense why my set plans were trying to be changed.
Room was nice but dirty. Hair in bath tub. My wife sitting at edge of bed felt something with her foot & found used tube of KY jelly on floor next to bed. I took to the front desk & the attendant said “sorry” and write our room number down “117”. Needless to say we wiped down the whole tool with dis's infective wipes we brought

Having to wait for 20 mins to check in at 10 pm at night is absurd.
Door for room had to be forcibly pushed shut to be able to lock.
Won’t be staying again

On July 30, I booked a room to stay on Aug 22 to 24. This is a unrefundable booking and I have paid in full. When we arrived at 7pm, they said my booking has been canceled and refunded to me because there are someone checked in early than me and they have only one left for the time solt. We have to book another room that about 12 miles away.
The front desk is very "PROFESSIONAL" girl with all lies. When I asked to check in, she cannot find my booking in they system. After shown receipt to her, she found it and said it has been canceled. Then we asked who canceled it without notify us because we did not asked to cancel, she called to her manager and told us they did. Obviously, she did not know the details. The she told a story that there is another one checked early than us and they have a very fair rule "First arrival first service", so they canceled my booking and refunded to us. When us asked her how to resolve the issue, she said there is nothing she can do, but she tried to sell two single bed rooms to us.
On Aug 25, the refund still not coming and I have to contact Expedia to solve this issue.

Everything was quite wonderful, the only complaint would be no coffee pot in the room. Aside from that. amazing staff and service and well taken care of.

could not believe the things that I witnessed going on in this hotel. From not having someone at your front desk during the hours of 11pm sometimes even 10pm to almost 6am. I watched people get locked out of there room at 1 am and not be able to get in.
Where things get extremely confusing, when we checked in we were told NO ONE is at the desk during the night but when talking to multiple different employees during the day shift then the person who checked us in. Everyone said someone is always here. If that’s true why was I told differently And why are there guests sleeping in your lobby waiting at the front desk for someone to let them in there room.
The thing that really honestly pissed me off was having some house keeper BANG on my door at NINE AM two days in a row to ask if I needed housekeeping. Mind you the first day she knocked once and opened my door. I yelled I’m here and she ran away and didn’t say anything at all. So when it happened the second time she said she was there to see if I needed anything. Coming to today the third day in a row where my door was beat on the day of CHECK OUT, at 9am. I blatantly asked her WHY are you banging on the door she said I’m housekeeping I’m here to see if you need cleaning or if your checking out. When I asked her what time check out was she then said ELEVEN AM.. I will not lie, as it was now the third incident I had I yelled asking her why she was asking me these questions if check out wasn’t until 11am. I still had 2 hour

a very basic, no frills place to stay; we brought our dog, it was the main reason we chose this location and it worked well for us. We had no complaints with the room.

I liked everything except my room faced I-94 real close and the road noise was loud. They installed double windows to help. I called to get a different room, was told they were booked, but at 6:00 am the parking lot was pretty empty.

the manager did everything she could to help us during the power outage. I had requested double bed, When we arrived they had given our room away and had no extra bed for my son, he had to sleep on the floor, for three days. We drove nine hours to get to Michigan. I feel we should have been compensated for what we went through. If not I will never stay at another one of your hotels

The staff made many excuses as to why the room I stayed in would not have the biweekly cleaning.

Room smelled like someone who was a heavy smoker stayed in the room. Tv was outdated with poor channel selections!
Ended up leaving later that evening to stay at friends house because it smelled so bad.
