This property is very old and not in the best shape although it did seem that renovations (at least to the common areas) were underway. The staff was great, and the breakfast tasty.

The staff was nice. The fitness center was out of order. The sheets and pillows had stains and the sheet kept coming off the bed. No one came to service my room either and I was out for 2 plus hours. There was an odor coming from the sink that smelled foul, like sewage.

This hotel was in horrible condition, including mold in the bathroom, water damaged ceilings, and funiture in horrible condition that looked like it came from a second hand store! The evening staff spoke very little English, so communication was very difficult. The rooms did not have any housekeeping. We had to go to the office to ask for towels.

Room was nice and clean. Well taken care of check-in was good. The only issue I had was I was in a room just down the hall from the front desk and I could hear them most of the night out in front talking.

Management was friendly and helpful. Spent 3 nights with no cleaning of rooms. Had to request additional towels. TV was not operating in both rooms, but manager quickly fixed the problem. Carpet was worn with holes in one room. need to rethink the half pillows and decorative bedding was torn.

Condition of room very dated. Very poor lighting and not enough electrical plugins. Sink drained so so slowly. Smoke detector was removed! Looked like hotel could not afford to take basic repairs and remodel needed

The welcome email isnt real. We had a language barrier during check-in. Couldnt tell me what our bill was going to be because of "third party". Didnt use the shower or fridge. Extra $20 fee for dog. $50 deposit. We took video and photo evidence to ensure we got our deposit back. Highly recommend. There is nowhere to walk your dog. Others that do not pick up after thier animals are disgusting. Really shady neighborhood. Diesels can be plugged in. Overall. It'll do for a bind.

Disgusting rooms. Halls and common areas were atrocious and in disrepair. The parking lot was ice and snowpacked. Sidewalks were ice and snow packed making it very diificult to bring luggage in and out. Never again!!

We have not had snow in a few days, but the parking lot is absolutely full of snow making getting our gear out of our vehicle difficult. Other than that, everything was great.

I greatly disliked how Room 203 was selling drugs, so there was traffic coming in and out of the hotel all night long - especially loud with folks purchasing during 1-3:30am. Felt very unsafe at this hotel, will never stay here again. You all really need to never rent to Jennifer in room 203 again!!

I don't expect much for $120 in a hotel room, however I do expect clean sheets and towels. Come in the room to find a huge stain on one of the beds that would be clearly visible to any housekeeper. Wake up in the morning to shower and find only one bath towel and no hand towels for the two of us. Beware, evidently you don't even get what you pay for when staying in Sioux Falls.

This place is disgusting! The moldy pictures are of the first room they put us in and the second room was not much better. The tape and texture was coming off the ceiling.

Arrived after midnight with the semi truck, was checked in quickly, and in my clean room right away. Nice place. Smells clean, and that is refreshing!

I did like the fellow who checked me in. But the area around the hotel is a little sketchy. The room was OK. A little run down. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom kinda gross and the shower curtain was disgusting and smelled awful. The pool was closed. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. (Avoid the coffee) lol

Lamp by bed only half worked. Looked inside and saw the other light bulb socket hanging by wires. Not safe. Remote control had no back so batteries kept falling out. Toilet in bathroom had wierd rust looking pile of ooze behind it.

The door lock was broken. The smoke detector was broke off the ceiling and gone. The shower and tub spout and handle were broken. Over all disappointed in the condition of the room.
