Check-in was quick but addn $10 surcharge on bill that wasn't noted on Hotels.com booking / might have been a maintenance fee for room cleaning, was annoying nonetheless. On plus side, this location had a pool & hot/tub which was unexpected & might explain the higher than average room rate.
Area has dining options nearby since this is a tourist town. Except I don't recommend the nearby Denny's
restaurant unless you can pay cash as their sign on door says no credit, debit or checks accepted. Also they were far too crowded, I recommend the Dells Diner for great food selection, reasonable prices & excellent service

The room was nice and looked like it was almost completed with a remodel. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom that looks like it might be for Kleenex? The shower stall was new. It had “color” written in blue on two of the panels. I chose this hotel over another because of the free breakfast. If you are the same, choose the lower priced hotel and go out to breakfast. The eggs and sausage were cold. We arrived at 615 so we are wondering if they used the leftovers from the day before and put them in the warmer to get them hot. The waffle mix was THICK. What I was able to get out only made 2 1/2 of the 4 waffles and because it was so thick, didn’t cook all the way through. We ended up throwing away the food and going to Starbucks.

The environment was very clean. The service was great-the manager ran to the store to get Yogurt after we inquired and they had run out.
Suggest some safety features be installed--tub is slippery, with no safety bars.
It would be nice to have a chair in the room. There is space available.
We made reservations for next year WI Gospel Fest event. I was disappointed in the increase in price over this year. The manager appeared to help with a discount--still a big increase.
The convenience of being next to the Crystal Grand is a benefit.

Was really clean, however a sweet treat was left out over night and there was ants all over it in the morning. Breakfast was ok, nothing to brag about. Pool and hot tub were nice, but it gets loud.

The room was very clean, especially towels and linens. Bed was super comfortable but could have used a thicker blanket. Loved the fridge with separate door for freezer and roomy enough for cold packs and frozen items. Shower was new but adding a shelf would make it more convenient for holding shower items. The hotel was very conveniently located near restaurants, venue and attractions. Staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again when visitng the Dells.

The suite was very clean and beautiful however the bed was very uncomfortable. I'm 5'2" and have back issues and the bed being on a higher pedestal made it very difficult to get into and out of bed. I ended up sleeping on the couch which was extremely hard.

I would definitely stay here again. The staff were very nice, the breakfast bar was super good & I even got to check in early! The only things that I would say were mediocre were the walls in this hotel are pretty thin so I could hear kiddos running around and everyone talking when they were in the hallway and then one of my pillows had some stains on it but I just didn’t use that one because I had plenty others to use!

Very convenient location next door to the Crystal Grand. Was able to park at hotel and walk over to the concert we were in town for. The hotel was staff was friendly. The room was nice, there was a tooth flossing pick on the floor that was rather gross but other than that it seemed clean. Once thing I look for in a hotel is the option to have the heater fan run continuously as it helps me sleep. This one had that option but it didn't work. Therefore all night long every time the heater came on I woke up. Walls also seemed paper thin. Next to the heater fan and hearing the person next door snoring all night, I got little sleep. The beds and pillows were comfortable and seemed new. The breakfast was good, typical with eggs, sausage, cereal, fruit, waffles etc. Overall, a nice stay and I would stay again if going to another concert.

What a nice facility! We have stayed here 4-5 times in the past two months while caring for a nearby relative in hospice. The staff is kind and accommodating. The rooms (2 queen-sized beds) had all the amenities we needed for comfort: Soft sheets; fluffy, thick towels; excellent mattresses and pillows.

Overall, our stay met our needs. It was conveniently located to the concert venue and we were able to walk there. Also, the hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable. There were a few drawbacks though. I noticed the bathroom and bath towels smelled musty like there was maybe mildew. Also, there was no hairdryer in the room and the front desk did not have one. I ended up driving to a store and purchasing one. I guess now I have a backup hairdryer at home now. Staff were professional and despite the musty smell in the bathroom the property appeared to be clean.

Front desk was amazing, so friendly and even asked me what they could improve upon when I checked out. They know they could use hair dryers and a laundry, but easy access rooms, roomy lobby, contemporary tv system, plenty of parking, Great value!

Room could have been cleaned better, there was white stain on carpet near bed that obviously hadn't been cleaned and hand prints on bathroom door.

Room had some issues. Bathroom door would not stay shut. There was a hole in the wall where door had apparently hit it. Not a dent, but a fist sized hole where i could see into the wall. Room was somewhat dirty and we found used kleenex on check in. Staff are nice. Only reason i downgraded staff was because we asked for a hairdryer, which was not in room, was told they would have to get one from another room and would call us. Never called but we were provided one when asked a second time. That being said, i would stay here again.
