Excellent check in. Pool was fine but the flooring was super slippery. Room was comfortable, only problem was hearing the elevator open/close all night. Our room had a window that faced right out to the elevator, slightly disturbing. Breakfast was limited selection but warm.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and linens were clean. Nearby restaurants and groceries are convenient. Hotel could use some updating - hvac unit was incredibly loud, small runs in carpet throughout hotel, sound from outside the room was loud (stairwell door opening and closing, people in hall, people in other rooms), and the elevator could definitely be upgraded. It wasn't horrible, but for the price, there are better options downtown and nearby.

This was a short overnight trip and the hotel was quite nice and clean. Check-in was quick and easy along with very friendly. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We did struggle finding a comfortable temperature with the heating system. Apparently overnight the elevator broke so we had to use the stairs for check out. There was a water cooler on the first floor that did not work and breakfast was OK.

Everything was wonderful. The only thing we weren’t pleased about was their Pet Fee of $25 per pet, per night. Hotels.com says pets stay for free for this hotel.

My stay was for 3 days and it was great. No complaints with the room at all. Everything was clean! The only thing that would need to be adjusted is the breakfast. It was good for what they provided but could have some flavor for sure.

When the property was first renovated, this was a great place to stay. The upkeep and cleanliness has really plummeted. I’ve stayed here multiple times over the past several years due to the location being near family. Not sure I’ll stay here again.

We found the beds to be uncomfortable. The tub/shower was outdated- but the vanity/sink had been upgraded- strange. The breakfast was a buffet- the best items I had was an English muffin and a yogurt. The sausage was swimming in Grease and water in a crockpot- the scrambled eggs were cold and the biscuits were rock hard.

Recently renovated property and well maintained. Beds and pillows are comfy. The rooms are not sound proof so you can hear most hallway noise. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay.

The pictures are deceptive. It’s older and attempts to look redone. Pool was decent but no showers or restrooms in there. The bathroom had mold and the vinyl floors were peeling up. Breakfast was decent as well. Elevator broke with people on it! Overall uncomfortable and unfortunate.

There was a young boy’s party there and they were obnoxiously loud and running all over the place screaming and the staff did nothing to attempt to quiet them down for the other guests.

Our stay was quite comfortable. The only thing that was disappointing was that an EV charging station onsite was available but the employee was not aware that it was for Tesla only and our vehicle was not a Tesla and we did not have a adapter meaning we had to find an off site place to charge.

During our stay, there was a soccer group that was allowed to run up and down the hallways and play tag. And knock on doors after 10 PM. The staff said that maybe the next crew will take care of it because they like to go then my 8 year old I know and he’s doing pretty good except for that son and I got stuck in an elevator for 10 minutes that was out of order that no one put a sign on (no fire dept was called, the staff seemed oddly comfortable flipping the switch to get us unstuck per our family who was with us.) and then there was no I’m sorry no what can we do to make things better for you from the staff. Also, the soccer parents sat in the common areas drinking and partying while the kids ran around with no repercussions from parents either.
