It was wonderful, clean and the staff was very helpful. I travel with my dad in a wheel chair and although I tried to get a room with accessibility and Expedia did not help me, the staff of the hotel was able to help me with a room with our needs. It was great.

Filthy and dodgy hotel. Don't be fooled by photos and reception area. Rooms are very dirty and old. FAMILY & COUPLE don't book this, we booked double bed and got 2 single bed. Receptionist and manager too rude when we ask for change.
Once you paid your money gone, they never gonna help.
This is not 4 STAR hotel, just fooling people with photos. Highly recommend stay safe elsewhere than wasting your money here.

The room was in pretty bad shape (peeling floors, old peeling bath tub). It obviously hadn’t been renovated in a long while. Under the bed was full of dust bunnies

This is not a 4* hotel, rooms are very old (like the 80’s). If you want to stay close to city center is a good option considering the location, but if you want to stay close to the sky resorts this is not the best option (you will have to drive 10-15’ to get there).

We were greeted with big smiles, and super fast professional service.
We asked, and got lots of good advice.

Amazing views!! Lovely rooftop terrace with amazing views, lounge chairs, and a pool, hot tub, sauna, and workout area! Nice big breakfast! Only thing that could be better is the cleaning of the room (The bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well when I arrived), and some of the furniture could be updated. Other than that, it was wonderful!!!

I did not like that except the front desk, the restaurant staff did not speak any English. Everything else was great!

Would return as all aspects of cleanliness were adhered to! Had half board which was really good value and good service! Great views over the city from restaurant!

Hace 30-40 años, seguro que era uno de los mejores hoteles en Andorra. Aun esta bien, pero es un hotel viejo. Lo mejor: piscina y sauna. Lo peor: desayuno, zumo artificial y cafe de maquina industrial. Servicio bien. Facil de ir andando a todo el pueblo.

Location ofders glorious views over the city: the car park is HORRENDOUS however & staff became easily frustrated!
They did manage the novel social distancing at breakfast very well however!

Stayed for a couple of nights. The air condition didn´t work and told the reception 4 times. So we slept i a room that was 30 degrees in the nights. When checking out I asked to speak to the manager about why they didn´t solve the problem and how they would compensate us. He laughed in my face and said that when he travels with his family they don´t need air condition. The so called "spa" is a pool thats is filthy and loud. DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

For a paradise state, you have a feeling of a rest home. Buscars are coming and gone. The diner was very basic. The bed feel like a preparing for your death. We are thinking for a 4 stars hotel, it is very quiet but the older people are not friendly and respectfull to the normal hotel visitors. It's good for your grandparents but please take a other and much better hotel.

Lovely view of city and mountains. Good sized rooms. Large dining room for breakfast and dinner buffets. Nice selection of items served at buffet meals. Great indoor pool. Close to shopping. Drop-off point at front of hotel is rather small, with room for only about 4 vehicles. If full, can be problematic since just off busy road. Actual parking for hotel in different area, but valet parks for you when check-in and brings when leaving.

Very nice swimmingpool and amenites, Right in the heart of a very central area of shopping and restaurants, and very near the bus stop to the ski resorts.
Good option to stay in andorra.
NO easy transportation in and out from Andorra.

Good location for shops and restaurants.Every effort made by staff to make stay pleasant but lots of building work taking place in hotel, restaurant closed.

I booked at the last minute at a good price so can't really complain.
Good things: central, safe
Not so good things: rooms are very hot and with the noise of the main road not a good idea to open the window.
Wifi in the room very intermittant.
Tip: ask for a room on the town side when you book

we stayed here for a couple of nights with our two under 3 year old children. the hotel was good. the location was great as it was easy to find of the main roads plus it was super short walk from the main shopping street. the breakfast was amazing, great selection, tasty food, hot and cold, sweet and sour, anything you could possibly want for breakfast (including wine). the downfall was parking. the underground parking was very small, however we managed to find parking on both days, unfortunatelly the hotel charges 15 EUR per 24hr parking. also it was tiny bit hard to get away with English at times. overall pleasant stay and would stay again.

Hotel not a bad location for shops as its away from the bustle of the town centre. Pool on the roof top, (indoor), is good too although didnt use as was crowded. Good views from the rooftop too. However, side facing the road can be very noisy! As there was no air-conditioning it was sweltering in the room, (it had been a hot day), and it was impossible to sleep due to lorries, buses, bikes and cars zooming past the window, all night, even though I had the wax ear-plugs in. People were smoking in the lobby area, also the waiting area for breakfast etc, and we found this unbearable. The food was mediocre too. Only book if you can sleep through anything and the price is right!

Seemed like a "grubby" room, with marks around the toilet walls, shower support broken, carpets and towels didn't appear to be the cleanest. Location for shops was ok but if you have a car, find a local car park as parking was expensive and tricky to get into.

Panorama hotel suppose be 4 star hotel but I stayed in better 2 stars hotels in Andorra..Room was big but chair and sofa in side was dirty and need updating .Hotel dose not have air con and during mine stay the weather was hot, we did get fan, but was so loud that we did not used it. I was book for two night but I checked out after first night .Breakfast was good but table cloth was in such state that I was put off mine food (there were not dirty but in such bad state of were and there).If go with car don't us hotel car park it so narrow that I scrape mine car and took me good 15 minute to get out with help of two people .Only good thing about Panoram Hotel is swimming pool that is situated on top of hotel with good views of town .
